Pricey,but it was hot,and my husband wanted to get ice cream! The staff was nice. My daughter got cookie dough ice cream. My husband and son vanilla milkshakes with whip cream. It could have been blended more,kinda of thick. They have paper straws there also.

It takes a lot for me to post a review. The B&J in Myrtle Beach at Broadway at the Beach has hands down the worst service. Five employees all standing around not doing a thing when we are the only customers in the store needing service. When asked if they had a vanilla milkshake we were told Cold Stone did and is nearby. Placed our order each with a different person for our family of four. Never completed my son’s Sunday telling us after we paid they didn’t have the ingredients. Worst communication, service, and overall experience. The one who told me to go to Cold Stone wasn’t being rude but instead giving me a chance to avoid the cluster I unfortunately experienced.

When I walked in no one was at the counter. The customers before me walked out. After waiting 2 girls came out. One girl acted like we were inconveniencing her. She had an attitude. The other girl was friendly and helpful.Got two cups with 2 scoops. The nice girl did mine and it was what I expected. The other girl did the second cup and said it was two scoops but looked like one. I think she didnt want to work to get a full scoop. For almost $6 a cup the 2nd cup was not worth it. Will not go back.

My husband and went there Friday to get some good ice cream. I ordered the berry berry extraordinary flavor. It was really good until, I saw a big blob of an ice cream which thought was cookie dough or chocolate chip. Unfortunately, it was coffee 🤮 I don’t drink or like coffee and threw up all night. It was the biggest disappointment ever considering I am pregnant and I was craving Ben and Jerry’s. And by the way, the cookies are horrible.

Easy in and out for ice cream

Honesty at its best.This is a big shout out for the team at Ben & Jerry’s at Broadway on the Beach! On the evening of July 3, 2019 my husband and I and our 2 kids stopped in here for an ice cream cone (man, is this the best ice cream!) and our two-year-old became really fussy, and in the kerfuffle to console him, we left my wallet on the counter. It had all my ID and credit cards, and it was full of cash for our two week holiday ahead. Later that night, when I was unpacking my purse, I realized that my wallet was missing! I knew Ben & Jerry’s was the last time we had seen the wallet when retracing our thoughts, and I thought what are the chances that somebody turned it in? I showed up there first thing in the morning when it opened, and sure enough, management had tucked it away in the safe! Thank you to all of the team at Ben & Jerry’s for returning my wallet safely to me, even with all of its cash!Your ice cream rocks, your culture rocks, your staff rocks! 😘Sincerely,Nicole

Great service and ice cream

Ice cream was great. Expected more than a store with cardboard boxes of ice cream you buy in the frozen section of your local retail grocery chain. Not so much crazy flavors you cant buy. More so some showmanship or some character. The store had no personality and was nothing special. Staff wasnt that friendly and there was ice cream on every table. Cleanliness wasnt the greatest. Never had there sorbet before.... stick with the ice cream.

Chunky monkey is the best

Pricey and everyone was nice except the blond girl with pony tail who rolled her eyes (7/9 at 845 pm) when I asked her a question. All because someone gave us more ice cream than we wanted. We asked for one scoop for my son, they gave us two and she insisted we have to pay for it. She also snapped at her coworker. I won’t come back. If I pay $28 for ice cream don’t roll your friggin eyes

I like to find the positive things about places I visit to share, but the only positive thing about this particular Ben & Jerrys store that I can say is that they sell Ben & Jerrys ice cream. It makes me a little bit sad that the franchise name is being ruined by a poorly maintained store in such a desirable location. This is not the first time I have been to the Ben & Jerrys and noticed that the store itself is not being kept up like a place that serves food should be. On this day there were six of us to order ice cream and the place was empty when we stepped in. There were six employees on duty and the tables were all dirty and the floor was not clean and the windows to the outside were filthy with handprints and what look like long-term build-up of dirt. It is disappointing that so many employees could not see the need to clean the restaurant so that there would be customers. It was a hot day and Broadway at the beach was crowded, but Ben & Jerrys was empty. I expect it was because place look dirty from the outside.

I give it 5 stars because one it is ice cream! Two it sells in stores too. Three it is really good. Four it has very good servie. And five because they give free samples!

This place doesn’t deserve one start they had employees behind the counter not wear masks but refused to severe customers that weren’t wearing masks as well.

Icecream was delicious, but VERY overpriced! I ordered 1 scoop and it was not a generous scoop at all. For the price it would be nice if they would give a nice big scoop.

Its November and its hot out. Very delicious and cold. Nice view at Broadway at the Beach. The staff was super friendly and its clean inside.

We came here on the evening of April 13 - a Saturday night and this eating establishment was to be open until 10 pm. My daughter and her cheer team knocked on the door which was closed at 9:45 not 10 pm. The employees ruined it for a cheer team from Atlanta because a few workers and a manager didn’t care and wanted to leave work early on a Sat night.
