Went in for a vehicle diagnostic (Simple enough right?). After waiting 2 hours for the check to be done they give me a repair estimate of $6,000 for my Jetta 2008(Was quoted $700 at local service shop lol). That wasnt even the worse part, after being told my car was ready I went to the register to pay and asked if I could get some information about the parts to replace. They refused and then told me to Hold on 10 more minutes while talking discreetly with several other employees laughing. After I pay and leave I hear a constant beep alert in my car that does not go away. Looks like because I did not want to repair with them they chose to create a bigger problem for me. Shady dark business with a smile on their face. STAY AWAY.

I bought a certified pre opened 2017 Jetta here roughly one year ago. The car was presented nicely and appeared clean and without issue. No disclosures were given. Unfortunately I had an issue with the microphone and heat seats which were not functional, something I discovered shortly after buying.Although it has been somewhat of a hassle getting these fixed in Miami where I am currently because they are jobs that will take full days, Mike Williams the service manager went above and beyond to contact me and resolve the situation. I appreciate the assistance from the service department.

I am completely disappointed in this location I purchase a vehicle on Tuesday a brand new 2021 Volkswagen Passat will you bring the car home we go out the following days which is Thursday go for a ride in the car pools completely to the right when it’s shifting down gears the transmission makes a noise the brakes make a noise as well the car is basically falling apart I take it back to the shop on Friday morning so they can look at it and one of their technician rates that he didn’t hear any noises at the time and that it only pulls a little bit to the right because of the road so I explain to him So every road in Florida is completely off then because I have another vehicle in that vehicle I can let go of the steering wheel in it stay straight I’m not saying that it doesn’t go a little bit to one side or the other but this one you let it go and it completely goes to the right I have videos to show proof and they basically care less I told him that I just want it if anything for them to give me another vehicle of the same kind and they’re like all we need to be able to fix it how are you fixing something is brand new this is ridiculous mind you it’s a lease and I’m stuck with this hunk of junk for the next three years now I’m going to have to hire an attorney for the lemon law because this car is garbageAnd then they basically try to downplay everything of course I know that the store manager is telling the technicians or the sales people that work in the mechanic department to kind of brush it off they’re not gonna take full responsibility saying that one of their vehicles came defaulted from factory or that maybe it got messed up and transport God for bid that they take any responsibility for their actions I will basically be letting everybody that I know what terrible service volts wagon has

Have been trying to get into a new car for months but kept getting let down because of a lack of credit history so I was referred to Alec who helped me through finding a car I liked at a price I could afford. Then he brought Louis in who was outstanding from the get. He grabbed me an espresso brought me to his office and thoroughly went over everything with me and went back and forth with financing with my best interests in mind. Eventually getting me lower payments with better coverage.

I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta a couple months ago, Mike, the salesman, was great, very professional one of the most smooth transactions ever made. Couple weeks ago have a problem with the tires, took the car to be checked, and Allysa in the service department, took care of the issue replacing all four tires.

My dealer Rob Winters was exceptional, as my deal was complex involving a long distance trade in transport,but Rob did everything he could to make the process go as fast as smooth as possible. They also have recently added more virius safety measures in place so you feel safe doing business which is a plus these days . So if your in the market for a VW give them a try, they get you any possible discount/incentive they can find for the best deal possible.

Simple oil service took way longer than expected.

Buying a car from Georgia, and needing to have it transported here could have been a nightmare. But, J.Sapiencia walked me thru each step, making it as easy as possible. He kept me informed each step of the way. The transport driver said he stayed late so my car could be picked up. It was delivered the next day with a full tank of gas! He is a 5 star!

I had posted a review a few months ago but they must have had it deleted. From beginning to end; sales, service, management- my experience with VW was awful. Gage from the service department was particularly rude, condescending, snarky. I purchased a brand new Jetta off the lot in Nov 2017, within a month I had to bring it back for repairs because of an issue with the car not turning on when I turned the key. I got it back without an explanation or apology from anyone at VW and sure enough, three weeks later I had problems again. Once again, no explanation or care in the world from management. I can’t even begin to describe the horrible feeling I had every time I walked in there. They could care less about the customers, they take no pride in what they do. I had the car serviced a few times and the following day I would have lights turning on in the car, they never did a good job despite the prices they charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. I have since purchased a Mercedes and could not be happier with the car or with the dealership in general. STAY AWAY FROM VOLKSWAGEN OF NAPLES.

I’d like to know who the owner is and ask them why my daughter has had nothing but problems with the car she bought from Naples VW. And why She has had nothing but a run around from them and mounting repair bills! Horrible! She even took it to an independent VW specialist and they told her the problem was nothing but a sensor! VW not only won’t give this mechanic (VW certified) any help but told her she needed $5000 of work (originally $1900!) to fix it! To see my daughter in tears over this is unbelievable! If this is the way VW treats its customers then I will never own another VW and I will recommend you run away from them as fast as you can! Also my daughter was told that they ONLY replace the roof motors in pairs but they admitted today that it’s only a “recommendation”!They lied about their emissions and they lie about the reliability of their cars! They are expensive to fix and expensive to buy! All based on a falsehood!

