I felt compelled to write a review because there are only a couple here and theyre not very informative. I have been using Terrapin for 15+ years and they were recommended to me by another satisfied customer.First, Garrett is a Volvo expert. However, he also services our Honda without issue.Second, if your car is running, he will come pick it up for you and drop it off when hes done.Third, the guy is as honest a mechanic as youll ever want to meet. He clearly runs his business as a man of principle.Fourth, Terrapins prices are very reasonable. We used another local volvo mechanic, but it just got too expensive. Luckily, a parent from our daughters school recommended Terrapin.Fifth, the guy is fast. We often get same day service. When you couple that with the fact he picks up and delivers the car...dude.And last but not least, hes a Giants fan.A+ mechanic!
