Needed to ship out a larger package and I happen to have my 2 yr old daughter with me. The store manager helped me while the other employee total entertained my daughter with stickers, a marker and something to color on and even a trip around the store on a box cart. The process was fast and the cost was less than expected! Thank you so much for the incredible customer service, definitely above and beyond the industry standard. Thank you!

Michael C. at 5657 E Franklin Rd Nampa was a DREAM to work with! I am a teacher and he saved me HOURS and HOURS of labor. Their printers were able to copy on watercolor paper so I dont have to trace 428 outlines this semester like I did last year. Thank you sooooo much Michael!

Lady was rude and treated me like I was beneath her. The two white males behind me were treated very well. So I guess it depends on your skin tone as to how she treats the clients.

I drive past several other shipping stores to get to this Fedex location. The service I receive from Gary, Andrea and Jay is above and beyond professional. They are personable, knowledgeable, and super efficient. I ship a lot for work and I depend on this team to make me look good with my customers. I highly recommend this store and this team.

Dropped off Three packages on a Friday for shipment. Monday morning and still have not scanned them into the system creating a late shipmentding on my business. Some employees do a great job but a few are reallylacking in skills for their job performance.

This store has excellent service and at a glance this contains the letter I gladly put in front of my first wife and thines contract. Dont even sweat it, just ship it.... yes - its that easy at this location.

Apparently they consider the US government a competitor and wont let you ship things in their boxes.

I was very disappointed with the manager at this location, he did NOT ship my package because I bought a cardboard box at Walmart for .67 cents to ship my non - fragile package in. He wanted me to purchase a fed ex box for $13.00He said it had to be a heavy duty box, I have shipped from different Fed ex locations using the same card board boxes many times before. This manager has very poor customer service skills and wasted a lot of my time!I went to the post office and paid a tremendous amount less for shipping, and the post office staff were courteous, helpful and very nice! I will never return to this fed ex shipping center. I also filed a complaint with the fed ex district offices in Boise. Hopefully this Nampa office manager will learn to serve customers rather than turn them away!!

The employees are very unprofessional and rude. I will not go to this location and would highly reccomend taking your packages elsewhere. Its also a waste of time attempting to drop off packages for FedEx here and having them refuse to take them. I dealt with Lavonda who decided to call this morning and was extremely disrespectful and aggressive over the phone about making sure the package was picked up by 5:00p.m. or it would be sent back. I just received a phone call yesterday that my package had just been delivered at that fedex location and any secure fedex location holds packages for up to 7 days. With no regards to personal life (losing a loved one recently) or the fact that she works in a job requiring good customer service, she is absolutely rude and explained that her job is stressful. Her manager supposedly told her not to call people to let them know if their packages were available at the location and to just send them back. Customer service has gone downhill and this is by far the worst location. Better management and employees need to work here if thats really the situation. The same person refused to scan in my paclage because it had a ground label on it and it was in an express packaging when every other fedex location has never hasld an issue with this. I was unaware that you could refuse to do your job to a customer. Thats wonderful! How this person is still working at fedex is beyond me but nice job. Maybe consider hiring an employee that work for the money theyre paid?

I had a great experience here besides the speed of the equipment . Actually, it is not hat difficult to by a fax machine that doesnt take 6 minutes to send.

They quoted me $649 to send my wife a Kate Spade purse to Thailand. Hell! I fly my physical body on a jet to Thailand for $500. That is Criminal.

I dropped off a package here. Simple process. They were fast and friendly. I would do business with FedEx at this location again.

1-26-19 Fairview Nampa Truck #301404 driver is a jerk! About hit my car pulling out from side of the road and when I tooted my horn like hey...he stopped in the middle of the road for at least a minute no way to pass due to parked cars on the side of the road RUDE!

Extremely helpful. Got the prints I needed done quickly and correctly the first time.

Two words, Up Sell. If you want to ship FedEx, go to Office Depot, Walgreens or my favorite, Postal Source on 12th.

I use this location for prints and copies. I was able to print a document I had on my phone really easily and got he document I needed right away.

The employees act as if you are a bother, dont understand their equipment and in general are unhappy to assist customers with customer facing equipment.

Great staff and very helpful!

Did not get waited on . Wont ever return .
