The reason why I gave you a 5-star is the gentleman who helped me I believe his name is Reynaldo showed up most patience as well as debility to Service a customer .I myself work Retail and deal one-on-one with customers and every person who owns a business wants someone whos dealing with their customers to at least have a knowledge and knowing what their product is about and I believe that gentleman showed us exactly that. Not even 1 star 0 star I will give this location. Managers big layers. They are trying to push you new stuff. They dont care about customers. They told me I will pay 390 for my 6 lines if I will take at&t TV. In the and my bill 450$ + 60 for TV. I will never recommend this service and location for no body.
My experience may not be typical, but they never seem to know how to do simple transactions, and instead of apologizing for bad service accuse the customer of being in error. They also wear masks covering the mouth only, which I guess is at least consistent.
We upgraded three phones and transferred another line onto a new phone. AT&T store in Nanuet could not have been more accommodatingI dating and patient with a customer w us. It took hours to transfer data. Staff and assistant manager were pleasant and friendly throughout the entire changeover! I could have gotten ‘free’ phones elsewhere but I have always had great cell service, traveling and local through AT&T.

The staff and managers here have always been extremely helpful and resourceful. I always come here with my mother to help her figure things out with her new iPhone since she is not the most tech knowledgeable person but they have always been willing to help and always extremely patient!!! Best customer service out there and the go to at&t location if you really want to be helped and valued as a customer!!
As I walked into the store nothing stood out it was a typical cellular Store. Out of the blue a employee named Steve took his time to ask how my day was going ? if he could help me today? I guess he seen the confused look upon my face, which was very refreshing for a change to not have to look for someone to help me out. He broke it down in a easy to understand terms and process of why it would benefit my family and I to switch over to AT&T from sprint and how I could keep my same number and of course save more money with a better network. I felt he was genuinely speaking from experience and not just trying to sell me.So thank you Steve for making my experience as smooth and effortless as possible.

Went in for a switch over from sprint and it was such a smooth transition. I was able to keep my number and get an Apple Watch. The rep was very helpful and explained in depth detail of what my bill will look like 1st one and so forth. He even gave me all the paper work most phone companies seem to always miss handing to you because of the extra fees they don’t speak of! But thankfully this rep did, greatly appreciate him. Also, a manager checked in and I told him how helpful the rep has been and I’m excited to see achieve some great service at home and everywhere I go!

I never really leave reviews but I thought that the exceptional service that I received at the store. A week ago I visited this location to get info about switching from Verizon who I’ve been with for 16 years to AT&T. The service I was met with was fantastic. The sales rep and store manager were so informative about my options for plans for myself and family.I ended up switching over that same day. AT&at service has been more than I expected and I’m so happy I walked into the store that day for info.Thank you to the two men who helped me 🙌🏽
Went in to inquire about switching from verizon to lower my phone billy the other day. They attended to me right away and were very knowledgeable. They gave me all the information i needed and the manager was also extremely nice and Friendly. Manager was able to convince me to make the switch. I brought in my family later to make everything official and switch their service as well to at&t and the manager again helped us throughout the entire process and made it easy without any problems. This was the first time i go to a cell phone service store and didnt get frustrated because of horrible service. This is the Best location i have ever been to and would highly recommend to anyone!

Paul was very knowledgeable and patient with addressing all of my questions. The store was very COVID prepared with hand sanitizers and spit screens at each of the tables. Paul even asked a customer to put on their mask as they entered the store area! Very pleased!!!!

Horrible experience at your store recently. Came with an issue with my AT&T account. They kept lying to me and then laughed behind my back they got away with it.Why?I did not come for new/additional service, i came for assistance.They are experts in humiliating people and making them feel dumb.The store manager only wants NEW or UPGRADED generating accounts, refuses to help people needing AT&T Service.HORRIBLE!!!!!!Took my 8 lines to Verizon! Was here 2 consecutive days in a row!!! Great service here, I worked with the store manager, Steven both times, he was awesome!!! Made both visits very simple, smooth and was super helpful!! Great first impression of AT&T! Please would definitely recommend this location for any of your AT&T needs honestly!! Was a little hesitant at first due to it being in a shopping center that was always so busy, but the parking was even pretty easy to find a very close spot and wasnt too hectic at all, while I was there 2 completely different times of the day back to back days!! Would absolutely recommend this location for any of your AT&T needs!!! Everyone there was awesome, all of them were right on top of each person that visited the store, whether they were with another customer or not, it was a quick and such an easy process!!! I had an amazing customer service and very professional quick experience with Saim. I wanted to add a line to my account and because of COVID-19 the Tobr department was closed ( going back and forth with 611 for over a month)and no one was able to help me but Saim was very knowledgeable and fixed all the problem. Terrible customer service. AT&T used to have friendly customer service but they did some type of hiring overhaul and left only agents that dont want to help. I walked in this store, to get some information about plans and switching to AT&T and no one greeted me or acknowledged my existence. The associated looked at me directly in the eye and no one even offered to help even when I tried to get their attention. This seems to be the common mentality of agents that work in the store; they only care about sales and not about providing customer service. I ended up having to travel to Best buy to get service instead of going through the store because, the agents didnt want to help.
This location has the most professional and helpful staff I had the pleasure dealing with.They informed me of all the available promotions anddiscounts I was able to receive.It was a lil time consuming but you cant rush qualitycustomer service.Thank You!!!

