Wrong place on Maps they moved across the street now and if you want parts you cant get them the day youre there since they cant keep employees very frustrating when you drove 60 miles 1 way and I ordered a part they said had 30,000 miles FROM PORTLAND and could get it sooner and my 157,000 car was like new compared to it...SMH WHAT A. C/F.
Theyre okay if you want to get a component like if you need a wire harness for a door well you got to buy the whole door that blows. Barbara Madison sure you didnt even have to do that just say what you want boom then hook it up just pay for it that was awesome I miss those guys

LKQ never does me wrong. Their employees are super good, really helpful, courteous, service-minded people. That is quite amazing because typically this industry is filled with dishonest, insincere people who dont know the first thing about customer service. Prices are always awesome, and almost everything has some kind of warranty period which is also tough to come by in this industry. LKQ has saved me a huge amount of money over the years--Im a customer for life.

I use LKQ Barger to find used parts for my vehicles when something breaks or needs to be replaced. I have never been disappointed with the condition of the used parts I have purchased. I always call first to locate a part and the phone staff is extremely helpful. When I pick up my parts the counter staff is excellent and help inspect the part I purchased. Highly recommend using these people.
Easy service
Stopped to look for tires. I knew the 2 sizes I was looking for when the salesperson recommended a different size saying it was only 5mm difference in height since the aspect ratio (middle number) was a 65 vs a 60. First off good for him to recommend something that he believes is in the customers best interest. However when I went to correct him that the aspect ratio is the sidewall height as a percentage of the cross sectional width (first number) and you would then have to multiply that by 2 since you have to count the sidewall twice to get the actual height of the tire, he stated Belligerently, well then everyone who works here is wrong. Realising he was young and immature, as we all once were, I pulled out my phone and pulled up an example and definitions on the first website I found so he does not keep misinforming customers. At that time he had another sales person behind the counter again telling me I am wrong and it is only 5mm height difference and that is only 1/6. Here is the actual scenario 225/60r16 vs 225/65r16. Difference of 5 in the aspect ratio, so 225 x 5%=11.25mm. 11.25mm x 2 (since there are 2 sidewalls in a height of a tire) = 22.5 mm difference or .88. So I guess all of LKQ is misinformed.....
Terrible..... ordered a part and waited 2 weeks and did not hear anything. Went in and asked about the part and they said somehow the order was cancelled. Re-ordered the part, they said it would be in on Wednesday. Came in Wednesday and they said they were not sure why it wasn’t here and would call me and let me know. 3 days go by, no call. Stop in and they tell me that part was damaged. So we try to order another one and now mysteriously there are non available. Wasted 3.5 weeks on this company and now have to get it somewhere else.
Great company, no complaints here. Needed a rim for my Honda Pilot. They didn’t have any locally but were able to have it shipped for free from Portland and received it the very next day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and great to work with. The price was unbeatable and way cheaper than anything I could find online or at local junk yards. Definitely will do business with again.

I been doing business with him even with the old company for more than 10 years and always was very professional and accurate on my orders, Now Hector is the one taking care for our commercial account and he is excellent. maybe you guys that are no happy need to learn how to deal with a busy company and play the way you can have parts by the next day with out charge for shipping.
I was helped by Jason at Barger auto parts who was very friendly and helped me find a great deal on the part I needed. After I drove out there thinking I could pick up the part they realized the part wasnt ready yet so he gave me a discount. As far as Im concerned they have good and friendly customer service.

Meh. Customer service skills need a little work here. Need to upgrade their online search and add PICTURES so one doesnt chase things they dont have. And maybe upgrade their in house inventory to search at other locations nationwide. If they dont have the part locally and its in Timbuktu, well get it, I want it.

Garbage company didnt tell me there was an additional $40 core fee. They said the part I needed was from my make and model car. Turns out the part is off a 5 year OLDER vehicle. And I wont even get my $40 back (core fee) in a timely manner. I have to wait and hope they send me a check in the mail. NEVER doing business with these guys again. I know theyre part of a bigger company but they seemed fly by night

Just got off the phone with a guy named Chris... 20 minutes from their closing time, so understandable that everyone is in a rush to close or finish up what theyre doing... But then it comes to the point after being on hold to ask Chris about a oil cap for a 2000 Mitsubishi galant, and being told that they dont carry anything that old in their yard while sounding like he was rushing like hell just to get me off the phone (Which is utter crap because I just got my starter from LKQ not even a week ago), to having my man call back to ask the same question to Chris and to tell him to put Joe (Someone with more experience) on the phone, and being told a different story to why they cant give that certain part to us from one of the vehicles they DO have... I dont care if youre a parts company, lying to customers or anyone is still not okay... Lost service from us on our part.

