I love, love, love my 2022 Hyundai Tucson!My only car; a 2008 Toyota Corolla, was at the auto shop waiting on the illusive computer chip for 2 months, and I lost all patients.As I searched online for car availability for Toyota, Honda and Hyundai; Natalie contacted me via text from Hyundai.Natalie was friendly; offered assistance and was straight forward about available inventory for new and used cars.She was amazing with her detailed responses and patient with all my questions. I was looking at the Sonata; but she asked if I had considered the Tucson and gave me a great comparison of the two cars.After a few days of conversation; we both agreed at my age (74) I needed more car around me. She sent me photos of all current Tucson inventory. I selected my color and she brought out the car for a test drive. The moment I sat in the drivers seat; I felt safe and comfortable! They never answer the phones, you have to call back multiple times. If you bother to leave a message they dont return your phone call. They are so booked out it takes weeks to get an appointment and then dont even bother to give you any type of reminder that the appointment you made weeks ago, is coming up. Very disappointed this is how they handle things now. Unfortunately being a business ourselves we will have to be going somewhere else that is able to somewhat accommodate their customers. (A simple reminder is not too much to ask for)

This is my second time going to Bronco Motors to have my tacoma serviced, and I am very pleased so far. Their staff is knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Their staff is probably the primary reason I will continue to return. The people really make the place feel comfortable, welcoming, and happy. The work is also quality. There is a large window in the waiting room where you can watch the work being done on your rig. They make sure that the car wash on your vehicle at the end is also done right. I never felt as though they were rushing to just get the work done, but cared about getting it right. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and their team.

I just called him once then he immediately called me back three times, energetic and professional attitude. Then we feel like we have to go there. Yes it was great trip🤔. We like the working atmosphere, everything organized and super efficient.

Made an appointment for my broken trunk latch on my 2017 Sonata was told its common problem and theyd get it fixed.Wait about a month for the appointment, take a vacation day from work and drive the 1 hour to get to the dealership. Wait about another 2 hours at the dealer. Then Im told that its an up coming recall and they dont have the part because the part is still in development. But they did wash and vacuum the car and I appreciate that. Cost me a days wages and a 4th tank of gas for essentially nothing. I only get 12 vacation days a year. The trunk is unusable and I dont know if its worth the time going back or just using the back seats to haul groceries

Bronco Motors in Nampa found us exactly the Tucson we wanted and were very low-pressure and responsive - our best car purchase experience ever.

The experience was exceptional!I dont understand why I keep getting maintenance emails saying that I need to have it done, when the service said all was good until the next visit.It the service tech tells you that, you should not be repeatedly sending me emails that I am not doing my maintenance.

Friendly staff. Not impressed with the upcharge, nor the online inventory that isnt available for sale. Kia is much more reasonable.

My wife and I just bought a like new Santa Fe Limited 2.0T from Bronco Motors Hyundai West by the Idaho Auto Mall and was our first experience at this dealership The salesman Ginger was very helpful and kind. We were able to come to terms and made the deal. What really impressed me was after the sale the owner, Grant Peterson Jr emailed me and thanked us for the purchase. I did have a concern on a second key that was nowhere to be found when we bought the vehicle and voiced that to him. The following week everything was resolved and they provided us a second key like we agreed when purchasing the vehicle. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Bronco Motors. Communication was lacking between sales and service departments when we came in for the programming of the key and that was the only thing that kind of frustrated me but service got us in right away and out the next day.

After the door issue is solved...OK. The door issue was promptly and professionally resolved by Bronco Motors Hyundai. I could not be happier with the service that I received from these guys. Everyone that I was in cantact with were professional and really went above and beyond to help get the door on my Elantra fixed. Now back from the body shop, the work is perfect. Lori in service was both professional AND fun to deal with. Mitch, my sales person was helpful in all roles and was great as my go-to guy. Look him up for your car purchase because I think that hell pull whatever strings are necessary to get the job done for you. I even received a conference call from the owner, Grant Peterson and his personal assistant Jennifer to discuss the door issue. We bought a 2021 Palisade here and Ginger was hilarious and fun to work with. A couple days after having the car we had a weird issue. Bronco Motors took good care of us by loaning us a vehicle and keeping us updated throughout the process. It wasnt a perfect experience, but at Bronco Motors they say youre family...and when is a family experience perfect? But you usually like your family and keep coming around during the holidays. Ha. We will likely buy from them again in the future.

