Smaller store but still decent selection. Found what we needed fairly easy. Only complaint was having a single cashier and she was far from speedy ringing people out. Got 7 or 8 people in line before some one else decided to come help checkout.

Very typical small Tractor Supply.Clean and well stocked.They have everything you come to expect.This location has trailers for sale as well as for rent. Plenty of Tractor accessories as well.

I needed a 4 wheel dump cart. Looked at several stores in my area but they were out. Finally found what I wanted by looking at the TSC website and saw they had one in Muskogee. So that afternoon, I drove 45 minutes to get it. I didnt find it outside, so I walked through the store. Still didnt find it. So I walked up to the only cashier on duty and asked her. She was standing there eating something. So I had to wait a few seconds so she could swallow whatever it was she was eating (pretty sure they get breaks to eat..right?). I asked her where the dump carts were and she said outside. I told her the one I wanted was not out there. So after taking another bite, she asked some guy walking by if they had any dump carts and he said all they had were outside. I told him the website said this store had them in stock ready for pickup today. He said You cant go by what is on the website, its always wrong. I asked if he could check in back. He talked into his lapel mic and instantly said He said we dont have any It was painfully obvious neither of them wanted to be bothered. So I left and went up to Orschelns and bought a cart from them. They were very friendly and helpful there. Its stores like this Muskogee TSC that give TSC a bad reputation with customers. Just for the heck of it, when I got home, I checked their website again. Yep, still showing available!

No one greeted like they normally do. No 12% all stock on the floor. Had my other items on my cart. Went up front cashier just went to scan my things. Didn’t say anything. I said I am looking for 12% all stock, not sweet. Then cashier calls the back and I heard her ask for sweet feed. I asked if she said sweet feed they said no. What was brought up front was sweet feed. I said no to the lady holding it that I need regular all stock. They didn’t have it and brought something else up. Cashier didn’t know hat they where doing. They need more training.

These guys are awesome. I got there right at closing and they let me run in and buy some dog food before they locked up. Even more impressive they ran to back to see if they had a bigger bag of the food i wanted to get. Great customer service!!!

I will not be back to this store after my last trip. We needed feed, the feed we needed wasnt on the the shelf, so my wife went to ask an employee if they could check in the back, while I continued shopping. She come back and said the lady wouldnt look and was rude about it. So i put everything back that I had and we left. As we were walking out we witnessed another altercation between a customer and the same lady, who said she was a manager. I wish now we wouldve gotten a name. This happened around 7 p.m. 2-28-20. Manager or not bad customer service cost this store at least 1 sale that night and my business for quite awhile.

All ways clean and staff is always very helpful and pleasant. I always enjoy going there.

My first time ever shopping in a Tractor Supply Company, excellent customer care started the minute I walked in the door. Actually the cashier ask me what I was looking for and directed me where to go and I heard over the intercom him paging someone to help me before I even got there. I have not scene such great customer service since the last time I was in a high-end department store where they work on commission.

I drive truck for a living and delivered to tractor supply all over the USA from Montana to Oklahoma and i also shop at the stores when available. Believe me these folks are some of the nicest ive ever meet, no matter where ive been. Their courteous and helpful. They need more stores.

I purchased a riding mower here and the service was great. They didnt have it in stock. So they ordered one for me. Came back the next week, and they have the mower assembled and enough gas to get it on the trailer. They took care of the warrenty for me explained everything. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended this place love it here.

The WORST customer service experience I’ve had. I spent 45 minutes longer in the store than I needed to because the employees were simply not doing their job. I asked for assistance to get an item from a containment unit, and the lady said we’ll get someone over there shortly. 10 minutes later, I went and asked again. Yet ANOTHER 10 minutes went by, and I finally went to the cash registers where the same lady who was going to help was having a casual conversation with another employee. I again asked for help, to which she stated “yea, I was still coming to help.” It didn’t end there. Upon getting back to the cash register, the checkout employee couldn’t conduct her transactions without having a personal conversation with every customer. It was so bad that when I finally got to her, she continued to speak to the woman who checked out in front of me, talking about her dogs and everything under sun. NEVER going back to this store again.

They always have the right product and can usually help find what I need the first time. I used to enjoy going there. I went in trying to find a collar and leash for my new puppy. My husband was with us, puppy in a cart because duh no collar yet. The employees and manager followed us around acting like we were stealing, thats rude as heck. All we were doing is trying on collars and trying to find the right leash that matched it. We looked at treats and dog food as well. As soon as we realized at least 4 employees including the manager following us, we put it all back and left. They will not be getting my business ever again. You dont treat customers that way.

So little stock, have to go to a different store every time to get the quantity of stuff I needed. Otherwise good store

A good place for overpriced, but neat gifts. Not a fan of their practice regarding trying on shoes. They tag each boot with the anti theft device, and to be able to try one on, you must take it to the register, wait for someone to remove the device (takes at least 15 minutes each time), and you have to do that with every boot. If theyre that concerned about theft, maybe hiring another person to work that area would be the best way to go. My husband got so frustrated that we went elsewhere to buy his boots.

Emily helped us with vaccinations and wormer for our puppy. She did an excellent job and knew all that we needed to know! Id recommend tractor supply for all your pet needs! Excellent service from the cashiers as well who set us up on the rewards program.

Good small general store. Usually good medium quality products mixed with some higher end stuff. Bought a toy that ended up being a very low quality toy. Packaged well and gave the appearance of something else. Who would have thought otherwise. The kid wont care he will still love it and play with it til it dies. Not holding anything against the store and their normal products. One mediocre item out of many good. No biggy, thought Id share a quick thought.

After 3 visits to the Muskogee, OK store to get Puppy Pads, that they never seem to have in stock. I decided to order some on a Raincheck. I got a call from them telling me they had came in, before I got there to pick them up, they sold them to someone else. I was promised the next shipment would be held for me, after almost 2 weeks, Im still waiting. I buy all of my dog food from Tractor Supply so I like to get pads there also, but that may change if they dont get together.

Don’t use their curbside pickup, they can’t fulfill them, don’t even know how to find them, most everything I ordered said it was in stock but wasn’t, then when they have the stock they don’t notify you like they say they will. A big mess

In stocks are a joke. Need to learn how to do counts or order. Im done driving over here to find what I need out of stock over and over again. When you ask about it the staff is clueless. The people are friendly but none seem to care about the company so that alone tells you what TSC must really be like.

They put stuff in bins that say they are on sale. You get to the check stand cashier says its not. Then calls a stock boy and has him go pull the 20 other ones out of the bin that are just like the one you picked.
