Collin is the man to see at this store. He was very patient and did his best to make a deal happen for me. Unfortunately the equipment we needed isnt available in the configuration we needed. It had nothing to do with him or this location. There is just a supply shortage that made it impossible to meet our needs. It was a great deal for the price. We just needed more than the manufacturer was able to deliver. This as an odd circumstances that he had no control over. In the coming months or a year or so I will be back to try again. hopefully the items will be available then. They have a good inventory.The special application we needed just wasnt available. Collin did his best to figure out what would work best, but it just didnt pan out. It had nothing to do with his ability. He knows how to work a deal for you. He was experienced and knowledgeable about the product. Thats hard to find these days. He wont try to push you. He asked what we needed and did his best to fulfill that need. I hope to do business with him in the near future. Thank you Collin. It means a lot that you did everything you could to help us.

Well things have changed at Hammer Equipment in Nacogdoches. It used to 3 to 4 weeks to get any equipment back regardless of the problem. Today I took my zero turn in for winter service. The new service writer and service manager both said two days. After previous experiences with their service, I was skeptical at best (thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). But, behold, they called at 4:30 today and said my zero turn was ready. To bad I have to drive back from Diboll tomorrow to get it. Now you may ask why when theres a Hammer store just south of Lufkin. The reason is simple, the service there was even worse. Hammer in Lufkin will have to bend over backwards to get me inside their store again.

Good fellas here. Kids are not the most knowledgeable but friendly nonetheless.
