Repaired my computer quickly and with a reasonable price thank you!

I brought in a 6-year old laptop for repair. My daughter had used it for gaming mostly, so needless to say I knew it was full of viruses and completely bogged up by data, running slow as molasses. It had another issue with its screen, which turned to be truly a Pandoras box.We were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate tremendously the time that Dennis, Craig and Gary took and explained with detail what exactly was going on with the laptop. Each had an area of expertise and even though we had to wait a week or so for the laptop to be completely fixed, they deserved my business.They worked with me diligently to stay within a strict budget and I am so thankful for that. I recommend them very highly! Your LOCAL computer experts! They also happen to be great people with big and kind hearts!

I had some desktop PC issues dealing with constant blue screens of death. Took my computer to Compudirect to have them take a look at what was going on. Upon leaving my computer, I gave them information about what was going on with my computer and the issues i was having showing several pictures of the crashes and codes given. I was told Ooh, yeah those are really bad errors to receive and the guy got my info and printed me a piece of paper to be able to check the status of my pc on their site. They state that it takes 1-5 business days to fix most issues on a pc. I got my computer back about 2 weeks after dropping off. Thankfully they price the labor by actually touching the computer and not by test running. It took them out their time range to fix my pc but was able to inform me that my processor was bad after running all sorts of tests to it coming down to being either my processor or motherboard. Well got a new processor and was able to pick it up the next day after dropping the processor off. Upon inspecting my computer, its a little bothersome as my cable management was almost perfect to being a little sloppy, especially with my CPU cooler. Then not all my panel connectors are also not plugged into the motherboard. Its not hard to fix but could have had everything plugged in and nicely tucked the way it was or close to it. However, they did find my issue and was quick to tell me what it was and for 3 hours of labor, they only charged me for 2. If you have pc issues either similar if not worse, these guys know what to do and have ways to test around, I wouldnt get your hopes up on getting it back in that 1-5 business days deadline but they were super friendly and professional about my pc. Would not mind taking my pc back to them if i have another issue.EDIT:after double checking my panel connectors, my my USB and HD Audio and 1 other 4 pin connector wasnt put back on. with that, im also noticing my exhaust fan is not working as it was. My case door is held by 4 thumb screws and on the back side of the panel there are 2 glass screen protectors that fit on the top and bottom corner of the panel. I am missing one as well.

Ill tell you, I consider myself pretty technology savvy compared to most folks, but these guys are so far ahead of anything Ive ever seen.Good people, good prices. I guess thats why they have been around for so long.

These people are awesome! I took an older laptop in for repair. They initially told me it would be $150.00 and this also when Frys told me it could not be repaired. I picked up the laptop and CompuDirect told me they could only do a temporary repair which might not last very long...it could last a day, a week or a year but they could not guarantee how long and only charged me $75.00. They were honest about the repair and only charged me half price. The laptop lasted six more months!

Took my computer in for a virus removal after visiting a bad site. They got the machine up and running in 5 days. So happy I found a good company.
