They said a date to come & I drove 45 miles & they didn’t have the glass they ordered . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! GARBAGE DO NOT USE

I give them 5 stars just for having on location service. They come to you. When I do decide to change my windshield I will definitely be using this place.

They replaced the windshield on my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan a few months ago, afterwards I couldnt figure out why my defrost wasnt working, I took it to another glass repair shop and they informed me that Nacogdoches Auto Glass AKA Renfros Glass had installed a windshield that didnt come with defrost, to make matters worse thats when we noticed that not only has the windshield been leaking at the top but has ruined my headliner. Also they didnt put my wipers back on correctly. The technician that installed it name was Chance, supposedly their most senior glass technician. Very very upset. I read the horrible reviews, I had heard they had issues but thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR RUINED!
