Great to do all your alcoholic beverage shopping in a specialty store like BevMo! You are certain to get the best price for your alcohol. I dont drink often, but the savings you get from BevMo! is worth the additional trip.

When it comes to having my favorite beer Spaten Optimator, BevMoe is an f minus. Customer service is a negative 10. Unfortunately they are the only place in Napa County that sells it (when they have it.)Apparently enough people know this and by Friday, Saturday at the latest, BevMo is all sold out of Spaten Optimator. I believe their shipment arrives on Tuesdays, so obviously they just dont care to accomadate the Spaten customer, by ordering a larger compliment that will easily sell itself. I have talked to them on numerous occasions about this consistent shortage, but they always give me the deer in the headlights look.Of course when I suggest that they should increase their order of Spaten Optimator, they always sweep my suggestion under the rug with the catch all sorry or unfortunately... They all act like they dont care. Unfortunately, its not an act. Its a no brainer. If this beer is so popular that every week it sells out before the week is over, order more. Its common sense. Unfortunately, common sense is NOT common, there. Maybe Napas BevMo should change their name to Larry, Curly and BevMo. Niuk niuk.

Well Stocked Store with Wide Variety of Alcoholic and non-Alcoholic Beverages, Good Prices, lots of parking available.

Terrible. Ok selection of wines but beers are all old (check the bottling dates on the bottles - lots from 2017, early 18 that arent meant to age). Also, very large, generic, micro selection. Beers are micro brews from the major players like Heineken, In-Bev, etc...

My wife and I really enjoyed shopping at BevMo. However, we will not be shopping there in the future. We made purchases of wine, beer and spirits on December 6th. One of the bottles of wine was corked so my wife attempted to take it back for a replacement bottle on December 19th. We didn’t keep the receipt (why would we need to), the store manager said the company policy is that you must have the receipt. Also, BevMo’s policy is that no wine can be returned after seven (7) days. Let me repeat their policy. You Must return corked wine within 7 days of your purchase and you must have your receipt. Bye BevMo!
