We were looking for a new wine club to join but did not want to limit to one winery. Back Room had some good reviews and great location in the heart of wine country.What started as a quick intro email to the store turned into a very personable reply from Prashant. He asked great questions which seems to have informed the wines he is including in our recurring shipment. It seems very bespoke which is so hard to find today in most wine clubs weve experienced.For example, I Just LOVE LOVE LOVE this last shipment of wine. I can’t wait to try them! I am especially excited about the Source & Sink ( love the small release) and the Domain Lucien (CdP is something I want to learn more about).I highly recommend. And I look forward to the chance to meet the team in person this fall when my traveling resumes.

Where to start? Tomas and Prashant were amazing! They had 1 bottle they were out of stock, but recommended some that were comparable. Then a Chardonnay that would show up on Tuesday, but recommended some others that were comparable as well (so we could get the bottle quicker). Got it squared away and got everything setup for a speedy delivery later this week. I will recommend everyone to this business. It felt like they actually cared about me for once instead for just trying to get my money. Keep up the great work!

Good selection of wines but I wish the folks that work here were a little nicer. We came here twice and both times has to ask for a recommendation after browsing for a while. No one came to help in an empty store. After they did it was very transactional and not friendly.

We would like to recommend the Back Room Wine store to anyone who enjoys wine! They have an excellent selection of wines and a large Beaujolais section! We just had the Domaine Ruet Chiroubles 2017 and it was excellent. It is one of the most wonderful bottles of wine I have had and for certain the best Beaujolais (which is my passion) and so hard to find in the US. BRW has a great ability to select wonderful, unique wines at a good price point. Shopping in the store is enjoyable and Prashants recommendations are spot on! You will be very happy u visited!!

I am so impressed with Back Room Wines excellent customer service! I made a last minute order as a Christmas Present for my mother who lives on the other side of the country, and Prashant and his team arranged an expedited delivery and were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I was able to watch my mom receive her bottle over FaceTime on Christmas Eve! She said that the wine was delicious. I highly recommend!

I had the absolute best time at Back Room Wines! I had heard about a tasting event and was eager to check it out - and Im glad I did! The wine was delicious and the staff were not only great hosts, but very knowledgable! They sure know their stuff! I will certainly be back! I originally placed an order for an item that had just gone out of stock, and Prashant went above and beyond by reaching out directly to talk about additional vintages and other comparable wines that would be of interest, while also reaching out to both the winemaker and other distributors to see if they could find a few bottles to get my original order out. Just did a wine tasting here with my girlfriend and had the most amazing time ever. The wine steward was so personable and friendly and made our experience unforgettable. He even took some time out of his day and wrote us out some recommendations around the area. Not to mention the wine was phenomenal as well!!

At the beginning of the Pandemic Lockdown, State Stores in PA (our state has Commonwealth control of all wine/liquor sales) were closed. By chance, we saw Backroom Lines on the Internet.We selected some wines, since they carried one we liked, and placed an order. Shortly afterwards, Prashant Patel – their VP- contacted us to inquire about our order and see if he could help in any future selections. After communication, we conveyed our preferences (we like red wine, fruit forward, with a hint of sweetness) and he made some suggestions from their large inventory. He was “spot on”.Since then, we’ve maintained close communication with Prashant. He’s extremely helpful and responsive.Their website is very easy to navigate, and billing is via credit card. Orders arrive by FedEx, usually in just under a week. During the summer, temperature appropriate shipping was employed. When the Pandemic passes, we plan to travel to Napa Valley (their location) and a visit to Backroom Wines will be high on our itinerary.In summary – Backroom Wines is a very professional organization with a large selection of great wines at moderate and higher price points, and communication is a strong component of their success. We’ve recommended them to friends and family who have different taste preferences but all have experienced the same great service.Cheers….enjoy!

I want to send some wines to a friend in New York. He is a wine lover but never been to Napa Valley. I figure it would be neat to send him a package of rare wines from Napa Valley. I came across to Back Room Wines and Prashant from the store is just amazing. I described what kind of wines my friend enjoys and how much my budget was. He helped me picked out a good mixture of wines and sent me the link to review and place the order. Prashant was professional and friendly. After a week, I decided to use his service again and sent another friend of mine some wines for the New Year. The whole process was so easy for someone like me that knows nothing about wines. I will for sure call Prashant again for my future wine needs.

I like how they focus on smaller vineyards from around the world. Unique wines and spirits, was able to find a wine from one of my favorite vineyards in South Africa.

Back Room Wines had the wine selection I was looking for and at a fair price so I decided to give them a try. I ordered my wine on May 5th and noticed instruction that shipping East of Colorado ship the following Monday. Monday came and no shipping information was shared. Tuesday came and no information was shared. Wednesday came and I sent an email asking for a status update and tracking information. No reply to my email, so I sent another email The following day asking for a tracking number. I told them I would file a dispute with my bank if they did not reply. Thursday came to an end without a reply so I canceled filed a dispute with my bank. The next day I get a UPS shipment notice. I just received the wine today, 05/20/2020. It took 15 days to get the product. I will never use this company again due to their poor communication and total lack of customer service. Buyer beware. I’m giving it two stars just because I finally received the product.

Really great spot with a very large variety of wines. Theres a seating area for tasting and cant say enough about the knowledge and friendly people. We went in expecting to buy 4 bottles and left with 7! Great experience!

Dan has a brilliant palette, and helps me find gems for pittances. If you want supermarket wines, go to a Super, but if you want Super (Supper) wines, come here. The local wine tastes are fun and a bargain.Napa, and international wines. Five Stars.

Exactly what we were looking for on a day trip to Napa. Small vineyard wine selection with several tasting options including some higher end cabernets you wont find outside the area. Very knowledgeable staff and they will ship wine home for you. Highly recommend.

Went for a tasting (2 @ $15). Bought $200.00 worth of wine and spirits. Was still charged for the tasting. I like endorsing local businesses which I can walk to from my house. BevMo is on Trancas and Jefferson (more of a bike ride).
