This store is super!! The manager is awesome!!

Ive been waiting for 7 months to be refunded on a class that was canceled. First they called me and told me that I was owed a refund, but she couldnt figure out how to process it over the phone. Then I was told to go in for my refund. Ive now been in several times and each time Im told they either dont know how or arent authorized and that a manager or district manager will call. Still waiting on the call. Still waiting on my refund. I even suggested crediting the account to my last purchase and she said absolutely no she cannot do that. This is ridiculous

Staff not knowledgeable about products. Issue with store card and clerk refused to simply give me another card even though I had my cos license and driver’s license in my hand. And last time I came this same older clerk was clearly DRUNK. The alcohol smell was hitting me just standing next to her.

We dont get a lot from here. The sales systems are dated. And no further discounts on getting case quantities.Amazon and massage warehouse is always cheaper unless something is on sale. However I dont mind paying extra because I can pick up right away mostly and eapecially if the sales team is knowledgeable and courteous.Only negating a star because the selection is somewhat limited.

Very helpful staff! They always have what I need or are willing to locate it for me.

The staff here is always helpful in finding and suggesting products. They greet me as soon as I walk in and let me know of any new products that have been released. They take the time to answer any and all questions.

Apparently Alicia is not a fan of children in the store and her face showed it all. Considering she is an employee representing cosmoprof, She definitely did not try to act very professional.

I dont understand this place. I went in on a Sunday and it was a ghost town. I was the only customer there and simply wanted to pick up some nail polish remover. Apparently they couldnt sell me ANYTHING because I dont have some kind of a beauticians license. This doesnt sound like the best business method to me. After telling me she couldnt sell to me, the clerk then went on to tell me to go to another store and what kind of nail polish remover I should buy, as though I, as a grown woman, have never purchased the product before. Apparently only those who go to beauty school know how to buy nail polish. I just cant imagine that this place can generate enough business selling only to those with a license to stay open. Dumb.

Apparently people do not understand that Cosmo is a PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT SUPPLY HOUSE for LICENSED PROFESSIONALS ONLY. If you are not licensed you go to Sallys Beauty Supply which is open to the public and they dont sell the Professional Grade Products. They sell the same crap as Walmart. At Professional Supply Stores we get our professional products at cost or wholesale NOT retail. This is because as Licensed Professionals we are Merchants and sell retail products as well, which we get from Professional Supply Houses at cost and sell them at retail. Like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS IN THE FREE WORLD WORKS. Cosmo is a SUPPLY HOUSE not a RETAIL STORE. Learn the difference and either stop complaining or get a License so you can purchase products there.
