Prices arent the best, plus you have to pay for a membership, after doing the math is not really Worth it, also costumer service is horrible. I saw good prices on bake goods and also beer and water. Meat is way expensive.

Well all is good with Costco offer value, great variety and selection. Very pleased with all selected know why theyre bizzy still lots room improve especially returns online have to select specific cashier very confusing. Do not bother try return bottle redeem via self checkout make you go wait on line not sure why. Any way nothing is perfect, as we know this try stay relax, know have all needed and just be kind....

This store is a busy one indeed however the service,products, team is alwaz the best.Thanksgiving gifts are here check them out, halloween candies are now kept closer to the milk and egg section.The store is alwaz clean.. kept in a tidy and very organised way. Ample of parking outside... they have petrol pump on the compound too...Easy & no hassle returns, specks options after checkout counter available, grab a quick bite at the inhouse cafe.

First time I stopped at this location, and i never want to go back to the other stores in the city! Busy, but still well spaced and well stocked. Its been a pleasure to shop there.

The Audiology hearing aid department of this Costco gives the best service I have experienced so far. I had a problem with my hearing aid receiver and it needed a part. It took less than a week to repair! See Mercedes for great and super professional service!Follow up a month later. Had my annual checkup and maintenance. Very intensive tests giving me more precise results. Had new smaller cones installed on my resound hearing aids. Perfect after maintenance was done. Top notch audiology services!!

DO NOT BUY A WINE REFRIGERATOR FROM COSTCO!!!!!!!This all started in April and now July 19, 2021 still no help.I ordered a wine fridge and so far lost 2 days of work because of shipping screwups, they showed up in a truck with no lift gate for the 300 lb. item. after asking me to help they proceeded to drop the poorly crated item on to street. they didnt have a refrigerator hand truck. then after struggling to get into house they damaged the unit, stairs, storm door, floor and wall. They were supposed to take the packing but look at the pictures. After 5 hours on hold and speaking to customer service they had me call Wine Enthusiast the manufacturer of the unit.Tried to call 7 times but keep getting put on hold

My spouse and I were checking out today, we had brought all our own bags so we could pack our stuff as it came through the check out line. However, the cashier and the assistant were literally throwing our stuff into the trolley to get us through as fast as they could with absolutely no customer service - I had to ask a couple times for them to please stop because they were squishing the fruit we just bought. The guy was yelling out at me to get stuff into the bottom of the trolley! There was no order to it at all, I looked around and others were able to pack their stuff nice and calmly, but us? Nope.

I can completely understand there’s nobody checking for product seal is broken or not because everyone is busy. But at least when a customer approaching you with tons of product liquid spilled on the pants, would it be so hard to provide some help like any tissues or wipes? Driving home with super “great” smell is not that fun. Will not go back to this particular Costco

I was having extreme technical difficulties with the Costco App... Gina and her team at Customer Service were very helpful and got the app to work, my digital card on the phone...and with ease and comfort!! So grateful for thier help tonight. Store may be somewhat crowded at times. But always friendly staff and clean store. We will be back!!

Costco is always busy however the employees work together as a team to make checkout super fast and easy. The store is usually well stocked and you always find what you need!

I always enjoy shopping at Costco.After taking what I need I love taking my time here and see what the store has to offer.Prices here are really low here and theres a nice variety of everything, its a great place to buy food, electronic, clothes, and even vacations.There is also a cheap gas station right outside the store.

Great experience (ie friendly staff, affordable prices) *except* for the man who attempted to check us out in seemingly record speed and as a result had the bagging lady literally throwing our stuff in the cart, glass items included. Other lines were moving just as quickly without the aggressive, speed-demon energy and not allowing us to put cold items in cold bags, not squash our fruit with gallon jugs… etc.

Always a pleasure to shop at Costco. Dont let the long lines deter you. They move pretty quickly

Another Costco but smaller than larger ones in New Jersey. Less crowded IMO. The best thing about it? You can buy gas here at competitive prices and top tier rated gasoline.

Be Very Careful using the self check-out system. The system is slow to react so you think you scanned and paid but in reality you did not. And the Checkers at the door count Each item when you hand them the blue receipt. They need more cashiers.

