I was greeted when I came in and everyone was very friendly. Bath and body is one of my favorite stores and they never disappoint. I wish this location was bigger its a high traffic store and can get crowded fast. Looking forward to it decorated for the holidays!

Love this store. Staff is always so helpful. Calvin, the store manager really knows what hes doing. He makes every customer feel special. I highly recommend visiting this location. Wide variety of items, clean store, staff is very meticulous on having everything in its place to make shopping easier and more enjoyable. I now have my co- workers from 2 jobs shopping here. Friendly employees, I always have a good experience when I come in here.

The shop was so clean and neat. Only problem was that the ladies there messed up at the register. In the beginning a first associate started to ring us up and then another one took over and the first lady told her what she already added into the register but even with that said, she ended up adding too many things and when I almost left the store I saw that the total was too much for what I bought and she apologized and I appreciate that but I had to wait for my money to go back onto my credit card.

Love the place. The store women are helpful (provided the store is not crowded:). Some of the popular scents go fast. They should have the option to ship them for free. They r doing so well so they shd start free shipping for products.

I was looking for a gift for my friend daughter who is turning 16th that have. Sensitive skin the worker help me fine something for her. I forgot the lady name sheso helpful to night. We come back again.

I could smell the store from a yard away, and I knew it was calling me. I like that they have a hand washing station, so you can not only test the scent, but also clean up. I also like their ocean lotion, its very manly.

Service was pretty good. Liked the small store but the store in the mall has friendlier service. Purchased Pretty in Peach, Moonlight Path, a couple Rose products waiting for Semi-Annual Sale.

Friendly staff and genuinely interested in assisting customers. The only con (if you want to call it that) they were sold out of a couple of items I wanted. I went during a popular sale. Other than that I had a great shopping experience.

The young cashier was very very helpful on helping me find the merchandise I was looking for.

I had several wallflowers and room sprays that I wanted to exchange for Linen and Lavender. So, I decided to stop at this location, since I was in the area shopping. I walked in the store and was greeted by someone in the back of the store. I walked to the back of the store to the customer service desk, where an employee by the name of Sharon was standing. I asked her if they had Linen and Lavender and before I could finish speaking, she says with an attitude, IN WHAT? I said in wallflowers and room sprays, she then walked from behind the desk and walked me to a shelf where all of the room sprays were. I left my bag that had the items that I wanted to exchange at the desk. After half looking for the fragrance, Sharon said we dont have the room spray, but we have the wallflowers. I said ok, thank you! I then went back to the room spray shelf and looked up and sure enough, there were several bottles of Linen and Lavender room sprays. Ok, no biggie! While grabbing 6 bottles, I heard Sharon slamming my bag on the next register, while she assisted another customer. After hearing this, I walked to the desk to complete the exchange. Sharon went and poured all of my wallflowers out of the bag, without using any caution. What if they would have fell on the floor and broke? She started typing on the register really hard and at this point, I was furious, but I remain respectful. After 15 minutes at the register, Sharon finished my exchange. I will never, ever return to this store. BBW, you need to have your employees complete a Customer Service class or two before they are allowed to assist any customers.

Incredibly busy and very understaffed. Products are nice, but anytime a sale takes place on a Saturday the checkout process takes over 30 minutes. This has happened several times. They should have noticed this pattern and plan accordingly during Saturday sales.
