We were looking for a specific car and we were not treated very nicely at our local Infiniti dealership. So we started calling around. Brian was awesome and great to work with. As such, we drove to Boise to make the deal happen. When we arrived and finished off the transaction with Stan, he was incredible. Very kind, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dave Sanford got the impossible done! My wife and I didnt think we would be able to get into a car. We were shot down elsewhere and came here with little hope. A few hours working with him and he was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted! With a monthly payment that we were able afford as well!! Seriously, if you need to get into a car, look no further! Clean dealership, but the used dealership we bought our infinity from had a better customer experience. Bronco uses Enterprise rental cars as your loaner car. Really?! Youre an infinity dealership! And dont tell us it will be done same day, unless its going to be done same day! I get it, things come up. But dont get your customers hopes up. Need to do a better job communicating to your customers!

Recently took my vehicle in for an oil change. Had a scheduled appointment for 9AM. Service manager said probably be around 50 min wait. 2 hours later my car was done. When u make an appointment it should be done in a timely manner... I have owned several Infiniti vehicles. Have been a customer here for about 5 years on an off. And my oil changes are alwaystwenty one dollars and change. Tom was service manager at that time. I never any issues .This happened the last time I was here also. This time they wanted $60 plus for basic oil change? My last visit was $400 plus.

Worst automotive experience in my Life! I paid them $2400. After having my car for seven months they told me I’d be another $2500 to get it fixed up to this point all they have done is throw parts at it, and their explanation for why they were putting the parts on kept changing.I brought it to the dealership because they’re supposed to be the expert. What I found were dishonest, Ignorant people who are only interested in taking my money! I would not recommend buying A car from this place, and if you did please take it somewhere else to get repaired!!!!As for the Response from the owner, anyone who reads this would assume they really care about their customers. I purchased a used car from Bronco infinity about 5 months ago. I wish I could remember the sales reps name, he was terrific! I had chest pain while on the test drive so we pulled over. He asked what my symptoms where and if I needed to step out of the car and lie down. He reacted promptly and extremely professionally, I shortly after returned to my normal state and we returned to the dealership.Just a couple of days ago I took my car in for an oil change, as well as an electric issue that I had created (oops). Chad is the service manger down there and he is by far the most real and polite man you will ever meet. When I asked a question he gave me a set answer and was true to his word. The car ended up needing to stay at the shop for a while so I called and asked Chad for a loner car about 6pm on a Friday, and by gosh we made it work. Thank you to Chad and all of you at bronco motors infinity!

I recently wrote a review here about Bronco Motors Mitsubishi, and it was pretty scathing. I have since cooled down and will give you an honest review. I suppose thats what happens when you forget your Valium and your hemorrhoids are acting up.I was pretty pleased overall with my experience. I will probably buy from here again. Salesman Craig was absolutely fantastic. Hes the first person Im calling next time I need a car. I havent made up my mind about the few others I met here, but Craig was wonderful. Hell treat you respectfully and will help you get what you need. Hes definitely the nicest salesman Ive ever met. Hes still helping us with random questions we have. Weve come in for loan questions a couple times, and he always stops what hes doing and goes out of his way to make sure were still doing well. Give him a call, hell treat you well.

Our family has been a customer of Infinity Bronco’s service department for about three years I have nothing but great things to say about them. We have had a few occasions to take our vehicle (GMC Acadia) to them and they have always been accurate and honest in their assessment of our repair needs. Our problems have always been resolved on the first fix. On the occasion that we have had to leave our car for more than a day we have been provided a loaner car. We frequently use the night drop option which is so convenient for us. A wonderful bonus is that our car is always freshly washed when ready for pickup!! Their customer service and courtesy is top notch. We really love Bronco Infinity Service department.

