Were visiting from IL and decided on a whim to stop here after a round of mini golf. We didnt have any expectations, but they were exceeded. The ice cream is fantastic, real ingredients and you can actually taste the quality. But I want to highlight the employees--dont underestimate these kids. They were unbelievably helpful, answering any question with real care, offering their genuine opinions. Please give this place, these people, a try. You wont regret it!

Second time here, looked for the cow in the window to find it. Delicious ice cream with lots of flavors. Spotless clean inside. Friendly staff. They allowed us to try a few flavors until we found the one we liked most.

Solid ice cream experience with a wide flavor selection and options for milkshakes and sundaes as well. They sell soda as well if that fits your taste better. I can recommend Coastal Creamery with certainty.

Nothing special. Strong chemical smell inside. No COVID practices. Employee was more concerned with her phone conversation than us.

Stopped in for a scope of ice cream while visiting myrtle beach. The price was fair and the food was good. Overall we had a great experience and would come back again if/when we visit the beach in the future.

Ultra-fantastic HOMEMADE ice cream. The chocolate is the creamiest Ive ever had. I love the homemade vanilla chocolate chip and the mocha chip, too. Stay away from the Hersheys (because you can get that anywhere). Stick. With. The Homemade.

Not good enough for the price. The lady behind the counter was rude and she could not hear our orders because she had her airpods in and was just plain rude. Im not from here but i will not be back.

Just came in to get a sweet treat. My wife got a fudge sundae and she said it was old tasting and not good at all. I had a vanilla milkshake and the lady basically poured a glass of milk and added very little ice cream. After leaving, I didnt notice but my wife told me that the lady didnt wash her hands and she was picking her ears and checking out everything on her finger, gross, I almost puked. Dont waste your time and money here!

People serving are not nice and not worth the stop. Attitude was like a prisoner being served food. No Tip For You.

Many flavors, the orange sherbet was very refreshing.

Excellent homeade ice cream, very creamy

Most of the ice cream is Hershey brand with limited flavors that are homemade; maybe 6-8 flavors. The homemade butter pecan is delicious! Definitely recommend if you like that flavor. The atmosphere is a little disappointing because it’s attached to a welcome center so it feels plain inside.

Service isn’t very friendly and Ice cream not great, I went there thinking it was homemade but turned out not to be. I ended up throwing mine away for lack of flavor. I can get better ice cream at any store. Don’t waste your money

My family and I witnessed the woman that works behind the cash register hitting one of her young workers. It appears that all of the children that work for her are terrified of her. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

This place was great. Several different hand made flavors. Loved the peanut butter twirl. They allow you to try the different flavors. We ended up going a couple of different times. Place was busy, but wasnt overly crowded like some of the other ice cream shops in this area. Would highly recommend.

Hands down best ice cream place weve ever visited! The ladies Ive had the chance to talk to are always friendly and does not complain when you have kids who want to sample EVERYTHING till they find the one they really like! This is and hopefully will continue to be our familys go-to place when we visit Myrtle Beach!

This place is very delicious! Great little ice cream place. Clean store and friendly staff, great prices for how much they give you. Would recommend to anyone that lives in or travels to the myrtle beach area.

I got one scoop each of the home made chocolate and the home made cookies and cream. Both were delicious. This was the perfect desert to a good meal. The servers were friendly and fast. There is a Myrtle Beach visitors center within the dining area.

Not greatest place. Most of the icecream isnt even homemade which they advertise. Plus the icecream is freezer burned. It was way too expensive for the quality of product being sold. But at least the lady serving us was super sweet.

Quiet and chill ice cream parlor with delicious options. Homemade ice cream available as well as the popular store brands like Moose Tracks. The prices are a little steep but you get a lot of ice cream (1 scoop seems like 2 scoops)! The service was great too!

Lots of fun flavors! Clean with friendly staff. A little difficult to find since it is in the Welcome Center and the sign isnt very noticeable.

This place was really quiet and had pretty decent ice cream...nothing out of the ordinary but pretty good.The customer service was great. My friend left her purse there and when we went back for it she had placed it behind the counter and was waiting for us.

Google says they’re open til 11pm, but they were closed when we got there at 9pm. Met another family in the parking lot who also expected them to be open. We all went to a place down the street called Kirk’s Ice Cream Parlor — which was open and packed, probably because it was the only place serving after 9. Lol Kirk’s was great. Go there!

I highly recommend this place I take my kids here at least once a week there ice cream is very good and the services is great. This is a quiet and clean shop and don’t forget to take pictures with the cow or beautiful bench. You can’t beat good ice cream a a wonderful smiling staff

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE!!!Claiming homemade ice cream is a joke and even if it was, there service is the worst I have ever seen. I came in there with my two kids as they looked at flavors and I let them decide what they wanted and we specifically said they will both have the same thing. Very simple right 2 orders.. mint choc chip and minty mint in a cup whipped cream and sprinkles. Okay they said, then I proceeded to tell them my son had a peanut allergy and they said they will rinse it off. First of all that’s not how you handle a food allergy but they realized they could scoop it from new tubs in the back and I accepted that. As I could see the frustration showing through the fake smile. She comes out and hands me a cup that has whipped cream that was bad obviously wasn’t stored at temperature and tastes bad and melting all over the place. Stay with me here but while this is going on they never made my other ice cream and I thought I paid for when I was charged the $7 something for the first cup. Wow! Now the person “in charge”is furious that I told her that the whipped cream was bad and that I wanted another.. No apology, nothing just made me another cup and then said “so no whipped cream..” What do you think lady??!....I get the replacement cup after she huffed and puffed and handed me ice cream of the wrong kinds with no sprinkles or anything I was done with that place!! I think the main problem is the language barrier. How can you run a business when you can’t understand what your customer is saying 100%. I’m sure they won’t be in business long with prices like that and not to mention their horrible food safety practices, this is the most critical part of any food business. Stay away unless you want to get sick and taken advantage of. I am not the type of person that looks for business defects. I usually don’t like sending food back if it’s wrong and I never write reviews so this should prove how valid my review really is.

Got a waffle bowl, chocolate marshmallow ice cream with marshmallow topping and it was delicious! The ladies working behind the counter were nice and it was resonably priced. When my friend had a severe peanut allergy, they were able to accommodate her and get some unopen ice cream from the back. However the place smelled like they had just gotten their floor waxed and the smell was disconcerting, we ate outside!

First there was one person working with about twenty people in line. Single cones were $4.50 and the scoop was more like a spoonful. People in front of us ordered a hot fudge sundae which did not include hot fudge (which was extra). I would recommend going somewhere else.

How can you call yourself a homemade ice cream company if you don’t even know what your ingredients are? They don’t even make their own... they have a company that makes it for them. Completely ridiculous and the two owners couldn’t care less. What a wasted trip.

Super disappointing that they advertise and charge for homemade ice cream, but when you look in the case, it’s Hershey’s. I could buy 2 gallons of Hershey’s ice cream for the same price they are charging for 2 scoops. I really hate when businesses try to take advantage of people.
