I called to get my 2016 windshield replaced. Preston answered and was super friendly. I let him know Id never had to worry with this before so it was my first time calling any auto part store! He made it known that it would be a couple of days to order the parts and was really informative - but all in all I feel like Im getting a whole new windshield very quickly!Update: They did an amazing job with my windshield. They even put my toll tag back on!
