Friendly staff good selection bought two books yesterday retail but I got to have them now instead of waiting and I could come through to make sure I like them no returning it so I still like brick-and-mortar bookstores for that reason

So well laid out and a nice atmosphere. The cashiers pushed a little hard for some magazine thing and really tried to get us to get a card so they are doing their jobs well but a little too pushy about it. Other than that the customer service was great.

Barnes and Noble look out, I found a new favorite book store with Books A Million. The customer service is wonderful as well as the book selections. Plus they have oodles of Harry Potter memorabilia.

I love B-A-M ! ! !I always find what I am looking for.❤📖❤ whether its an audio book, the hardcover edition. or a convenient paperback edition. The prices are good. I can literally spend the whole afternoon in there! ❤📖❤

Helpful people when I was able to find them. Most of the books I was looking for were shown in inventory but were missing on the shelves. We only managed to find some of them on shelves they shouldnt have been placed on. Small non-fiction section, nature, and art sections.

No matter where we go on vacation, one of my sons always wants to go to a Books-A-Million. Always clean, always finds what he wants, always makes plans to return. Weve never found fault with this store. Staff, Coffee, Books, perfect.

The store is large and contains a wide variety of books and magazines. It also has its own cafe, so you can get you a coffee while you browse. I find it very relaxing shopping there.

Staff is always friendly. If they dont have it in stock, they will find it for you!

I went looking for hair styling magazines, and no one sells those kind of magazines anymore. Very frustrating. They have about any other kind of books and magazines that anyone would want.

Missing many subjects now. Looking for hobbies, sewing, woodworking and home improvement books. Couldnt find any. Employee looked then said guess we dont sell them anymore.

Went to find a gift for an elementary student. Found used books and several books with stickers that had peoples names written on them. Guess I didnt realize they allow groups in to read, which is nice, just unexpected. I did find a new book that suited my needs. Just double check before you buy.

This store is dead, has a strong smell when you walk in.

How nice it is to go into an actual bookstore! Amazon has its worth but there is. Ithing like browsing through stacks of new releases, etc. This store is large, very clean, and invites browsing. The only nitpick I had was that it took the single checkout person a while to call for additional help when the line got long. Aside from that....great store.

Books-A-Million...is just that!!..a place to purchase books!!..Even though technology is taking over....its nice to know...that YOU can still PURCHASE a paperback...or hardback book!!..now, yes of course...u can still purchase books over the kindle...but its nothing like having that book...in your hands!!!🤗

As always, Books-A-Million is a fun store to visit and shop. It has sooo much more than just books. With the increase of book and gift stores closing, its nice to know that Books-A-Million is still here.

I love books a million because of their prices, membership discount and coupons. But sadly this specific store never has anything I’m looking for. Multiple times, and honestly almost every time I go in these days, I come out empty handed. And I understand that stuff sells out and they can’t have “EVERYTHING” all the time. But when I go in at least once almost every week....asking if they have a specific book I’m looking for, after looking myself to no avail, and always hearing “No, but I can order it for you.” It can be a bit disappointing. The books I’m usually looking for aren’t hard to find, or uncommon either so there really is no excuse. I’ve started to just go to Barnes and Noble, even though it’s a much farther distance and they tend to be full priced with a not so great discount. At least every time except for once, Barnes and Nobles had the book I wanted. Other than never having anything I’m looking for, the staff is wonderful. They’re always super kind and I appreciate that with this store specifically I don’t have to worry about them coming up to me constantly and asking if I need help. Though it could just be because I’m a regular and they’ve figured out by now that I don’t care to be asked for help. If I need help I’ll come to them. So that’s nice, in my opinion.

Great book store and the prices are a great deal. Its relatively quiet, its very clean, and the store layout is easy to explore. Its amazing to still see genuine brick and mortar boom stores since everything is online these days. I love coming here just to browse, but I typically end up buying a book or two. And its a good place to read and enjoy a cup of coffee. If youre looking for a good book or just to browse, I highly recommend stopping by this book store.

For the first time in a while I had a genuinely fun time at a book store. The people where great, especially enjoyed Jason (I think his name was Jason, could be wrong). They had a great selection of books and some fun stuff too. I highly recommend.

There is a good selection of books and it is neatly organized. I find a lot of good books often. If youre looking for a bigger store, the one near Bass Po Shops has a bigger selection.

I love a good book store. To loose myself in the books for an hour is so peaceful. However this store didnt have a sitting area. They have the cafe but its to loud over there and the two benches by the magazines arent adequate. Secondly this store doesnt price match their own website. The book I wanted was $4 cheaper online. I dislike ordering book off line mostly because I like that instant gratification. Yet this store makes you want to spend your money online and when you go to check out the sales clerk is steadily pushing things down your throat. I had to tell her several times that I am not interested. This store makes you wanna shop on line so you wont have to deal with hassle.

I adore that this place still exists. Tons of selection, plus a healthy plethora of collectibles. Solid vinyl options too, but they dont seem players worth your time. Staff is very friendly and willing to help, and they go out of their way to do so. Clean and well organized and they have an incredible kids section.

Bought a Dean Koontz thriller for cheap. The atmosphere is very calming and chill. They have nice seating area with finger foods and soft drinks. Nice store!👌👍

Purchased a book while browsing with my girlfriend. Besides the store being clean, I just want to say that the woman who checked us out was extremely kind. She offered the usual sign-ups, but it was her smile and friendly behavior that made me appreciate what great customer service should be like.

The staff is always so helpful when Im looking for something specific. I enjoy going in there when I can whether Im just going to browse or going to find a specific book. Its also a great place to sit down and meet for a coffee

Amazing. Had a worker acctually stop and smell candles and talk with me for a fue over how good they smell. It is nice when some one takes a minute just to make you feel like your appreciated in the establishment. Thanks for a fun visit to the book store for a puzzle :)
