Although the craft beer section is relatively small, everything was fresh, mostly cold and competitively priced. The bourbon selection was also quite good. Overall, a overwhelmingly positive experience and will be certain to revisit.

Spacious attractive location inside and out with ample parking and wide isles. Staff is pleasant and all product is nicely accessible. They have everything associated with beer, wine, liquor and cigars, sometimes I am amazed at the diversity of accessories in stock there. The beer selection does seem relatively thin given the depth of choices in other categories.

It has a very good selection it was my first time coming in. Everyone was very helpful and willing to help. Still mask allowed for those who will like to wear it but if you dont want they allow also those who doesnt.

Theyve got everything that I want and a whole bunch more that I didnt know I wanted! I love perusing through the wine aisles and reading each of the personal employee reviews for the bottles that they happen to think are a step above the rest. And price has NOTHING to do with the choices that get those little cards. Its genuine and not corporate greed, its refreshing. Good wine purchased from knowledgeable and kind people is what we can all use a little more of these days. Oh theyve got lots of other stuff too, liquor, cigars, bar accoutrements, etc... They have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages from wine to champagne, whiskey, to vodka, beer and even international beverages like sake or soju. Employees are very helpful with any of your questions.

The price for the vodka I drink is more expensive than in Massachusetts but it is the same as all the other liquor stores here and they are convenient.

Rude! Came in a car of 5 people together and was told that we were abusing the 6 ft rule! We were TOGETHER in the same car! The guy backed away from us like we were a disease!! Perhaps he should stay inside if he is so scared! Judgmental a-holes!! And we were told if we spend enough we could stay as long as we wanted? Like what? Really?

Nice store with good variety of liquors and mixers. More limited on wine selection but provide nice premium offerings, and good beer selection. They have a good loyalty program and a nice online ordering and pickup service.

ABC is a hidden gem among the hype of boutique wine stores in Naples. They have superb collections of very high, high, and everyday wines, plus great prices on the usual spirits (Titos, etc). They also have an impressive collection of single malt scotches.

I came in here once and right as I walked in through the door an older gentlemen that worked there stopped what he was doing and asked me if he could help. Working in retail I appreciate and applaud the way he did it. Normally I would say no, but I was in a hurry actually and he took me to where the particular bottle I was looking for was. Then he even showed me one that was cheaper! The same brand and a bigger size. It was a month ago I cant remember exactly. Then, I got to the cashier and I was using my friends card. I couldnt remember his pin, but I knew the word for it so the cashier actually did every combo until it worked! (It was about 5 minutes and no one was behind me but it was still really nice of him to be that human.) Deff a good place to stop and get what youre looking for.

I cant believe the way I was treated today. I have been going to this store for 10 years. I was at the beach today and went out of my way to stop by their store. I went in and was told by a manager that next time I came in to wear shoes. I said ok and went towards the cashier. As I walked up the guy stopped what he was doing and started waving his arms at me. He said we would not sale me my liquor because I didnt have shoes on. At this point everyone was staring at him. This is Florida people dont always wear shoes. I left and went to Total Wine, price was better and they said no shoes no problem. I guess ABC should post a sign on their door rather then making a spectacle out of their customers, you would have thought I robbed the place. Screw you ABC you lost a good customer. Total Wine you have a loyal customer.

Answer: The store around here has the absolute worst customer service.Question: What is ABCI bought a 6 pack of beer, and then I went to use the bathroom in the store. So I exit the bathroom and an old woman with blonde hair aggressively approaches me and starts giving me some bizarre lecture about bringing product into the bathroom. Never in my life have I been scolded for having to take a leak before, until now. Unbelievable. Then when I said I probably wouldnt be back she said Good. Lol, are you kidding me? This is how you treat your customers? Wow, just wow.

Stopped mostly to pick up some wine for someone else, had no clue where anything was located or anything about the wine I was asked to get. A gentleman quickly greeted me upon entering, asked if I needed help and took me directly to the locations of the wine and explained different brands, prices and asked if I wanted him to make a suggestion, which I did and appreciated very much. Also picked up some bourbon and the gentleman pointed out several brands and specials they had going. I was told by a friend many years ago to avoid this liquor store chain because they were very over priced, so, out of desperation, today was my first time ever at this chain liquor store and I couldnt be more satisfied and impressed. Thank you!

Fine Wine & Spirits, maybe, but the beer is an afterthought. My first clue was when I noticed that spring seasonal releases were in the store in January. So, I now make it a practice to religiously check expiration dates when Im in the store. Last week was October 2014. I found an entire shelf of Southern Tier bombers from 2012, mostly from January to March. Do they think beer ages like wine, or do they think were not paying attention.There isnt much craft beer available in East Naples. I wish I didnt have to drive past this store on my way to fresh beer across town. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I hate that the product isnt up to their level.

Do not spend your money here this establiment is ran by incompetent mouth breathing fools and i have never had a more unpleasant experience in a store in my entire life...Boycott.