Costco is great. You can buy so many things there! I am not very tech savvy which is why I have not been posted like this-ever... Im not saying they have EVERYTHING in the whole world but they have loads of food. I highly suggest this pace! I hope you have a good a good experience. I will advise that now, in vivid times, they only let a certain amount of people in the store allowed at a time.

This Costco is nice, laid out well, it is always busy and especially on Sunday it can be a mad house. Try to avoid going on a Sunday to make the trip easier.

Its mostly a good experience & I love to go there. They almost always have everything youre looking for to buy & it makes me feel like a kid in the candy store. By the time I leave I feel very satisfied with my purchases & I think everyone should have that experience at least once & after that they would continue to return.

I love Costco and have been grateful for senior hours and early universal Covid compliance. Therefore i was dismayed to find long lines including people clearly under 60 and some WITH KIDS on line during senior hours today. i called and was told “they must be essential workers”. The website does not include those in criteria for senior hours admission: “These Operating Hours are for those ages 60 and older, and for those with disabilities or who are immunocompromised. Only members who meet this criteria will be able to shop during these hours. Guests will not be admitted. “I am very disappointed and sincerely hope Costco will go back to the standards of safety and service I’ve always expected of them.Update: With the end of Senior hours, I now shop there during regular hours. The majority of shoppers wear masks as do all staff, and social distancing is generally adhered to. I am delighted to be comfortable again shopping at one of my favorite stores.

Love the organic options and that there are lots of brands from which to choose, both for food and clothing/electronics/etc. Prices are very reasonable, too. And you get a lot of perks when you become a member! Wish we had more in Orange County, NY!

Store does not have a huge selection like other Costco, and the parking lot is horrible.

Went for flu shot. Easy in and out.

A lot of hard-working people to keep the flow. But none of the employees know how to take FSA card. I was at the self checkout for fsa eligible item, the kiosk doesn’t take the card. The supervise advices me to try the regular checkout, but she doesn’t know if it works. I took my time, the regular checkout doesn’t take either. I asked cashier since pharmacy is close on Sunday, can I go to eyeglasses department, she said they don’t do check out. I hope Costco can help their employees job easier, make them more helpful.

Has everything you need in bulk but most importantly they have the self checkout. So much easier

Would make things abit easier for those with less then 5 items.Theyve gotten strict with ID Cards for some reason, it isnt serious to you but apparently it is to them so be prepared to bring your own ID card and make sure your names on the card.Other then that, its a great place to get what u need in bulk .

While a little crowded and sometimes products can be hit or miss because theyre already sold out, prices are amazing and youd be surprised at the wide variety of things they have to offer, from computers to seasonal sporting equipment and obviously food

Shopping at Costco is great, but I dont buy chicken from there. Every time I have bought their chicken, the legs are enormous (huge) not normal also each time I cook it the meat is very tough. It should be tender and Im a great cook.

I had a bad experience today. At the casheir the worker there wasnt being freindly with me.

Its not as well organized and checkout is very slow. It is unimpressive to see workers standing around yabbering when checkout lines are long. Lady selling hot dogs was not particularly pleasant.

You cannot find anybody who can help you and if you find -they don’t know nothing about the merchandise they selling. They are selling Samsung TV the 800D series as 8000...... their models are very low profile but it is actually 800 D special production for Costco only - don’t believe that this is the same TV as Best Buy or PC Richard is selling (the 8000 series)......it is not!!!!!

We went after 1 pm and the lines weren’t too bad but it was difficult to get around with everyone pushing their carts throughout the store. The crowd was mostly in the aisles. We got ice cream after checking out and that made everything better. Lol. The ice cream was very creamy. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was an empty space in the middle. They used to give a full cup. I guess that’s where they cut cost.

Amazed that CostCo finally caught up on the times with self-checkout. LOVE THIS OPTION!! Now if we can just get scan-n-go for the app will be full service.

Great place for buying in bulk. Great for your gas purchases also. They also have a food court where they have everything from pizza to churros to smoothies. The club also has a tire center for replacing of your tires. The place can get busy but overall great value.

This Costco is pretty spacious. The entrance display items are quite appealing to the eye, so your initial feeling while walking in is pleasant. Certain items catch the eye regardless of what type of shopper you are.I like the selection of coffee pods available here. The Christmas blend coffee was available so I picked some up (it was delicious). The chicken sausages are a good choice too.The lines seem to be reasonable. You wont feel like youre at the DMV at this location. Thats a plus.