I went in for a question about my bill. I was not happy about being given the run around by att customer service. When I tell you the reps along with the manager really entrusted my faith again in Att. At nanuet they do customer service the right way. I am glad I was able to resolve my issue and ended up with an upgrade, a new iPad for my little one, I watch and even left with a speaker and headphone that I was able to pay for monthly!! With out the teams help I would have never known all the options and benefits of being with att. I really appreciate Guys!
I had an amazing experience with Mr Michael Aspinall at the AT&T store in Nanuet this morning. My phone suddenly died and after taking it to the Apple store I was told I had to get a new phone. Thankfully I had a warranty but when the phone arrived the next day it wouldn’t upload. After going in and speaking with Mr Aspinall, his smooth demeanor and calming tone made me relax. He was able to get the phone up and working. But what really got me was when my husband went in December to get a phone for my daughter, my husband offered to upgrade my phone. I wasn’t interested, Mr Aspinall did not do the sales pitch he just asked to look at my phone and informed me that my iCloud storage was at capacity and I should purchase additional storage. That one act that cost $1 a month was the reason why today I didn’t have to panic because I had storage. AT&T has the ultimate professional in Mr Aspinall and I will be recommending him and the store to all my friends. Sign me #absolutelyhappy#hopewadesmiles

So here’s the deal, overall me and and my wife went into the store to speak with Somone face to face about ALL. The options regarding replacing my wife’s older phone, we went in two days in a row and both times spoke with an employee named mike, overall a mostly pleasant fellow if not a bit pompous and condescending but that I was ok with, what I was NOT. Ok with was his blatant ignorance and general lack of knowledge regarding the actually topic we needed help with, he was more concerned with hearing his own voice then actually being able to hear and understand what we needed, after leaving the store a second time in two days I called at&t and after speaking with an agent for not even 10 min I had not only gotten the info I needed but the nice lady was able to help me initiate the process of getting the new phone asap, so to conclude- I’m overall pleased with at&t service however I understand there’s always ganna be that one person that’s just not good at their job and unfortunately I got that person

Horrible experience. We already have an account and just needed to upgrade the phones. Spent $650 and it took almost two hours with Cynthia, the rep. She kept texting the entire time while we were asking her questions. Not only she didnt know the answers but treated us with contempt. When I contacted her male co-worker whom I thought was a manager, he mocked me. I wouldve given 0 stars but not sure it will register.
The manager on duty was incompetent and more interested in checking his cell phone than making any attempt to help me. After an hour in the store I walked out empty handed.

Worst experience ever at a AT&T store. Manager is a liar. They signed me up for services which I didnt agree too. The mgr didnt honor the AT&T promotions of $300 for an old good condition phone for new service and only offered to reimburse in store credit. Had to go another AT&T store for the offer. HORRIBLE STORE! I was there for 45 minutes and they helped a total of ONE new customer. There was only two employees helping customers which were long needs (45+min).The worst part, there was two other employees just sitting at the table, laughing and joking and werent helping a single customer the entire time while there were six people in line.Dont waste your time with this store!

IN MY LINE OF WORK WE LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT SOMEONE WILL ATTEND TO THEM JUST AS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT. THIS SAME PERSON KEPT LOOKING AT US THE WHOLE TIME WITHOUT SPEAKING A WORD AS HE WAS WALKING AROUND SOCIALIZING W OTHER REPS ONLY TO FIND OUT HE WAS THE MANAGER OF THE STORE WHOM APPARENTLY HIS NAME IS BRYCE HE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING IVE EVER SEEN IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION HE HAS NOT INTENTIONS ON LIFTING A FINGER TO HELP CUSTOMERS HE CLEARLY BELIEVES HIS JOB IS TO NOT WORK AND NOT BEHAVE PROFESSIONALLY AND THEN THERE WAS ANOTHER WORKER CLEARLY ON A SOCIAL CALL ON HIS CELLPHONE WALKING AROUND THEN EVEN THO THERE WERE NUMEROUS CUSTOMERS WAITING AT THIS POINT WAITING TO BE SERVE THIS WORKER JUMPS UP AND SAYS IM GOING TO LUNCH. CLEARLY THIS LOCATION IS USELESS ALONG WITH THE STAFF. WE WERE FORCED AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES OF BEING IGNORED TO GO TO WEST NYACK STORE WHERE THE STAFF ARE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO ASSIST, MIND YOU ONLY NEEDED A SIM CARD..
