Came in because my computer flashed a message that it couldn’t boot up off the drive. Turns out it needed to be cleaned. Andy was detail oriented and gave me updates along the way. I was only without my computer for 48 hours. Not bad at all! Strongly recommend. If I have PC issues in the future I’ll absolutely come back!

PC Mart is the best computer shop Ive worked with in the western suburbs. I had a 7+ year old gaming desktop that needed an overhaul. Their tech Anthony knew exactly which parts needed to be replaced for the performance specs I wanted. Also did a fantastic job routing the new build.

Ive built several PCs over the years, most for gaming and a few home theater PCs. This past weekend, I was building a gaming PC and realized my case was missing a part that would affix my motherboard to the chassis. So I made a trip to PC Mart and met the owner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs their computer repaired or if you just want to make your old computer faster. Short version: Fast service, smart, friendly, great communication when it came to fixing my desktop. Cannot recommend highly enough.Long version: I have an Alienware desktop computer that I spent a pretty penny on 4 years ago. Id been having weird monitor/restart issues for a while but it otherwise ran just fine - still speedy and all that. One night my PC had a red screen, so I contacted another computer repair place that I had used in the past and without looking at the computer I was told well your PC is old you need to buy a new one. With my PC being speced just as well or even better than modern ones, I didnt really want to purchase a new one. PC Mart is right by my house so I went on a Thursday evening right before closing to see if they could check it out so I could make an informed decision about the future of my computer. The woman who at the front desk who took care of the paperwork and all that was very nice and friendly. The next day around 1 I get a phone call saying it was the graphics card (ah, of course), and that they could replace it, AND it would be done the next day, which absolutely floored me. Even better, I got a phone call Friday night saying the job was all done! Picked it up Saturday morning, chatted with the two gentlemen behind the counter, again both of them polite and friendly. The people at PC Mart totally understand how important a computer is to a person which is so incredibly appreciated.

PC Mart is fantastic! They took my old computer and worked with me to build a complete and awesome gaming computer. I was a bit worried about the price but they took out all of the good and salvageable parts and kept them so i didnt have to spend so much money. Great customer service! If I would have known it was this easy, I wouldnt have went to Best Buy for my computer issues prior to this visit. I will continue going here for sure!

Excellent service! I had a HP desktop that was shutting down randomly. Dropped it off at PC mart. They called back the next day after they diagnosed the problem to be due to a broken CPU fan. They provided an estimate of the cost to fix this. They had the PC fixed and ready to go the same day. They tested the PC by leaving it on the entire day to ensure that it did not shut down. Very courteous staff. Would definitely recommend them for any PC related issues.

Visiting Naperville, my hard drive crashed and I didnt have my backup available. They were able to recover the data, installed a new SSD, reinstalled Windows 10, all done by the next day and at a reasonable price. Prior to doing everything, they explained very clearly what needed to be done and the associated cost for each step of the repair procedure.

I have been dealing with PC Mart for over 20 years! I have purchased 3 computers from them and they ALL have performed to perfection. Despite the other reviews the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Usually they have your computer only one day. They build your computer to your specifications from the tower to the hard drive. Friendly service and quality PCs. They also do not install any junk or crap on your computer. Just the operating system and if you wish (and should) the anti-virus. Forget the racial slurs and bad reviews. They must be doing something right to stay in business for over 20 years. Highly Recommended!

Just purchased my third pc from these guys and they did their usual excellent work in saving my old data and transferring it to the new notebook. This is the second time they have been able to salvage data from a dead or dying pc and successfully install it on my new computer. PLUS their price for this service is very fair and the prices for their computers (completely refurbished/upgraded) are the best Ive found in this area. I highly recommend you check them out the next time you need service or a new pc.

I have been using PC Marts services for many years and have had very professional service from them at all times. I have purchased many different PCs that were for mine and my sons use, whether for school, work, or general internet activities. At times I have requested a special build that they were able to accomplish for at least half of what the Geek Squad wanted to charge me. I have found them very reliable on the recovery of either a very corrupt hard drive or due to a damage a hard drive that is unable to boot at all. They have also at times given me other options that I have used successfully at no cost to myself.I would highly recommend their services for most computer needs either hardware or software. They have never sold me more than I wanted or needed, or charged me more than the up front estimate that I was given.

Went to get part for my Laptop. I knew what was wrong with my laptop. They had the part but refused to give me part since they did not diagnose the problem. I offer them to show them my laptop and the person said they will charge to take a look at laptop to see what is the problem. What a ripoff. Poor customer service and greedy business. They should not advertise that they sell parts.
