I’m a fan of this store. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer to help over the smallest detail. It’s well stocked and has plenty of diverse items. I seem to always be looking for something unusual. Today was mostly a veggie run and I noticed the jalapeños were all stood on end and I thought maybe someone just had too much time on their hands... but honestly I prefer them this was now. It’s nice to be able to touch only the one I want and hope others are doing the same.This store is always clean and obviously orderly. Keep up the good work!!

Store has completely turned around very happy! With the exception of 1 thing, (self checkout) every time I use self checkout the guy hovers over me like I am going to steal, trust and believe I do not need to steal from your store.

I love the meats and breads that this grocery store has. It is always fresh and always available. I wish I liked bakery items because I think they look delicious when I go past them, I have never purchased them. The store is clean and will stocked so I go here often.

I was visiting the area and stopped to pick up a couple ofvitems. Its a clean grocery store. Not too much help available. Produce section looks pretty good. Minimal products un baby aisle.I was surprised that you have to pay for shopping bags. The cashier said it was standard in all supermarkets.

Overall nice employees. Today I came in during the early hours because of my breathing difficulties because my asthma, well state requires a mask. This older gentleman over the age of 65 decided that wearing his masking is not important, but decided to hang it off one ear. Workers saw him but of course they didnt say anything to him. I have my parents who I take care of and of course me. I have to be extra careful. So why is it ok for him to violate all the rules and that it does not pertain to him. Unacceptable for him and the store not to say anything to him. A young worker went near and did not say a word. Its the store responsibility to have every customer wear a mask.

I shopped for someone else recently. Usually, I have to check with them regularly for replacements since items are out of stock these days. I only had to do that two times this day! Everything else - water, pasta, dairy - was all in stock! The store was well organized, clean, and easy to navigate.

Use to be a very good store. Yet alot of brand name items are no longer in this store.. Plus their magazines are always weeks out of date. Another one bites the dust!

I would give it zero stars but I can’t .The guy at the self checkout is absolutely horrible,he stands behind you as you check out as if you’re going to steal something when there’s cameras right there.It’s frustrating when you don’t feel comfortable shopping because someone is constantly on your back.I will be taking my money elsewhere.I have reported this to cooperate and still no response.

Open late which is good but very bad variety and merchandise on shelves organized & grouped together haphaazardly. If u want italian ice u get the basic flavors or least popular rubbish

Yesterday, I picked up my meds. at the store Pharmacy, the staff at pick up counter was very rude, impatient and grumpy... my daughter caught her rolled her eyes on me while I was swiping my insurance card, because it didnt work first time. Very unpleasant experience, I dont go to this pharmacy often, remembered well with nice staff there couple of years ago who said feel better Mrs. xxx. Dont know what happened to the store pharmacy, need to improve hiring and training process.

I Love Stop & Shop! I will always shop here. Why? Because they have a very caring staff and friendly atmosphere. I know, as since one of their Managers back in November 2014. saved my life. If it wasnt for Tim Wheeler, I wouldnt be here today.I also enjoy their selections of food and non food items available to all of us. Although... I am a bit confused as to why 1 of the produce stockers told me when asked why they do not carry any bean sprouts, I was told he just threw all of them away as since they do not sell much of them. Either Fresh or Canned. So I was a bit saddened by this bit of news. I happen to use a lot of those for my favorite dishes that I cook at home. I always shop at the Nanuet location.

The produce is a hit or miss on some days and organizationally, the shelves are a bit overwhelming to look through.

The experience was fine. Stop & Stop had everything I needed and the gentleman in charge of the seafood section Also has porkchop etc. Extremely pleasant and helpful.

Prices are much more than the Pearl River supermarket. They charge for paper bags.

Love to get the hand held scanner and bag my groceries while I shop so check out takes about 1 minute.

This place is dope. Relatively clean and the staff are 95% friendly. They have almost anything you can think of as far as markets are concerned and at a cool price. I come here often.I’m also trolling for the standard cut/paste reply guy that claims he’s the owner but just an algorithm set to monitor comments. Really looking forward to hearing what “he” has to say...😏

The store itself is great, with a huge selection of items, and an awesome produce department, deli, bakery, etc. However this new robot they have patrolling the aisles definitely ruins the experience for me. Its weird, makes me uncomfortable, and its gotten in my way more than once. I straight up just dont like it. This used to be my go to spot for years, but I will not be shopping here anymore.

