Very nice lighting place the have really cool ceiling fan and lighting

I bought my chandelier July 25, 2021 and until now I still didn’t get it. It’s already paid the same day. I called many times and the person I spoke with said he will check what happened to it and he’s going to call me back once he find out but he failed to call me back. So frustrating it’s more than 2 weeks already

People warned me this place was too expensive for what you get. I wish Id listened. But I needed something urgently. I ordered two identical fixtures: One was the last in stock, one was the floor model. They brought them out to me wrapped in bubble wrap and taped up in nondescript cardboard. I thought about opening them up to confirm they were correct and had all the hardware guaranteed, but I didnt want to spend more time in a public place during COVID. That was a mistake I wont make again. I paid (hundreds of $), and on the way out noticed the floor model had been removed, so I figured at least that one was correct and complete. Wrong. I didnt find that out though, until this weekend when I went to install them with my electrician. Opened the boxes, and the new light was missing hardware. Luckily, I had some hardware from the light I was replacing to use. I installed it, and then opened the other box with the floor model. It was the complete WRONG light fixture. I called the place, and they said I could come pick up the correct one, which was still set aside for me. If it was set aside for days, why did no one contact me? They had my info. I didnt want to drive 50 minutes round trip on a Sunday when I could be spending that time with my family, but I couldnt leave one new light installed next to my front door, and the other just missing. While on the phone, I asked for a discount, and was told Wow, thats how you do business? Yes. If you make a mistake that costs me time and money, I expect you to make it right. I agreed to meet someone outside the store to get the correct light, and when I arrived I made sure to inspect it thoroughly. Glad I did, because they forgot hardware and TWICE had to go back in the store to get the correct pieces. Between the many mistakes and the bad attitude, I will certainly never shop here again, and I would advise others not to either. But if you do, definitely thoroughly check your merchandise before you leave the store.

Walked in with my husband. Both employees were with customers. No problem. We looked around and decided what we were actually looking for. One employee was done with her customer or at least was finishing up. No one greeted us. No one said they’d be right with us. No one acknowledged we even existed...until the employee that was done with her customer looked at me and just kept walking. The item we wanted was over $2000 and at that point we just walked out.

I bought lighting for my coop 3 years ago, i went back because Halogen bulb went and Hardware store gave me wrong replacement. They had what i needed, but - went big step better, LED replacements!

My wife and I went there this past week and I can say that they have an excellent selection of product that is available. The products are better than that builder grade type of product. They really have a great selection from Modern to industrial etc. The people were very helpful and when they only found out they had one of two lamps I wanted they quickly called their other store (who had the product) and I was able to pick up the product the next day. (they called me and left a message to let me know it was in). I didnt think the prices were out of bounds so we were quite happy and they nicely gave us a little discount when we mentioned who recommended us to them.

I love Lites Plus! They have a great selection and very helpful and patient staff. I can always count on Tina to assist me in choosing the best lights for my home. I have only purchased lights at Lites Plus and I am excited to go back and buy another one for my living room. Highly recommend this store for all!

They listen to your needs and learn to understand the space the products will be used for and your style in order to recommend the best products for your wants and needs. They offer a wide variety of high quality products. A great family-owned business, which we should all support. You dont get the same kind of service from the larger companies.

Everyone was super helpful. Recently remodeled our house so we purchased all new lights. Now most of the compliments are for the light fixtures! After visiting several lighting stores going all the way into jersey, we found Lites Plus had the best showroom, carrying a wide variety. Best of all we found pricing to be extremely competitive. Couldnt be happier with our purchases.

I keep coming back to Lites Plus because I am treated like a member of the family. I have furnished two houses with lights from the store and will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Tina and John showed me dozens of beautiful high quality fixtures and their selection continues to grow. They now have vanities and sinks! I really needed that when I remodeled my bathroom. There is always the next one.

I went to lites plus for a few things for my home and was so happy to find this store had everything that I needed. The staff was wonderful and really helpful when I was in the store. Everyone new what they were talking about which helped me make a great decision on what I needed. This is the place to go for lighting and vanities!

Unfortunately they’re quick to take your money and when you ask where the merchandise is they tell stories and Bill the owner lies lies lies. Horrible experience and would caution you. Poor service and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Hi-Light/Lites Plus has a wonderful selection of lamps, ceiling fixtures, outdoor lighting and vanities. I work as a project coordinator for a NYC co-op hotel. They have a great repair department who do expert work in a short amount of time. The management has helped me find hard to find replacement parts.