This is not a reputable company, I drove 3 hours for a part that was damaged and was told that I could leave the part with Twin Falls automotive and that there driver would pickup and return the part for a refund. The people at Twins Falls Automotive shared with me that they do not do business with lkq and have not used them in years. I had to drive 3 hours to return the damaged part and I am now fighting to get my refund.PLEASE BE WARNED DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I spoke with a person named Steve in Washington who had a variety of excuses for there ineptness
Keystone cops operation. They got only ONE guy manning the counter thats slow as molasses. This idiot pounds on his keyboard like hes driving railroad spikes. This place used to be top notch, they had four guys manning the counter n the waits were minimum. Now it takes forever and they are way expensive. Avoid

Place is an absolute joke. I had to have them order a part for my vehicle, they ordered the WRONG part 3 times. 3! The staff/pullers are completely oblivious to anything automotive what so ever. I brought the part each time with me to show them and they acted as if it was from another planet. Rude,disrespectful, unhelpful. The part was never correctly ordered and they refused to try to correctly order it after I became frustrated. Worst experience Ive had with customer service period.
I returned a part and called a week after it was supposed to be refunded. They said the problem was fixed and I should get a refund in 1-2 business days. Its been another 7 business days. The guy on the phone was nice, but didnt fix the problem at all. Every time Ive gone in, the customer service is terrible.

Ridiculous pricing. I called in for a window motor and was told $65 a piece. Thats almost twice what I could get it for from rock auto for a band new motor and $25 more than what OReilly would charge me for the same. What ever happened to used part prices with new party warranty. I believe that its false advertising. This place is a joke. Better to just get one from Jalopy Jungle and take the gamble that it might not work.

Very rude... Very unprofessional. Called and had the part I needed held for me. Or so I thought. When I got there the guy behind the counter couldnt find me in his computer. After staring at me like he didnt know what I wanted I finally asked him if he could just look the part up for me. He then found it and said ot was across the street at his warehouse and they will bring it right over. 25 minutes later a guy walks in with a starter motor and tosses it on the countervand walked away. When I picked it up a bunch of water poured out of it. When I mentioned it to the guy ringing me up he looked at me and said So... What? You dont want it now?? I regretfully bought the starter only to get it home and install it to find out it doesnt work... Go figure.. Stay away from these guys. Worst parts yard ever!!!

Well I will say the price is low but you get the headache you pay for. The canceled one order to move that payment to another part that I paid for. So I paid for the part again that I originally paid for and then re-paid for the 1st part I ordered that was to be shipped direct to my door step. Well I showed up today. But, apparently they marked it as a COD so according to UPS I owed UPS 71 dollars for this part that I have paid for twice already. Complete waste of my time. So now I out the part I need for another day or two at least. I would not and cannot recommend anyone shop here. For any reason.

Horrible!!!! called and told them I needed two grey door panels for a 4 door f350, one of my work trucks, three days later they call and tell me they are finally pulled. I send one of my drivers down to get them one of them was red and the other was for a 97 Honda civic!!!! so they find one grey one and its for a 2 door!!! what in the absolute f#$%

Ridiculously bad customer service. Drove 30 minutes to get to the location and showed up 5 minutes before close, doors were locked. The lady was staring at me through the window and refused to open the door and assist me.

The parts are usually more spendy that they are on eBay, the hassle of it is the people pulling the parts from the yard dont care if they scratch or completely bust up your part...it takes days to get a part days for it to be returned, days to get money back and start at square one a week later not worth the time...I believe only one part I ordered was not broke out of 10 parts....so I should rate 1 🌟 but some of them are nice so 2 🌟 it is!
Good service good network to get parts
Went in for a trailor hitch plug. We found one went back into pay and one of the employees told us to go to another employee to pay. The employee that told us to go to the other one was not busy or doing anything we waited for about 20 mins to get checked out and finally had enough and put the part we just pulled on the counter and walked out. This place has the worst customer service that we will not be buying from them again
