My friend and I worked with an extremely knowledgeable and charismatic employee at MAC. Chastity was so helpful and because of her I’m always going to come back to MAC for my makeup.

First time customer to this location on 8/11/2018 and I receive services rendered by MAC artist Kevin. Kevin was professional and paid attention to detail when applying my make-up. During the make-up application, many passing customers paid compliment to his work! I sincerely love how I look! Rating: A+

I got my make up done for a family wedding here. The Make-Up artists are very knowledgeable, know their product like the back of their hand, and are very easy to work with for the look you desire. I was getting compliments on my make up all night and after the pictures of the party came out. It wasnt over-the-top or underwhelming, it looked very natural, yet did a beautiful job highlighting and accepting my best features, all while being clean and smooth.

Out of ALL of the mac stores i have ever been to and ive been to ALOT of them! This location by FAR has been the best!!! All of the staff members that i have interacted with make you feel very welcomed and appreciated! As a customer that is very important you want to feel like your business is appreciated and that your spending money in the right place! I left there today feeling even more amazing then i did whn i walked in!!

First time I went in, I called ahead to make sure they had my item in stock and they did the lady was so nice (Nancy.k ) she even had it up on front for me.when I went I admit is kinda hard to find, they need a big m.a.c sign there next to the old Starbucks. If you know were the river walk is at downtown Naperville your good, easy to find. My only concern ls parking they dont have good parking very limited, I suggest park at a near by parking lot then walk to your location, very friendly and every bodys walking. Like a little plaza with high end stores like m.a.c, Apple, Eddie Bauer, Sephora etc.

Poorly managed store. Lack of staff and support o ln front end led me to leave without a purchase.