They have a good selection of groceries, I think their prices are good and they have lots of digital coupons and free things to give away through the app. Self check out re-design is great, it’s easy to get in and out is there. I wish the seafood section had more of a selection but considering that they didn’t always have a seafood section it’s decent for now. The recent remodel has been good overall. The prepared foods are good, they serve sushi there now which is cool, and their friend chicken is good (sometimes a little salty though). I’m in there 3-5x a week.

They had a Fresh Organic Turkey 🦃 for our Thanksgiving Feast

They were stocked up so that alone is worth the good review. Plus lots of sale items.

Friendly and helpful staff, recently redone store interior. Great selection of bakery products baked on site. Pretty good beer selection, you can mix and match six-packs. And Hot-Wheels galore, Ive gotten a few good ones here. NFC payment accepted here.

My experience shopping was satifyong.

Busy daily. Workers are fast and kind. Every grocery product is organized well, youll never not find what youre looking for unless it is sold out. Parking is surely not an issue and handicap accessible. Carts are found in the entrances of the store always. Very clean and comforting in the inside.

Personally I dont do any bulk shopping at STOP & SHOP LOCATIONS ANYWHERE. The experience I have with the employee is good because I generally check myself out via self service. The facilities are of good standard and no concern. ONE mistake behind the deli bar is not enough to make any decision as to rather it was intentional or not meant.

Good supermarket! It’s very clean and there’s lots of place so it doesn’t get overwhelming and parking space. Plus it’s open till midnight which is always nice!

Workers are helpful, everything is simple. Only thing that makes me mad is when someone parks in an “parking with an infant” signs.. others park there with no infant or child. I don’t like that it’s not checked. I had to park farther due to no spots and watched as a lay goes to her car right in the spot I could’ve used and had no kids with her. I had a baby with me!!! Not exceptable

I like the layout of this S&S it is easy to navigate. I think its great that they have a Organic section. The prices arent super expensive they are average and comparable to other S&S I think. The location is great and its not super packed like other locations. Very enjoyable.

Terrible place. Seafood department part time clerk sold me a lb of so called fresh salmon fillet. Came home it smelled really bad, was brown and bad looking. Was in a rush so I had asked him to put together something without the tail, as I went to get some other groceries. Came home found that it was the tail. But to mention, charged me for the more expensive sockeye salmon fillet. When I came back to return it they gave me an attitude claiming that you cant return something thats already bad. Finally got the manager to talk to me, she took it back and got my money back, however when we spoke to the clerk he said that he didnt know I wanted no tail when I told him and he didnt how fresh it was since its supposed to be fresh but he didnt know how long it was in the case for so he assumed it was good. Then I came back the next morning to complain to the full time seafood clerk that he didnt do a good job teaching his part timer about how long its good for etc. some basics he shouldve known for, he claims that he knew about it since hes work here for a year, but hes full of lies he just never taught the kid how to do anything. Worst experience ever, never going here again. Recommend not going there. Instead go to the one in Wyckoff NJ

It was relatively empty for a Saturday evening. I guess Xmas shopping/and or the cold kept shoppers away or they shopped earlier. Found everything I came for and found an item I didnt expect. Check out was quick. This was around 7/8 p.m.

I have experienced rude staff when going here before however I usually let these types of things go. Today was the last straw, I had to write a complaint. I was in the self checkout line and saw an employee speaking very rudely to a young woman. From my point of view I heard him say Its not that hard! in a rude voice. It sounded like he was trying to imply that she was stupid. This is not the way you treat customers. Seeing that whole situation bothered me until I got home. If I ever saw an employee talk to my daughter like that I would make sure they got fired. This is definitely the last time I go to this stop & shop.

This is the most run down, outdated Stop and Shop in the area. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Bottle depository reeks of beer ALL THE TIME and floors are usually icky and sticky....watch the dates on dairy...produce department is always well stocked and delightful.

They need to tune up checkout. They have opted for more self-check lanes and very few humans. My last visit, there was an issue on virtually every item I scanned. This time, I went human and my ice cream got soft waiting for a price check for the customer ahead of me. Chances are running out before I run to another option.