Not the place to go to if youre in need of a service and have a sense of urgency. My trunk latch broke and Ive been driving around with my trunk open, barely secure, for days. I called this business, was transferred to the service department, left a message, and never heard back. I called again the next day two more times and no one answered. At around 1pm in the middle of a business day. Thankfully the guys at bronco motors boise know how to answer the phone! Its a little out of the way, but Ill be going there instead.

I have never been so thrilled with a car buying experience as I was working with Mitch at Bronco Motors Hyundai West. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and I was taken seriously as a customer from the minute I arrived. As a 20 year old this is not always the case with many businesses and when I am ready big life decisions; it can feels at times that I am treated like a teenager rather than a fully capable and serious adult customer but I didn’t not feel this way whatsoever with each person that I spoke to.The car I wanted had not arrived at the dealership yet, but the staff worked with me to make a deal and to be ready to drive it off the lot when it was to be delivered the following week. The price negotiation was respectful and reasonable, and the price I received for my trade in was excellent and far higher than I expected. They worked with me to work the sticker price down while also increasing my old car’s trade in value. Eventually we agreed on a price that was mutually beneficial and I walked out of there feeling fantastic about the couple of hours I had spent with Mitch and the rest of the Bronco Motors staff.They repeatedly offered me water and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way, and Mitch did an excellent job explaining all of the documents and legalities of buying a brand new car. He took the time to ensure I felt confident in my decision and was encouraging and excited for me to start this journey.When my car arrived it was beautifully washed and meticulously detailed, and Mitch took the time to give me a full run down of all of the bells and whistles and important safety features. He explained all of the warranties and what they cover, and went through the manual to make sure I knew about all of the details of my new Elantra. He helped me setup my Hyundai account online and connect my new car to their complimentary Bluelink service (which allows one to use their app to start the car, lock the car, etc.) and made sure I was ready and paired with Apple CarPlay before I left.Overall, this was the best shopping and car buying experience I have ever had and I look forward to visiting them frequently for my scheduled oil changes and all other maintenance. Ask for Mitch at this location and he will take incredible care of you!! Happy to be a part of the family and appreciative of Mitch and all of the other staff for their hospitality and hard work.

I know what I want and dont want. I know my budget. I dont need to be coerced into a decision. Both Jason and justin were super polite, respectful, honest, and patient. They encouraged us to take our time and be sure we made the choice thats right for our family and even to take more time to go over our budget so we felt comfortable with our decision. These traits are hard to find in anyone these days. The whole process was pretty painless and straightforward. We even did the entire purchase process with our 4 kiddos aged 1-9. They didnt mind that our kids were there and were super accomadating with them. They gave the kids popsicles and had a closed in kids room with a video game and movie playing. The manager was super awesome too! The lady (sorry, I forgot her name) that helped with the paperwork and warranties etc was super informative, patient, and helpful. I was just wondering around and Charli asked if she could help. She asked me a couple questions and showed me the perfect car that I was thinking about. It was like going to get a nice dress suit and the tailor looks at your physique and knows what will fit you just right and you will love to wear it. Charli is exception like this with cars. With a few questions she will find you the perfect car that will fulfill all of yours needs, but you will still love to drive when ever you can.

Bryce Bradford (Bronco Hyundai West) and Tanner Dougherty (Bronco Nissan) are very respectful, easy to work with, and not at all the typical “pushy” dealer types. We went in to trade our car for something newer and actually didn’t end up making a deal, but they got really close to what we were asking for on our trade-in. When we declined their final offer, they didn’t try to keep us in the door with gimmicky offers, instead they were understanding and even walked us to our car. We’ll definitely buy from them in the future!

Just purchase my wifes Jeep there so overall experience now one month later has been very good. The salesperson was new and unexperienced but nice Im sure in a year or two she will be excellent. However once passed off to the finance team negotiations went well respectful had to do a little work with the service department theyve been an eight out of ten and we are happy.

I hope I get to change this rating. However if youre shopping for a vehicle I would not recommend any of the bronco motor places. We just purchased in October 2020... caviet empter for sure

But to my surprise, my experience was absolutely the opposite and awesome. My consultant, Mitch Nelson, was amazing. He was truly caring, very down to earth and not pushy at all. He worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted and at the best rate possible. I was very impressed with how he handled the transaction. Yesterday I went in to see what my options were since my current lease was almost up. Ricky the sales manager and Ginger took great care of me, making sure that I got a new vehicle that met all of my expectations and then some. Ryan Hatch and Scott Welch in the service department provide exceptional customer service and I will continue to take all three of my vehicles to Bronco Motors West.
