We live in Horry County South Carolina and have had the need for service calls a few times over the years. The same employee, Jason, has shown up for each call. He always has been knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and obviously cares about customer satisfaction. The level of customer service he provides is one of the reasons we stay with ADS.

We are with ADS for 3 years and they have been always professional and king on our requests.

ADS called to inform me my control panel needed an upgrade. The technician was very nice but the upgrade didn’t work, so after an hour on the phone with tech support he stated a new control panel would need replacing at no charge. Well after waiting for over a week and didn’t hear anything from ADS I called my local dealer to see what was going on.well only to find out from the service department she had no idea of what I was Talking about and going to contact the technician and get back to me.As I was speaking with her about the problem of needing a new control panel she stated I could be done today 6/25/2020 and she would get me a price on the new panel,Now the call back, she informed me that the panel would be replace and she needed to set up an appointment, the first day available would be 7/7/2020. If I was paying I could have it done today but under warranty I’ll just have to wait. Bad customer service for sure.

Great customer service! We had Doug here for service today with a motion sensor alarm problem. He was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. ADS has been really helpful and attentive.

I am very happy with the professionalism and continued service from ADS. I have had different security systems since 1993. ADS is definitely the most thorough and the best. ADS works fully with your personal needs. They offer state of the art equipment in every product they use. There is no need they cannot cover. They make complete and total coverage affordable to everyone. They also offer advanced equipment to suit unusual security situations. If any company offers security which can’t be breached, with multiple layers of security in place, additionally with quick and easy operation, it is definitely ADS.

The ADS team was a pleasure to work with on our new security system. They provided what they said they would and within their committed time. Very disappointed in their service and work that was provided. We decided to update our security system that we currently had in place. Greg S. put our quote together and came the day of the install. Doug and Lloyd were our two guys that actually did the installation. Needless to say out of my entire 39 years of living no one has ever stolen a thing from our father. These individuals stole $600 from my dad and didn’t think we would find out. We called yesterday and asked since they were the only ones in the garage area and of course we were asked was the envelope white? Of course it was and how would you know? 😡 What a shame!!!! The bait was there and you all secured the bag while securing our home. I do not recommend your company to anyone!!!

ADS has been a wonderful company to deal with! Everything from the start has been tailored to my businesss needs, including working around our schedule for installation and maintenance. Scott made it very easy for me to see why it was important to have a security system in place, and within a few weeks we had an incident that was ONLY able to be resolved because of the system and the image sensors that took a picture of the person entering our property!! They have followed up with everything that they said they would, and frequently check in on me to make sure everything is still satisfactory. I definitely recommend ADS, and of course, if you can get Scott as your representative, even better! =)

We recently converted our monitoring services to ADS from another company. Overall their local service has been great, but I have been most impressed by my account rep, Amanda Lopes. From the beginning she has been super responsive and very pleasant to work with. I just wanted to give her a well deserved shout out. It is because of her that our company is now with ADS.

Great salesmen Amir, he is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all of our options, we have dealt with this company before for a quote a few years back but decided not to use them based on our first meeting with the sales rep. So glad they have upped there standards defiantly thinking of using them in the near future once my current contract is up in the next month !

This review is related to a sales person I was working with (Ronni Botti). I asked him to put together a quote for what I needed. He did so and sent over for my review. Unfortunately I had an emergency arise with a sick child who was in the hospital. Because I had not responded to him in 48 hours he sent a very unprofessional text about the fact that I hadn’t responded. I simply had not had time to review the documents as I had been dealing with medical issues. But I will certainly be looking elsewhere now. In fairness to the company, it seems like what they offer is very good. This was simply a bad sales experience.

Great job and Very Friendly

Had 8:30 appt. showed up at 8:45. Jason installed new flood sensor. Re-named a few sensors do I can actually figure out which sensor is alarming when away from home. My flood sensors (installed after a major flood in attic brought down the whole bedroom ceiling) have been triggered 3 times since installation just over year ago. They are very sensitive so even a small leak will trigger alarm. Now I have a flood sensor wherever a water line exists.Overall happy with service. If you’re looking for peace of mind and your home is vacant for long periods of time, this is not a bad way to go.
