Caliber’s employees are professional and friendly.After dropping off our car for repairs they kept us updated with progress via text.When we picked up our car we were happy with the repairs and were pleasantly surprised to see that our car had been cleaned inside and out.It looked brand new!

This is the second time Ive had to use Caliber and the service was consistently excellent! Frank and team were great; the customer service was outstanding. While my car repair was delayed due to parts not being available, the service made up for it. Highly recommend!

I cant recommend Caliber Collision highly enough. The body repair work was completed perfectly and my car was returned to me in pristine condition. It looks brand new and was cleaned and polished inside and out. And it was all performed in a timely manner, as promised, with excellent customer service. Great crew!

The service is top notch. I came to get a bumper reattached on my wife’s Toyota Sienna from driving over snow in February. Very friendly and helpful. They looked it over and told me it was fixable and worked on it the same day because they had space in their schedule. Also, they gave me touch up paint advice. Extremely happy they took care of this. I was just looking for an estimate and got much more. I’m glad I found an honest place to go to.

Pleasant, efficient and super happy with pricing

Repairs delayed from 4 days to 14 days. No update about delay until I called. I saw TPM malfunction alarm at the pick but the shop deny any wrong doing for the alarm. But it was caused by misconnection of TPM controller at the back of bumper. I cause revisit the shop and fixed it while i wait for more than 2 hours. Avoid this shop.

Embarrassing but true. Had a lazy drivers side seatbelt which lodged in the front door in such a way that I could not open door from either inside or outside. I had to enter through passenger side to operate vehicle. Brought it over to Caliber at 8:00 am. With Micahs help, was able to get problem resolved within 30 minutes at a very fair price. Great experience, good people!

We have used Caliber in Naperville on River Rd several times for repairs, from minor to semi major. Great communication and service throughout. the repair. And they will give you options. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

Had to bring the car in for a new windshield and additional repairs. Micah made the process easy and was great to work with. Not having experienced a repair like this, I expected the process to be long and slow. We had our car in for a quote right away and in for repairs shortly thereafter. Micah kept us posted throughout the work with consultation on the repairs as needed. Micah was professional, informative and made the process so much smoother than I thought it could be!

Caliber did an amazing job. And the finished early.

Had some front end damage, got it repaired within a week. Upon picking up my car, I found that theyd cleaned my car and broken the glove box latch in the process. They told me I was out of luck and took my money for my trouble. Wont use them again.

Didnt want to give me an estimate for touching up paint. Apparently they have to replace the whole rear bumper if it has a scratch the size of a quarter. Found another non- franchise who had no problem providing excellent service fixing only what was needed.

Abra Auto does amazing work! They fixed my Hyundai Genesis to perfection, and the customer service was 2nd to None! I was very impressed with everything from the moment I stepped foot in there. The staff were amazing! They kept me updated about my car with every step they took. They were very friendly and profesional. I will definitely be recommending them! They did such a great job on my vehicle I am glad I decided to bring my car to them.

When looking for a shop after my accident i saw great reviews for this place. The staff is friendly and do keep you informed throughout the process. Unfortunately for me a door was replaced and the outside of the door looked great but the inside was not.Also the vehicle had new scratches on the bumper in numerous places. Do the walk through everytime. I worked late and it was a holiday weekend so I paid over the phone and picked up my car after hours. I took the vehicle back a week later and it was looked over and now 9 days later still have not heard back. Taking my losses on this one but wont return in the future for any repairs.

After being involved in a car accident I got a list of Auto Body Shops that my insurance approved. After visiting 3 they all stating that they were unable to get my car in for repairs for at least 4-6 weeks. I was very upset as when I drop my car making turns my car was making a scrapping sound. I called my insurance company again and asked for additional repair places in which I came across ABRA. When calling I spoke to Jamie who was super nice and willing to answer all my questions and when going in I meet with Ryan who was amazing he really listened to my concerns and took an actual detail look at my car finding that my head light was shifted towards on coming traffic and deemed it unsafe to drive. Even though his shop was busy he even called several other of his associated shops to see if they could get me in sooner. Even know that was not an option he stated that he was going to make it happen and HE DID. He always responded to my e-mails and phone calls to find out status always pleasant and was happy he took in the car as if I continued to drive it not taking it in to a shop for 4-6 weeks he stated that my frame of my car would have been damaged. This place is a smaller more family friendly shop but honestly I was thrilled with my experience and results. My car looks fabulous and even went out of the way without charge to make my other head light look more similar. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HIGHLY as it was a wonderful experience.

I took my car to ABRA AUTO AT 479 N RIVER ROAD I REGREAT IT I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY INSTINCT I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN THE CLAIM WAS PUT ON MY BEHALF. THAT NEVER SAT RIGHT BUT I TRUSTED THEM. AFTER ONE WEEK MY PUMBER WAS LOSE ON A NONE ACCIDENT SIDE ABRA REP SAID IT WAS PREA TO OLD ACCIDENT BUT THEY FAILED TO IMFORM ME THAT BEFORE THEY FIXED THE CAR I COULD HAVE PULLED MY CAR OUT TO TAKE IT TO A RIGHT AUTO BODY WHO COULD HAVE FIXED IT RIGHT. I TOOK MY CAR TO TWO OTHER AUTO BODY SHOPS WHO HAVE ALL SAID ABRA DID NOT FIX THE PUMBER RIGHT ABRA PUT THE WRONG SIZE OF A BUMPER ON IT NOW THEY WANT ME TO PUT A NEW CLAIM. IM IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING STATEMENTS AND ESTIMATES FROM INDEPENDEND BODY SHOP. I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING STAY TUNED I WILL COME BACK FOR RESULTS.