We recently spent a week looking for a new car and had not initially considered Infiniti or Bronco Motors. After driving nearly a dozen cars at almost as many dealers we decided to take a look. I must say that we were very impressed with the dealership and vehicles. Sean, Joe, Brian and the whole team were fantastic. We were treated respectfully, the staff knew their products and the approach was very relaxed. There was no pressure or dealer antics. We had done our homework on prices for both the trade-in and the new car and were given a fair amount for ours and a great deal on our purchase. I traded in my truck to WRX last friday 1/17/20 after i signed the agreement i didnt realized that my rate was so high 10.9% and i wasnt happy at all and i have good credit score and the term was 73 months. The agent Jeff B. promise me that he is going to try hard to find better rate for me and he did today 1/23/20 called me he told me that my rate went down to 3.9% and my term is 63 and gave me $2500 more of my trade. Extremely friendly staff that go above and beyond an average luxury brand experience. However, the building itself is not up to luxury car standards, offering sub-par coffee drinks and cheap packaged snacks, and a TV with very few channels.Other luxury car dealers I have been to usually have pastries and food and a TV with enough channels to entertain you while you wait for service. Buying a luxury car is as much about the experience as the car itself, and the addition of some small details would make this dealership top-notch.Edit: Thank you for the response. On 12/10/2019, my husband emailed Bronco Motors Infiniti to see if a 2017 Ford Explorer (listed on their website) was still available. Bobby Glover wrote my husband back and stated the vehicle was still for sale. Two hours later, I went to the dealership and was greeted by a new sales representative named Cody. I requested to speak with Bobby, but Cody said Boddy was busy. Cody stated the 2017 Ford Explorer sold several days prior.Boddy lied about the vehicle still being on the lot. Then, I allowed Cody to show me another Explorer. Because I did not have much time to spend at the dealership, I provided Cody with all my contact information and requested he email me the link for the vehicle he showed me, and a final bottom dollar price they would take.I never heard from Cody or Bobby.-Unhappy customer-Their loss

Long story short, due to a gas station putting the wrong fuels in the wrong tanks when refueling, I unknowingly filled up my sweet ride with diesel gas. Unfortunately my four wheeled companion doesnt like the flavor of diesel. Shortly after leaving the gas station I was distraught as I watched my speed go from an awesome cruise to barely puttering down the road long enough to reach a turn off. Had my G35 towed to Bronco Motors infinity for an emergency procedure. After some time of waiting in the reception area, head Dr. mechanics Scott and Chad came to speak with me. Right away they made me feel at ease my ride was in great hands as they walked me through the gas transfusion and spark plug transplant procedures they were taking to ensure my baby would drive again. After an efficient surgery and a gas transfusion, I was back with my ride tearing up the streets. Thank you Scott and Chad! It felt like a part of me was missing without my ride. Those were dark times indeed... Thanks to you guys Im back on the streets reclaiming my street cred and climbing the ranks in the dark and dangerous world of underground street racing, but as a law abiding citizen. Because I totally follow the speed limits, I dont win very many races. But I wouldnt be able to compete at all if not for Bronco Motors Infiniti and their effecient level of service, enthusiasm, and personal care they provided during my dark times.

The buying process was quick and painless. Trade value was fair as was the sale price of the vehicle we purchased. After docs were signed, I asked for the 2nd key, only to be told they would see if they could find one and call me the next day, if not I could buy one! Hmm I thought, buy an infiniti and get charged for a 2nd key? Weird! A few days went by and no call so I called them. No key found(not convinced they looked) but once again I can buy one, and at their cost since I bought a car. Was told normal price was about 250 bucks and cost would be sub $200. They would need a day or two to order it in though. Couple days went by, no call so once again I called. No key was ordered. Now I am irritated, and ask them to please get it ordered. A few more days go by and I actually get a call, key is in, and need to make an appointment, it will be $260. I said that cant be correct as I was told I would get it at cost since I bought a car. He said well thats already giving you a pretty good discount, to which I responded They didnt promise me a pretty good discount. They promised me cost. He said he would check what cost was and get back to me. Almost another week has passed. And no phone call, still no second key. As a business owner myself, I scratch my head. Does the owner of Bronco Infinity realize that the pleasant buying experience is being completely negated by the after the sale experience? Well I emailed him to find out with these exact details. Still waiting for that response too!Update-- I was contacted just a short while after leaving this review to have the situation remedied by one of the executives at Bronco Infiniti, very professional and sincere in his apology and offer to make it right. Thank you! I do feel these reviews are to give us the opportunity to better ourselves and our businesses, and not to be forum to post exaggerations and vent. I hope this has helped.
