All hot topics are relatively the same. Decent music, friendly people. The manager at this store always makes it a point to talk to the customers and make sure you dont need anything. The prices are always high, but they have decent sales and occasional coupons. I was surprised to hear Hawthorne Heights when I was in the other day.

The ladies that were working that day were super helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed shopping there. She had bought her a jumper dress and when she tried it on it was too small. They checked their website and their inventory to see if they had one a size bigger. They didnt but they did give her a refund on it. They held a box back for me until I could come back after checking out some other shops. They have the most awesome stuff and they make these awesome blind boxes that are well worth buying.

Perfect place to go if your emo or a lil bit punky! Used to love this place as a kid, but guess I grew out of it. Lol They do have a great t-shirt collection.

By far, one of my favorite stores.

Staff really not attentive, waited for someone to help with plugs. One stayed all the way up at the entrance and one stayed completely in the back neither helped or came to open the case. We lost interest after 10 mins being the only people I there and me and my husband bought our earrings, new bag and clothes next door at Spencers.

Ok place to grab merch but the girls working was not to helpful. Or even cared they had people in the store. The store needs an overhaul bad out dated.

According to the website if you have breathing problems you dont have to wear a mask. My husband and I tried to enter the store and the staff was rude and we left.I will never go back to Hot topic at Coastal Grand Mall ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there and I will be using Spencers from here on out.

Great store, lots of variety in t-shirts and band merch. The staff is very helpful and kind as well! I found the best Animal Crossing t-shirt here and its my new favorite shirt.

The staff here is lovely, and the items available unique. Personally I love the atmosphere though it may be a little rough for older patrons.

Waited outside due to heavy traffic flow, but the place was clean and the employees were so kind.

This is a store thats filled with something for everyone. From vintage looks and apparel to the newest novelty. From Golden Girls to Anime and rock classics. I wish they had a bigget stock of larger sized t-shirts. They last time we went the XL to XXL were out of stock but hopefully theyll restock soon.

I love this store! But most of all, I love the people. They are super sweet and helpful. I have never had an issue in this store!

Love this store. Makes shopping for my teenager so much easier. Shes found several of her next Christmas list in here for this year. Lots of her favorite characters like Rick and Morty. From earbud cases to pins to even a popsocket. And Jack and Sally items in galore. Definitely a place to go if you have a hard to shop for teenager!

Good variety of products. They have music playing every day. Although the prices are high, they have a large selection. Has many amusing items. Popular for teens and kids. They have a very large section of Funko POP figures and buttons. They have many items based on Marvel, Disney, Anime, and many Movie/TV Show. They have stuff for all people.

Ive been going to this location ever since it opened up in 2004; always had a great experience here ever time I would be here. Yesterday I went here,it was a very pleasant visit, the girl who checked me out was such a sweetheart; everybody who works here is always un great spirit and take their jobs seriously :).

Too expensive

My 12 year olds first time. He is psyched about all the shirts he got. His older sister (27) started shopping at Hot Topic back in the 2000s. The tradition continues.

Could have better products, but always fun to browse. It has a great selection of POPs.

Only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I took my step daughter school shopping there and we got some clearance items some things that were on the rack werent coming up on clearance.When I asked about it I was told someone must have put something back wrong which isnt a big deal it happens but was a little disappointed

Im a weeb and it has great stuff in there. The workers are so nice and helped me find a birthday present for my friend.

The day we went there. only one guy was working and a women was behind the counter. she was a co-worker that was talking to him so he could not do his job. I was standing in line for at least 20-30 mins. he could not find the price of the candy. had to yell at him just to get a price on a shirt cause he was talking to his co-worker keeping him from his job. this is the worst store i have ever went into. he could not answer an questions at all. the shirt in front of the store was a mess. he could not even answer you about the price of anything. a manager needs to go in there and take care of this mess. they need to get people in there that want to do there job and not stand there like a dumb a@@

Awesome t-shirts! Definitely something for everybody in there.

I cant even express how nice this place is, and how nice the staff is! Even though there may not be as much stuff as I hoped in store (like there is in some others), theres still so much to choose from, and I really adore some of the stuff that shows up.

Walkways are to small and supplies were very limited but very nice cashier.

My 14 year old granddaughter loves it.

Young lady worker was great and very helpful.

People who work there are very well trained and friendly it is a favorite store
