Love this store. I was looking at sewing machines in the store and the woman named Stephanie was such a pleasant and very knowlegeable person. She absolutely made my store shopping pleasant which left me very satisfied and in a great mood. I love that store!

Not only do I find the things I want but I always find the things that I really need, things that I didnt know I was looking for but the little added extras and the customer service is always great!

Wasnt able to use digital coupon because was not able to connect to internet in store. Clerk said service is always bad. Convenient for Joann Fabric and Crafts if coupons cant be redeemed.

Cashiers were extremely friendly. BUT, I am not happy with the online/store pricing. They should be same. I saw something online, went to buy it in store and the store had a completely different sale price (much more $$) The kicker... they dont honor online pricing???? Its the same store!! I showed her the online sale price and as sweet as she was, she said I had to buy online and pick up in store.... ridiculous. I am usually not an online buyer, but I needed something specific and went online to locate it first. But I always try and support the community and local jobs with buying IN STORE.

Visit the clearance bin!! They have some of the most beautiful fabric. Here I purchased a beautiful floral fabric to reupholster my parents dining chairs.The staff here are helpful, but not necessarily eager to reach out. Maybe I only seem to go when theyre tired. Regardless, I frequent this store for some amazing finds.

Wish they had a better fabric selection for bottom weight twill and jean fabric. I also cant find 100% cotton twill tape in various widths. Otherwise, they have an excellent selection of calico, broadcloth, polar fleece, specialty fabrics, drapery, and upholstery fabrics. Sign up for the coupons online and get on the mailing and text message list for great deals. The employees, men and women both are always helpful and friendly. Kudos folks!

Excelent place for crafting parts, love the organization and staff attention for detailed mechanties needed for diferents proyects and decoration. Just love the pace :)

I would not suggest bothering to try and call this place. All I wanted to know is “Do they have sewing machine repair?” Four people answered the phone in sequence. In no case did they interact with me. They just clicked and transferred me back to the most horrific background music imaginable.

Great last minute deals on Christmas Stock!Need more than one cashier, line was long and people walked out! Finally another cashier opened, but she had to do curbside!

I craft quite a bit: sewing, jewelry making, crocheting/knitting, food design, paper crafting, and more. I can usually find everything I need here. I have been treated a bit rudely by a couple of the employees, so that knocked a star off. But generally its a nice place that I shop at often.

Sales staff in the fabric department was so helpful. Patient and quick.Coupons are great a 20% off the total purchase even sale items is so helpful these days. Every dollar Counts!

Ive never once experienced rudeness at a Joanns the way I did at this one...I asked about a particular type of something something rather and this woman literally said, i have no idea what youre talking about, but were closing in 20 minutes anyway, then turned her back towards me.ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?I made sure I mentioned this to 2 others on my way out.(Im certain it was handled appropriately, NOT).Aside from the nasty associate here, Joanns remains one of my required-to-go-to places. That is, of course, until I find an alternative...

This store wasnt my regular store, I was on vacation, far away.This store was clean and organized. The employees were polite and very helpful. The manager was at a register as they got busy. I told her how much I enjoyed her store. I was glad to meet her.I will return next vacation.

In all of these weeks, this store hasn’t been able to figure out how to successfully navigate simple inventory and curbside pick up. An order a couple of weeks ago and they said they had the items. But nope, in the end they didn’t have all of them. Then in the last week, placed orders for 6 items. They said they had them but nope! They had ZERO of 6! How mismanaged must a store be to not be able to manage a computerized inventory of product?!?! Get it together!

It was well stocked and very clean and organized. Not busy day I was there so had fabric cut, questions answered, and rung out at cashier quickly. Love that they honor Michael and Hobby Lobby coupons...this is why I go to Joannes Fabrics!

I went to get supplies to make surgical mask for hospitals. The sales lady at the service counter didn’t even bother to look up from her phone said they were out of elastic & patterns. I could get material back there. So I went to the cutting counter & there were at least 5 people waiting in line & one lady had a cart full of bolts of material. So I left. When I left another lady asked the sales lady at service desk the same thing. She didn’t even bother to give her an answer still looking at her phone. I have no idea why she is working there.

My favorite Crafts store in Naples. They almost always have everything I want and when they dont, there another not too far away in coconut point. Great store, lots of coupons and you can almost always get at least 1 thing for 50 percent off. A fav of mine.

32 people in line....1 Cashier...1 person in Fabric Dept. .....Come on management .... You can schedule better than three employees in a big store like that... Even if you ever scheduled you could send people home if it wasnt busy

My wife loves this place. They always have a great selection on craft related items and great deals. She gets coupons in her email that give you discounts on items already on sale.Even before the holiday is over they begin to drop their prices and continue until they are gone.The store is always clean and organized. The staff is nice and helpful.They also offer many classes on a variety of craft related topics to help you take your skills further.

I also find what I need here and get out in a timely manner. They also accept Michaels and hobby lobby coupons for your knowledge. I love getting my cross stitch patterns here and no-sew throws. I will say the staff can be more friendly on some occasions not always. And the scrapbook section is very empty nowadays

In and out quickly. Interacted with 2 associates. The 1st one helped but did not go the extra mile to show me where I could find the dye that I was looking for. The 2nd one did help me find the right product. Quick check out.

