After a bit of a hassle with the initial setup, we are very happy. The technician who set up our equipment, Luis Flores, was amazing! So kind and friendly and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were comfortable with operating the equipment. 5 stars to him!!!

Not sure what is going on, but they do not answer the phone. Its been 3 weeks trying to reach them. Also, called Apria HQ to help. Apria HQ unable to reach Tyler branch or the Irving branch. Ive tried to get away from apria since the service is so bad. I am now going to new CPAP provider. Not acceptable Apria...

This is an absolute joke of a place. My brother has needed a refill on his oxygen to be able to go to the doctor. We called right after first of the year. They were scheduled to come out Tuesday. Said they couldn’t come out because of weather. The roads were perfectly clear. Scheduled for today. Was told they won’t come until the 18th. They were told he has a vital doctors appointment tomorrow. They apparently don’t care. If it was their family they would get it done. Although they are so horrible maybe they wouldn’t.

The Apria Healthcare office in Nacogdoches, Texas should not be allowed to be in business. My wife was sent home with a negative pressure wound Vac. On June 30, 2020 I called and ordered supplies from the Nacogdoches Apria office. Asked them to send supplies for the wound vac. They told me they would ship out that day. They sent them to wrong address in Texarkana instead of Atlanta. I called three times on Wednesday July 1st trying to get supplies shipped. They told me they would send them out and we would get them on Thursday July 2nd. Guess what no supplies arrived on Thursday. Called them back on Thursday and they said they would ship out that evening. It did not happen. They lied and had no intention of sending out supplies to us. They were getting ready to go on a long holiday week end at mid day Thursday. We still have not received any supplies from Apria, Nacogdoches. I finally got some one at the Shreveport Apria office on Saturday night to return a phone message I had left. The Shreveport office gladly delivered the needed supplies by 9am, Sunday morning. My wife wend 5 days risking infection from a complete mastectomy surgery due to very unprofessional attitude from the Apria Nacogdoches office. Warning, don’t trust those Apria people in Nacogdoches office with your health care needs. They are sleeping at the wheel. Very derelict, uncaring. Don’t take my word, just read some of the reviews people have written about their sorry service.

Apria drops the ball on everything. The customer has to constantly call about their prescription status ...it took me a month and a half to get the prescribed CPAP machine. Once I finally received it, they evidently didnt read the description or take notes from the Recorded for quality assurance, because the customer didnt receive the correct equipment that was prescribed...such frustration with this group in Nacogdoches, TX...
