Always helpful. Clean. Courteous and listens to the customer. The Manager Candy is the best!!

Ive got to several times to a near by Sallys and have gotten recommended the wrong products for what I was wanting to get done. I decided to stop by the Nacogdoches store today and was helped by the store Mgr Candy. She was amazing very professional. She listened to me vent about not being a happy customer in my previous visits to a different store and helped me walk around and get the products I needed. She recommended perticular items and items I suggested she gave me her honest opinion. She could have just stopped there once I got the product I needed but she went above and beyond to find out what hair care products I was using at home only to find out I needed to be using a specific item for treat my hair. She then walked me over and suggested which items I can get. In which I got the items. I highly recommend going to this location and having her help you because you will get a great experience. I am one satisfied customer!!!!

Went in there today the lady working there just kept staring as soon as I walked in with my 4 year old daughter, so I just ignored it went to go look for what was looking for made me uncomfortable then went to go pay. My 4 year old grabbed something in the counter and the girl had the audacity to tell her to not touch that. When I went to the car my daughter expressed how she felt the lady was being mean to her. Very rude girl i don’t know what was her problem the other girl working there was so nice.

Candy (Manager) is always so helpful, I go there often and she knows me by Name now.

Manager so damn loud and getto please get rid of her I cant even shop with all that loud racket. Her associate helping people she hollering way in the back. No that aint right that sale was last week🤦

Most of the employees are so rude, and don’t have knowledge on products. Especially the young lady with blonde hair.