I will never return to this store. Fabrics are priced out wrong, and appropriate discounts are not applied, even though stated on signs all over store, and staff will not accommodate. I waited an hour for the lady (short blondish, or brown hair, I dont remember) in the Viking Sewing station to show up, and when she finally did, I stood there another 10 minutes for her to even acknowledge me. After showing her a machine I wanted for less than $200. She kept suggesting a $500 machine. She acted annoyed and bothered to help me, and wouldnt give me any information on anything she had to sell. I ended up going 6 minutes down the road to Tops Vacuum and Sewing, and bought a machine at a much better price and warranty (they were very welcoming, friendly and wanted to help me, unlike Viking at Joanns). I later returned to Joanns to get the fabric I needed now that I bought a sewing machine, where then the lady in the Viking station was gossiping with a friend and talking about not wanting to be at her job. If you are going to be unpleasant, and so bothered by helping people, please find a new job, and not one where it involves customer service.

This store is great! It carries my favorite brand of Wiltons candy coated chocolate sprinkles, that all the other stores stopped selling. Sales staff is very helpful as well!

Joann fabrics is one of my favorite store because of the variety of items they carry. If you are crafty. Or artistic or just have a thing for sewing this is the place for you.

They have tons of things needed for arts and crafts, young and old alike. They have yarn, thread, craft needles, sewing machines simple kids crafts, and so much more! (Also can you who is reading this like 👍 my review? Thanks!)

Huge selection of fabrics, thread, and sewing needs. They offer classes on sewing and quilt making. Prices are good. Not usually crowded. All your craft needs in one place, great for the holidays and homemade crafts

Everyone of the staff were very helpful. Being a newbee to Joann I had to ask a lot of question. There is a really large variety of merchandise available.

Weirdly this place has everything you can imagine from pastry decorating supplies to unicorn poop slime, to custom picture framing, I will go here more often. The store is clean and always has a smell related to the season were in!

Im confused by the good reviews for this place. The shelves are empty with the exception of the sewing/fabrics section. Fine art supply aisles are ransacked, selection is meager & products are overpriced. Cashier friendliness was the highlight of my short trip. How can a store this bare and unkempt survive in this bustling location?!

Lady cutting my fabric did not clear her machine so the previous charge was on my slip. When I went to pay, the clerk kept looking for my second piece of fabric. I explained that I only purchased 1 piece of fabric which had to be the last one on the slip. Then she charged me for the first piece which was 59.99 a yard and was 50% off. When I went to pay I said that is wrong. The lady cutting cutting the fabric had a big line so I grabbed the bolt and showed the cashier the price which was 23.99 a yard. She finally fixed the price and gave me 40% off the correct price.

Good store. They have a lot of stuff for baking, I loved that.But the cashier once he heard us to talk in a different language, he start treating us very rough.

Great selection of crafting and sewing supplies but if you need help you are in for a long wait. They appear to be short staffed as I could get no help on the floor. All staff were either at registers or the fabric cutting station, there was no help for customers needing help on the floor.

Creepy cashier, touched my person as I was checking out. Will not be shopping there ever again. Will be looking into further actions.

Great place to find all your craft needs

Sometimes they have what you want; sometimes they dont. They have the coupon game down to a fine art. I waited for a year to buy trim. It stayed at 30% off for a year. When it finally went back to full price, so I could use a coupon, they were out of stock. I had to go to 3 stores to find enough. And no, it wasnt available online.

Carmelita, at the cutting table, very helpful to me and 2 others. Knows the products very well. Quilting fabric aisles are very tight. It is impossible to navigate if others are shopping.

Its a great store to get supplies with great quality but its not cheap. Such as a hand crank drill, its about $20. Yup

Great place to find craft supplies! Yarn, sewing, beading, frames and so much more. JoAnns also has great coupon programs that make everything affordable. You can find them on their website.

Respond for additional cashiers took far too long. Overall the store was clean and organized.

Needed help in finding certain items. Manager seemed annoyed sent me all over the store. The lady in the picture framing department went out of her way to help me and found the items right away! The 5 stars is for her.

Best place to buy door decorations. Buy one and then get the flowers, etc to put on wreaths. Huge store with lots of goodies for crafts.

I found just the right material for a swim suit cover up. Also got a couple things on sale that will make gifts for friends. I always have a good time at Jo Ann Fabrics even if I dont find what Im looking for.

Good selection of crafts and supplies. Pretty extensive stock for sewing. Great selections for small dry crafting, florals and small hobbies. Nice selection of yarns for fiber crafting.

This store had everything I was looking for and the employees were helpful, friendly, and polite. I will definitely be shopping there in the future and would recommend it highly to anyone who has sewing or craft needs.

Tried to place an order over the phone to be picked up within an hour and was told they couldnt hold it because the racks behind the cutting table couldnt hold it. Her reasoning was because somebody might put it back. You would think that they would put our name on it but apparently they cant think that logically. When I went into the store the racks were clearly accessible to put the item in to hold. Very disappointed in the customer service at the store will not recommend or go back. Also instead of cutting the material she ripped it which I found very rude while everybody else was cutting the other material.

One cashier about 15 people in line. When asked if she had anyone to help she replied no. Poor management! It screams we dont care. I took a picture of of the line. No way to post that.
