Went today for toner and color, spend almost 2 hours looking for what I came in for.. all ladies by the register was too busy discussing where they going to apply for a new job rather than help customer... I will make this visit my last.. its been going down for this location in the last 6 months. Will be taking a trip to other location from now on..

The two girls were too busy laughing and talking with each-other to actually help the customers in the store. One of them was on her phone the entire time we were in there. Unprofessional and lazy. Be grateful you have a job and actually work instead of being rude.

The workers here are always insanely nice and helpful. They almost treat you like youre a friend coming in to get your hair dyed and they always give really good advice :)

Been going to this location for over 10 years, the ladies are great. They always make me feel like family, I find it difficult to leave sometimes because of how great they are. Also knowledgeable about all the products and equipment. Couldnt be happier.

Absolutely do not recommend going to this location. The girls have such nasty attitude I went in there today to look for a hair product and I showed one of the girls a picture of it FROM sally beauty website and her immediate response was “NO we don’t have those that’s an “online thing” Like what???? So I leave and call another store from meridian and this lady was so nice she took the time out of her day to look for me. This one didn’t, her response was Nope we don’t carry that item

If you didnt have to deal with some of the employees this place would be perfectly fine! A blonde lady asked me if I needed any help and she directed to me where the product I wanted was, it was unfortunately out and she found me a dye that was similar and I honestly loved the way it turned out. But she started giving me attitude when I said I wasnt going to need as much as she was telling me which I was right. I simply didnt want to buy more than needed especially not an extra two boxes. I carried on and continued to shop and wondered the store. As Im finding my last items shes following me around the store and watching me, as if I was doing something wrong, it was the weirdest thing. But I grabbed my remaining items and went to her to check out cause the other lady was busy. During the check out process she was not nice at all and wouldnt look at me and when she did she just looked enraged. I tried to tell her thank you and to have a nice day, but I got no response. Maybe she was just having a bad day because the reviews on here are majority good!

The ladies at this sallys beauty store are very unprofessional and rude!!! Im sorry if you had a bad day but I work customer service and I will never come to this Sallys again Id rather order online the to have to come I to your store where you have rude workers!!

This is by far my favorite location. The manager and the staff are always very helpful and kind. The other day I had a thousand questions and Bailey R. was so patient with me while answering each one. Thanks ladies for the great job you do.

Its a hit or miss when it comes to this store. Sometimes they are friendly and helpful. Other times not so much. Also, sometimes they are out of the more popular hair colors.

Bought trimmers needed clippers tried to return them sales clerk opened them and they had hair in the box seal on box was opened when i bought the trimmers. cost me 227.00 . so the sold me used trimmers how nice will never go there ever.

Screw this place! I dont visit this store very often, and working here before I usually know what I am looking for. But this is the second time I have gone, and the staff doesnt bother to ask if I need help with what I am searching for, or even greet me. They stood around talking with each other. But of course when Im ready to check out they run to a register to get the sale, maybe sell an IOM or 2. You all suck and customer service!

I have never had such an awful experience in my life! The young girls that work there are an absolute mess, with the worst attitudes you will ever encounter. I made a return at this store and it took an hour and 20 min, Jessica the girl who was trying to take care of my transaction was awful. As soon as she decided she didn’t want to deal with my return, she was snappy absolutely rude, and ignorant. My initial purchase was 54 dollars, my two returns were 11 dollars... because the store in eagle gave me an additional discount that they “were not supposed to”(Jessica informed me ) she wasn’t going to honor it and I came out owing $69 dollars.... At this point it’s been an hour and 20min and my 2 month old was started to get upset which made Jessica roll her eyes even more. At this point I am upset something I can do in my sleep... BASIC MATH that is, has turned into an emotional rollercoaster with this girl. I tried to get the other employee involved who looked extremely hung over from the night before... hoping she wasn’t like the tin man(Jessica) also became agitated because she didn’t want to help me. I raised my voice to show that I was frustrated, and I kid you not... this girl called her boyfriend mall cop... because I raised my voice after an hour and 20 min of standing there fighting why 54-11 doesn’t equal 69 people!!!! The manager was absolutely worthless and had the same attitude, leaving those two girls to fight for them selves. The manager should be fired for letting those two girls run her store, they need a manager on site! Moral to the story don’t return anything to this Sally’s and if you do call corporate they had my issue resolved in 15 min!!!!! Also I looked back on my receipt to see what my Sally’s card number is to register it, and wonderful Jessica completely changed my phone number on my account... the tin man strikes again! Stay away people!!!!

This store has the worse staff, when you return something apparently they think the money is coming out of their pocket. I love how their website and their aprons both say... Love it or return it. Not in that store!! The store on 12 th is awesome everyone is friendly and I never get an attitude when I return something!!

Jessica & Kylee were so helpful! I was advised by a pro hairstylist to go here for coloring hair myself. I was going from blonde to brunette/purple tones. They made sure i had everything I needed AND educated me on how to dye my hair properly. I will be going back.

Went into the store this even for a couple boxes of color. The employee couldnt be bothered to get up off the floor and offer help. I asked her for a price, she $7, I asked her what the price was with the cosmetologist discount, she didnt know and couldnt take the time to look. There was a sign, which I photographed, saying there was a sale, but it didnt count because the sale begins tomorrow. She sure took the time to point that out. Not only was I disgusted by her behavior, but then to not offer the price shown is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Too lazy to put signs up tomorrow, I guess. I will be calling the store manager and corporate to complain.

I always go to this Sallys since its the closest one to me. I love Sallys. But every time I go to this one there are different ladies and they are always rude. They arent friendly.

I HATE having to go into sallys beauty supply because for some reason only rude people or unhelpful people work there, but they have great stuff. When I have questions I dont get answers or Ill get a very sarcastic eye roll like Im a complete idiot. BUT today I went to a store Ive never been in before in the nampa/caldwell area and JOE IS AMAZING! Not only did he answer my questions but he actually told me the stuff I was buying wasnt correct for what I wanted to achieve. He helped me pick out the right supplies AND how to use them! He was so amazingly nice and I have never had such a great experience shopping EVER! He needs a raise or a hug and a free coffee because hes awesome. The whole staff was friendly but he helped me out the most. THANK YOU JOE!
