Lady in the front there is an absolute rude & very mean person. Disgusting attitude no matter what I asked. Oddly looked up at the ceiling with her mouth open and ignored me. Seemed like I was an inconvenience or even the plague for that matter. Cant believe she would treat people in such a manner. She even human? Was really interested in the blue Hyundai Elantra out in the front but Ill take my business elsewhere. She was even rude the last time I came in. Nope. Dont go here.

So I thought next ride was a good car company until I got a little work done on our car from the Chevrolet dealership and they started to open up the car from the inside of the car and found lots of damage that was not from my accident it was from a previous accident. That we were never informed from. So now having the Chevrolet dealership on our side I think we will be taking nextride to court. So disappointed with nextride that they hide things to sell a car. The dealership said its not even worth fixing my car it would be better to just take my money and squash my car. Thanks nextride Im so not happy with you guys for lying and selling a car knowing it wasnt a good car to sell. Guess my next step is court.

The staff was great! They didnt pressure us into buying a car. It didnt feel like they were hounding us either, they basically let us have our privacy when shopping for the vehicle. We appreciated that a lot! When it came to buying the car, the process was so quick and easy. They were very straight forward and did everything they could to make it happen! I went in knowing my credit was pretty bad. They got me into a new car with a fair rate. I thought for sure I was going to leave empty handed, but I got a car I know I can rely on for years to come. The process was quick and easy. Sales reps werent pushy, and only showed us things our price range. Everyone was extremely nice, and the experience was all around fantastic.

We noticed the car we purchased from this dealer was leaking within 2 days of getting it home. After my husband spent some time looking into it, he called the dealer, they said they could look at it. For $80.We had another mechanic check it out. Its the water pump, its cracked and you can see the water all over inside.The mechanic said the dealer would have most likely known about this, as it would have been noticed during inspection, and by the obvious puddle under the car while it sat on their lot.Take some time to read through these 5 star reviews- its pretty clear that these are mostly fake. Yelp has even removed the reviews of this dealer, probably due to authenticity.We wont be purchasing any more cars from this place.Edited in response to owner:My husband called and spoke with Don (or Ron?) and was told that he could bring the car in and your mechanic would look at it for the hourly mechanic fee of $80.So no one in your office got our call? And you wouldnt have charged to look at it? Hm. Youre dishonest response to my review makes Next Ride look even shadier.BUYER BEWARE

They have great customer service and were very helpful with helping us find a car and getting out loan approved. BUT we have now had the car 1 year and have had nothing but problems. Weve had to replace the catalytic converter, multiple o2 sensors, multiple, radiator hosing/valves. The check engine light hasnt turned off since about a week after we brought it home(starting with needing an oil change). The car was bought as is and at this point im bot sure what we can do. Were putting more into this car than its even worth and still have over 7k owed on it..

Definitely recommend this place for any one with no credit/ little credit. Robert was very helpful and very patient with us. We took our 3 year old and he was very patient with her running and yelling. The transaction was done quickly and didnt get pressured into buying something unlike other places. I got a Chrysler 300 . None of the parts from the car I got from this dealership belonged to this car !The wires were pinched into the bumper making the tail lights circuit out and they blamed it on my stereo system which was put in by A PROFESSIONAL.They said they would inspect it.... for 80$ an HOUR and that was all they could do about it.The rotors were warpedThe heater hose connecting to the coolant didn’t even belong to the car !The donut given to me belonged to a MercedesThe windshield wipers were dirty and damaged.The battery was smaller than it was supposed to be.And now the license plate light is short circuiting. Wonder what’s gonna be wrong with this car now .HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A CARHERE.

The staff was super helpful with us. We are by nature indecisive and try to be very conscious of the big picture when it comes to finances and vehicles that we are going to be in for a while. They showed us a couple options and were more than willing to entertain other options as we had questions about different vehicles on the lot. When we finally picked out our car they made the transition very smooth and worked around our hectic schedule. We were in and out in about 25-30 minutes with paperwork and on our way.
