It would be 5 stars but unfortunately everytime I go there 3 people will be in line and it takes 20 minutes for the cashiers to ring them up for some reason that I have yet to discern. Great selection and prices, but they need to speed up the checkout process. I have never been able to just run in and run out of this place.

Nice store. Clean and pretty easy to find stuff. Both cashiers had lines. When it was finally our turn the female cashier said the other cashier would help us so she could go smoke a cigarette. So we got to wait again.

Love it alit of tools to choose from. The price is cheaper than other stores. I definitely will buy some Christmas gifts there!!

A regular Harbor Freight store. Maybe a bit on the smaller side. Clean enough and save. No mask required unlike in Tulsa. Sometimes out of things, so check online for availability first if you know what you want already. No way I could give reviews on all Ive bought here, some good and some not so good breaking even during the first use, but there are decimating good products here to be had, and Im very impressed with their new amorphous solar panels which can charge even on a cloudy day unlike mono or polycystaline panel. Amorphous are bigger, but Ill deal with that too get some charge even in the shade. I bought 2 kits and a 2 7 watt panels. Im very pleased.

Ive been in this store several times. They have always gone the 2nd mile to Insure my needs were met and If they were out of stock searched for other H-Fs that had what I needed. Good place to shop.

They have all sorts of tools and step ladders wasnt very busy aisles are nice wide plenty of room to move around in...

This store never has what they say they have, online. The counts are wayyyy off. The employees do not know how to fix it.HF prices have skyrocketed and the quality, somehow, has went down. Wal Mart is competing, and winning, with HyperTough and Hart tools.

Just went to grab a quick item, only one checker working. Plenty of employees in office chatting though.

The store was set up nicely so I was able to find the areas of the things I was shopping for very easily. However, two of my four items were sold out. I had a heck of a time finding someone that worked there that could assist me. Though when I did finally get help, the salesman was extremely helpful, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable of the store and products. I would give them another chance.

20% off coupons are no more along with free items😒. Staff is great but I do not like how the computers cannot automatically give you member pricing when you pay $30 a year for it. I have left store numerous times overpaying when I thought I was getting a discount each and every member price must be looked up and checked which makes for long lines on busy days. The problem is at a corporate level, not a store level. Again all the staff in Muskogee is Awesome and very helpful!

Fun Place...It has most every tool I could ever hope to need.. The staff is not the quickest in the world but they were very thorough and made no mistakes.. The cashier was extremely helpful getting coupons for most of the items we had. Very good at getting us discounts and saving us money....

FRIENDLY and helpful staff, good discounts on tools. Employees had covid masks on but not all customers had masks on.

Have some coupons that I found online but they cashier give us the price that they have in the store. I ask him if the price change from state and said no but give us any way the price that they have that was 5 more that the coupon that we have. I buy with no problem in Orlando, Florida so next time Im to buy online because I live in Puerto Rico. The employee of the floor helped with some questions that we have in the solar system.

I love this store! I drive a little farther to shop there. The staff is outstanding! I just spent over $800 dollars there today. The clerk that checked my purchase out went beyond the call of duty to find me as many discounts possible. I will be shopping there again soon.

Always a fun place to look at tools. I did go in to get a pair of work gloves they had the pair I wanted. With enough stock to get more than one pair. Only problem was found a coupon after the fact. Guess I will go and get more.

They are great place to buy tools except on one of the big items I am still trying to get but none seem to have them in stock except few stores in tulsa. But dont feel like driving. But great service and great deals on tools you should join the club.

Good place for general purpose tools. Inexpensive enough that if they break, you wont break the bank.

Great little tool store. Not the highest quality of tools. Most cashiers are not that great. Never met an employee there who seemed to truly enjoy their job, have an Im just here too draw a paycheck attitude.

When isnt a Harbor Freight useful? This place has good value, good people, and I havent had anyone try to upsell me on anything as yet. I cannot tell you how refreshing that is. Its a good place to go get what you need.

I walked inside looking for an air conditioner. There were two kinds and these are expensive so I had questions ...the gentleman there didnt seem to think I was serious about the purchase or at least thats certainly how I felt and about an hour later a different business in town got my five hundred and some-odd dollars.

This place can get your tool box up to date or power the house. They have the stuff you need to get those projects done

We live on an off grid homestead and depend on harbor freight for a lot of basic tools at good prices. Once a month we travel 90 miles so I can visit a specialist and always include a visit to harbor freight. I wish that they would build a store in McAlester Oklahoma which would cut the trip in half.

Best place to buy paint and body supplies. HVLP guns shoot as good as a professional gun, then you throw ot away bc it only cost you 15 bucks.