My nails look fabulous! I always love the finished product of my powder gel manicure. Im ready for St. Patricks Day! I took one star off because the vendor wouldnt honor the 3.95% discount for using cash or an in-store gift card that is clearly stated on the sign by the register and the door.Update: after some inquiry, the alleged discount for paying with cash is not getting charged the 3.95% surcharge. I feel as though the people that put that policy into place dont comprehend the meanings of discount and surcharge.

Always a good clean organized environment, it’s definitely better during the week, but even when it’s crowded it’s not stressful to navigate.

If I can give a zero star review I would! I came with a few kids. I walked in with my membership card and when I was ready to pay it was no where to be found. My cashier was so disgusting, instead of waiting two minutes for me to get a replacement card she made me go back and wait on a new line and re-check out. The attitude and disgust towards me, definitely made me not want to walk into the store again.

Nothing like it was ten years ago but there are still a few great products in there.

Costco is back to normal operation. The shelves are stocked. The quality is uncomparable. The deals are unbeatable. The service is efficient and super fast. I commend the organization.

I like this costco, only complaint is why you let people going inside at 6 pm when 2min later you goijg to start yelling and kicking everybody out, close the door earlier

I used to make fun of my sister for buying everything at Costco. I take it all back.There is something about buying at Costco that makes it really satisfying to spend money, I believe is the bulk and large packages, hold letters and bold signs showing the prices.Speaking of prices not everything is cheaper at Costco but their home brand Kirkland is the best value on the market, for example I buy my babies wipes there for about $18 oler get 950 wipes. I bought wipes once at Walmart and got their home brand, after using about 10 of them by baby started getting a rash. I send it all back.Costco has the best value in my opinion.Hope this helps. BTW this photos where taken during the Covid-19 virus the lines are not usually this long.I’m editing my year old review because now they just implemented the self checkout service and it sucks.Reasons to not like Costco start to pile up but off course they don’t care.

I have been a long time fan of Costco, getting my membership in college and in all the years I have been going to multiple locations Ive never seen a better trained, happier staff. The company as a whole seems to treat their employees very well and it shows in their professionalism. The shopping experience is also unique in that they constantly change their inventory to keep the shopper surprised to find new items. I will continue shopping here as long as they maintain their high standards across the board.

Had a bunch of returns, and the first person we interacted with, Kathia, was a godsend. Kathia was efficient, patient, and very competent at her job. We forgot to return one of the items, and waited in line again. The second time around, we got Mimi. Mimi was the exact opposite. Mimi was not helpful, seemed impatient, and was unable to help us with our return. We had one item to return with Mimi. In the end, we waited in line again and returned the item with a third associate. Asides from the returns, the Costco was not great in terms of social distancing.

Gotta say I was surprised.. the store was so nice and everything but the staff was atrocious, they gave me tons of attitude. This was from a cashier and a manager.. so unfortunate DONT SHOP AT THIS COSTCO, THEY HAVE OTHER LOCATIONS! -your welcome

A superior membership only source for almost everything, from soup to appliances, TVs, electronics, etc. Note that thee has been a constant increase in non-English speaking patrons who often exceed those who do speak English.

COSTCO in the Time of COVID is working to maintain a high level of inventory. In the last few weeks Ive noticed that the previous purchase limitations have been lifted. There is always toilet paper and a good amount of cleaning products. No disinfecting wipes but spray disinfectants are there. Yesterday, it was crowded but we didnt have to wait in line to get in. There were workers everywhere, adding inventory, enforcing mask wearing, and clearing out empty boxes. I did see one family whose several children were not wearing masks, young children but over two years old. (I should have said something.) My husband says he heard workers requesting masks, so maybe this family put them on and took them off immediately. Social distancing was maintained at the register lines, but the main walkways were unavoidably crowded. The aisles and the side walkways were not crowded. I had a list of 12 things across all major categories and only two things - one produce and one frozen - were missing. When we left there was a socially distant line for the Returns. This caused a traffic jam for people leaving, waiting on line and trying to enter. All in all, I really think COSTCO is trying hard. Oh, and theyve got nice new shopping carts!