Bought a car here multiple years ago and I am still fighting an uphill battle to get my car registered in my name properly....They somehow managed to register my vehicle in my Moms name, so I have since had to waste hours of my life trying to sort this all out through the DMV, my bank, and also being hung up on multiple times by the salesman who sold me the car. All of the sales staff were incredibly rude when I continued calling trying to get in touch with someone who could help me, and when I eventually got transferred to the guy who I worked with initially his response was literally I dont have time. And he hung up the line. The only progress I have since made was working with one of the finance managers. He did apologize to me for the sales guys hanging up, but he was also unable to do anything to get the car properly registered because as it turns out, I would have to refinance to get my OWN CAR that I have been paying for registered in my name.Overall working with VW of Naples has been entirely unpleasant, unhelpful, and Ive had to waste so much time on this. Even my bank was confused about how a car dealership could make such an error. Recommend going somewhere else - Also it would be helpful if someone could reach out and get this all sorted out since I bought the car in 2018! Thanks!!!

I was VERY disappointed . I ask for a tire rotation and oil change, my car was 8400 miles . I mark my two front tires . The service sheet said that ev erything was normal, they changed the oil, rotated the tires . Then I look at my front tire and the mark was still there! SO, they didnt rotate them. I talk to my service advisor and he resolved it for me. Even if its free the technician get paid for doing the work

Awesome place! I have been searching for a specific car that was out of stock all over south Florida. I live in Hollywood Florida and the only dealer that had the car that I wanted was VW of Naples. Before agreeing to drive all the way (120 Miles), I spoke with Ruben on the phone and we pretty did all the deal by SMS. I ask everything a few times to make sure cause I didn’t want to drive so far for nothing. The amazing experience and friendly customer service already started on the phone. Ruben was super patient, professional and helpful! While arriving to the dealer everything was ready to go. An hour of paperwork and financial stuff and I was ready to drive home with my new car. Everything on the contract deal was precise and exactly what we have talked about! It was my best car purchasing process I ever had! (I have a few bad experiences from the past. It usually took me one or two working days to get everything done). The positive experience started with the sales specialist Ruben and ended up with Louis from financial department. I am a Professional electrical engineer and worked over 11 years in automotive industry for most high end vehicles. I had appointment with VW dealerships to check my overheating VW Jetta and AC trouble. After 4 hours dropping the car in, tried to contact the advisor for an update. After that 4 hours the vehicle was not even diagnosed. The technician blame advisor that was not scheduled in time or something like that, even though an appointment made a day before. Finally after receiving some quotes on what need to fixed, I realize they are replacing parts that were already replaced recently and I knew the parts were in good condition and working properly. They try to tell me the car need to be towed and I cannot run the car like that, even though I drove the car with for couple days already, knowing how to handle the issue in traffics.The reason I give a star is because they did not even check if parts that need replaced are actually defective and because they did not fix my problem. I went to VW having a great experience with previous advisor that left the position and though they know better than any other shops a VW. I went to a different mechanic after that and check the cooling fan and as I said the test they perform on the cooling fan turn that cooling fans were in perfect condition, tested in front of me and were working. The temperature sensor triggers the fan to run but no one test that obviously. Why VW want to charge me $1,105 to replace a cooling fan assembly if is still working? The cooling fan assembly cost $199 from original manufacturer. The new advisors lack of professionalism and have no mechanical or electrical skills and there is no transparency from VW dealerships. Above all this mess I was charged near $900 and car was still not fixed for the issue the car was brought in for. I asked to save for me the defective parts that they told me are broken and need replaced and pay for, but not even word talked about that. That showed that are hiding true from the customer. Overcharged prices and they are trying to sell you service that are not necessary. I had the car tested before I toke it in to know what need to be done and knew what need to be done and they try to scam me with over $2000 bill for part that are not necessary fixing my overheating vehicle. VW do not have professional advisors, only amateurs. Do not recommend VW dealerships to any VW owner. Find a better shop. If not You will Spend triple the price that a regular shop will charge for same repair. Very disappointed.

This our third vehicle from this combined VW and Audi dealership. I’ve had plenty of auto buying experiences, there people are the best. I’ve found them to be responsive, trustworthy, knowledgable, and above all else, they make every effort to always do the right thing for the customer. I have blind loyalty to these people, because they give that to me. If you need a car, new or used, Naples VW and Audi are 11/10. I can go into great details of the many examples and people...I’ll spare you. Just try them and see if you agree.

Havent dealt with sales side of it, but the service dept is top notch. Very friendly and with up front pricing and quoting. If they find something else wrong with the vehicle, they call and explain the issue with pricing to fix said issue, and give you a choice as to whether or not you want it fix then, or later (depending on the severity of the issue obviously). They dont hassle and pressure you. Its definitley a nice change from some of the other dealerships around town

My review is specifically about the service department.I live in Fort Myers, but I drove 1 hour to get service done at the VW in Naples because my experience(s) with VW in Fort Myers have been TERRIBLE.This is my first time here, and so far, the experience has been very positive. I made an appointment for 8:30 am and within 5 minutes, Id been officially checked in. They have a great waiting area - specifically, the quiet room - where I could get a lot of work done while I waited.I waited around an hour to find out what the issue was (check engine light), and then they explained the next steps. I do have to come back in a few days to get the issue fixed since they are waiting on a part, but I dont mind since the waiting area is awesome and I can just continue to work.Overall, I would highly recommend the service department at VW Naples.
