The staff are very unprofessional and rude. They will play on their phones before they acknowledge you or respond to you. It’s as though you’re bothering them by shopping there.

This place is awesome. The owner came over and helped us. He even suggested that we get a cheaper wig instead of human hair if this was the first time buying a wig. They have beautiful wigs here.

One star is too much considering the owner to be SO rude and impolite. I have visited this store more times than I want to count thinking they have quality merchandise. NOT. Each time I promised myself NEVER go back there. Only once did I experience a kind word from Mr. Owner and that was to have one of the lady employees help me with eyelashes. Oh let me give props to the ladies in the store (kind, helpful and friendly). I never want to write anything unkind about anyone BUT every time I have left that store I felt bad. My feelings were really hurt on this last visit. He attempted to assist me by throwing hair pieces at me and speaking to me in a derrogatory/demeaning tone. I cant say this makes me feel better but I do know I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT STORE AGAIN. Callie Holloway

Ive never had any issues with management or employees at Beauty Maxx in Nacogdoches. When i would visit with my wife, the employees are extremely helpful and suggest new styles. Would totally recommend for your hair care and beauty needs.

Wish they would have more people to check us out. Its a cramped space at the front and when u have one person checking u out then all of a sudden everyone is ready to check out too its just not enough space for us to be waiting in the isle in the way. If u open at 9 then u should be open on time

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, ladies check your hair the pack I bought had lice/bugs in it and no they wouldnt return it...the ladies who work there are also rude and unhelpful.
