I never felt like they wanted me in there. Not being a fleet customer or whatever. You put in the show room. Why would you do that if you dont want people in there? Its like if you aint one of the boys they could care less about you.The young staff is always rotating out. I get it, I dont like dealing with those kinds of managers either. This is definitely not your friendly neighborhood tool store.

We use them every where we go because we have a national account, but they are still a little over priced.
