Difficult to get ahold of anyone calling through the main store but once I called direct to auto dept the customer service was great! Service assistants were very helpful and quick, patient and answered all of my questions. I will go back when its time to replace my tires and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I understand there are certain rules/ laws that are to be followed when rotating tires. But waiting three and a half hours to tell me my tires cant be rotated is a little frustrating.

Showed up asked for an oil change and was informed they were FOUR HOURS out. They were not busy at all. They had one car in the shop and no other cars parked outside waiting. Yet they are four hours out from doing an oil change. I drove to Caldwell and they are only TWO HOURS out with SEVERAL CARS parked out waiting for oil changes. You Walmart are ridiculous more and more each year 🙄

Only place I will take my vehicles for services and tires. The manager Bill runs a good ship!

I had an awful experience with the associate Petra. Ive always had good service here but today, as I walked away to wait for my tires to be repaired, I was extremely disheartened. I know a fair amount about cars since my dad is a mechanic, but she made me feel very inadequate and like nuisance, even though I was answering her questions. I still give 2 stars (whereas I would typically give 1) because I usually have great service here and Sarah the other associate there was very sweet.

Was told that it would take only 1 hour and 30 minutes to change all four tires on my new car. There was only one other person in line so I was confident they would get it done. However, it took almost 3 hours to get my car back. After that said hour and a half I went back to check on my car. At that point, they were helping another customer who came in after me because they knew who he was and my car hand not even been worked on yet. My car probably spend another hour sitting there without wheels and no one working on it. Was very disappointed and they need more staff. Only giving two stars because the one guy at the dest was helpful and I am happy with the tires I got.

Way back I worked for Wal-Mart. I am usually very satisfied with my experience. However, today I was surprised at how awful the service was and how they need to do some more customer service training. The actual guys in the tire and auto section were great. However, they had a register not working great. The line was backed up quite a bit. A guy from sporting goods came over with a customer of his and rang him up. He then loomed directly at us and the line of people and turned and said, well, back to sporting goods. And walked away. I get that he has a department to run and take care of however, customer acknowledgement or helping one or two customers check out their one or two items, maybe three at most probably would not have killed him. Shocked at how rude that was.

Said they checked air in tires. I went in with a low tire I left with a low tire but according to them all were at 35, the pressure the tires are supposed to be at! One was at 25! Hmmmm

They were fast at changing the oil, just wish they were more careful installing the filter,oil spilled on the frame and sway bar,had to clean up their spill,260k miles and no oil leaks so I noticedWould have given 5 stars

New tires, great price, and done much faster than we thought! Definitely beats sitting in a boring tire shop!

Heya Wal-Mart. Remember 6 months ago when for the first time ever in the life of my car I payed you to change the oil. A change that took over 3 hours because the person not on lunch didnt want to do it. That cost me~$60 because I use synthetic. You know the time that you used normal instead of synthetic. And that you also changed out my oil pan plug for one from a ducking Hyundai? You think I wouldnt notice the next time I change my oil (20 minutes ago) and notice that the thickness is different. Or that my ford plug now has a green gasket and a dual rivet on it? You really think I wouldnt notice. Thanks for the leak. I appreciate it.Ps. GO duck YOURSELVES.

Oil change that takes 3 hours, poor customer service. This will be my last visit. Shop a lot at walk mart but this is definitely not worth the wait

Well i went in for a screw in a tire i bought 5 months ago from walmart and after they worked on the wrong tire 1st . Then instead of patching the tire or giving me options they replaced the tire and said it was due to the age of the tire. And charged me full price for a new tire then wouldnt even give me the tire that had the screw in it???? Very dissatisfied

I am a loyal Walmart customer & have been for years. Twice now, I have had my oil changed at the 12th Ave. Nampa store and HAVE BEEN OVER-CHARGED! The first time, I wasnt aware of the overage until I checked my receipt aft er getting home. The amount was just under $6, so I let it go.Today, I had the oil changed again and when I reviewed the receipt at the checkstand, I saw that I had been OVERCHARGED by $5.50! I informed the checker, and after she discussed the mistake with her manager, she told me that it would be refunded. Problem was, she didnt KNOW HOW TO DO A REFU ND...!! After waiting for 15-20 minutes while she asked other employees how to do it; I finally told her that my time was more valuable than the $5.50 refund. I told her that I wouldnt have my car serviced there again!!!
