So disappointed today in the Myrtle Beach Pottery Barn. I had seen a rug online and was hoping to see it in the store. Not only did they not have the rug they also didnt have a swatch. If I ordered S&H is $199. If I dont like the rug I can return to store but I will not get S&H back. Too bad.

Superior products and selection over their competitors. Purchased a new sleeper sofa for our beach condo...memory foam mattress the most comfortable and prices competitive for the best quality. Sales Associate, Lisa, service oriented and knowledgeable. Staff and manager friendly and helpful.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company. I ordered a table on April 20th for a dinner party on May 23rd. It was meant to be delivered on May 4th, but then got push to May 13th and then the table was damaged with a forklift. I had to call pottery barn back the next day because no one called me to tell me what was going on. I spoke to someone on the 15th of May and scheduled a new delivery for the 21st. I got a text mid-week saying that my delivery time is 11:30-1:30 and the delivery time came and went. I called pottery barn to figure out what is going on and they said there is no table that is being delivered today and that they dont know where I got this information... I got it from your customer success people and a text from your company.... I called them again and no one could tell me when this table was meant to be delivered so now Im just waiting for hear from someone on the delivery date of this table and who knows if it will even be delivered on that date. If Im spending $7k on a dinning set and $600 on delivery. I expect to have a full understand of where my table is and when it is getting to my house, not be told it will get there sometime, but I cant tell you when... BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOU PURCHASES ON TIME.

My mother and I were shopping at Market Commons and decided to stop in Pottery Barn for some kitchen pieces we needed. I am giving two stars only because the store was beautifully on display, however friendliness and customer service deserves a big fat zero. I actually entered this store twice within an hour. The first time no one greeted me as I quickly stopped in for a look. When I returned with my mother a few minutes later, no one greeted us or bothered to offer us assistance as we browsed the store. We actually walked by the register where 3 employees were standing around talking amongst themselves and not one of them acknowledged us. Stop judging your customers based on looks especially if they are wearing shorts and flip flops.... we’re at the beach, duh! (We went to Home Goods instead and left much happier... and were greeted as we entered the store.)

I placed an online order today and part of it is being fulfilled by this store, a woman who works here called me and let me know she had made a mistake shipping my order! She already got it out with her UPS guy in record time and them called to let me know in advance that she missed an item and it would be right behind instead of chancing me having to wonder and call around! Amazing, thanks for caring about my time and being so quick and thoughtful!!!!!

I had a 75$ points. And tried to use my certificate. Covid stopped me from going into the store. I dont shop on line. Tried to redeem it.told to contact corporate to receive an up dated certificate that they would send it to me to use in the store 2 emails. No certificate as of todays date. This and the sales associate stopped me from going back. There are other stores to shop from and receive better quality.

When I was looking to make a purchase the sales associate was very helpful. Unfortunately the item did not work out. My return experience was a totally different experience. After being approached by a sales associate I was quickly handed off to one of the two Assistant Managers. The first Assistant Manager was down right rude, condensing and a unfriendly demeanor. The second Assistant Manger was much more helpful and apologetic. Too late youve lost a customer. The most snobby store.

My husband and I live in myrtle beach and we from time to time like to go to the pottery barn in market common, today we went in and were acknowledged at the door but we were not asked by any one if they could help us. We found something that we liked but there was no price on it. Perhaps the employees felt we we not classy enough for their store. This will be the last time we go there. Because to tell you the truth, your stuff isnt worth the prices you are charging.

While vacationing in Myrtle Beach, my husband and I always go into Pottery Barn. This time, no greeting to us, but a couple behind us they practically fell all over them with a greeting. My husband noticed one employee kept following us around. Omg!! We purchase quite a few things from Pottery Barn. We were especially interested in checking out sofas. While sitting on a sofa looking at fabric samples, an employee came over and told me it was polyester.. then left..?? I started to ask her about the other sofas..??? She turned her back on us..Rude!! Seriously.. train your staff about manners!! Will be looking at Crate and Barrel or Room and Board for our new sofas!! Really Disappointed!!

Everytime I come into this store I feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she is trying to buy clothes on Rodeo Drive and no one will help her. Is there a particular dress code, age, or status that someone needs to be to get helped? I have purchased several pottery barn pieces of furniture but always choose to purchase online because of the snooty, unprofessional associates working for you. Someone missed out on a big commission today! Stop judging your customers and treat all of them the same.

Love pottery barn, beautiful home goods! They even had a complimentary wine & cheese tasting!They offer great advice in store about furniture coordination, and also offer a service to come to your place to give advice based on available space, existing furniture, colors, and taste.Definitely a must to go in the store, seeing how they pull together a mix of their items is great. And to see/feel/touch the items you can tell theyre great quality

Thought the employees were a little rude. Plenty of help and pretty empty store, but no one even one asked if they could help myself or family find anything. Usually we are huge fans of Pottery Barn and shop often, but this one seemed more snobby then the rest.

I love this store. The customer service is awesome. My husband and I brought a little cottage in Pawleys Island SC. It was unfurnished. The only furniture store that I was familiar with was Ethan Allen in Virginia. My children insisted that I contact Pottery Barn to have them help me furnish my little coastal cottage. I did and it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Kudos to Chiloon who has helped make our dream come true thru Pottery Barn.
