I was in a real bind with My alternator going out on a Friday night....while the crooks at a National tire shop told me it would cost over $700 to replace my alternator, I got a lead to call Mr. Jones about my truck. He answered while saying goodbye to his wife and kids he assure me that he could take care of my alternator on a rainy sunday while most everyone else was closed. When I asked how much the labor would be, Mr. Jones without hesitation quoted me $85. 3 hours later I was on the road and my worries were over! God Bless honest mechanics! Thank you Mr. Jones

Wanted to wait to write my review so I could be completely honest. Took my Dodge Ram up to these guys and I felt like they had my absolute best interest in mind from the jump. Nothing but great things to say about the customer service and the way they describe your vehicle problems to you and make sure you understand whats going on. Had my transmission worked on a few weeks ago and its been solid ever since. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone with automotive issues.

I took My Truck in for a break job, at first they thought I would need new drums and explained what it would cost then they came back and said no sorry at first glace it seemed like you would need new drums but pulling the breaks aoff every thins looks good Just needed a new pair of pads, you good to go.Very honest

Dustin Jones Automotive did a great job my truck runs like new and its a 2005 it had blown head gaskets, timing was bad and a list of other problems . These guys are real pros.

I am new to town and was looking to fix my front suspension problems, but after visiting 4-5 other local mechanic shops that all gave me a different diagnosis and estimates on repairs needed, I started questioning the legitimacy of these shops. Finally, Jones Automotive had been recommended to me.So I go down to Jones Automotive and they immediately helped me and worked together collectively to validate what is going bad on my suspension. The funny thing is that what the actual problem was had been missed in all the other shops estimates of what I needed. I was able to get my truck in the following day, it took less than 2 days to fix; I paid a fair amount without hesitation knowing that this shop went out of its way to make sure I wasnt being lied too and gave me quality parts.My truck rides smoother and feels safer than it has in over a year. Im so glad I finally found a shop that takes my vehicle and budget into its best interest.Jones Automotive will be the mechanic shop I use for the rest of the time I live around here!
