Truck wouldnt start one cold Sept. morn. They were called thru the company breakdown service and came out fairly quickly. The technician was really cute & friendly but his name now escapes me as it was almost 2 months ago. Anyhoo he got me jump started and told me I possibly had a bad battery or batteries. I passed that on to the company shop techs and I wish they had of listened but instead they replaced my starter. The following week I needed a jump start again. Took a different company an hr to get my battery charged enough to crank. Took it back to the company shop and it turns out I needed new batteries (just like Smiths tech said I did). So awesome mobile repair tech for helping me and being knowledgeable!!

Honest shop. We had a truck towed and repaired here. The bill was around the target our own shop priced it at. Id recommend going here if you need your truck repaired or even call their mobile service. If you need a tow, they have their own tow trucks. We had a drive shaft replaced which took two days mainly due to the parts not delivering until the second day. Overall good experience and fair pricing.

I got stranded here while transporting a truck to Missouri from Texas. Ryan was very accommodating letting us store the truck at his place.When it came time to fixing the truck we gave a deposit for the repairs. After the repair was completed they actually refunded us money because there was a lot less wrong with the truck than originally anticipated.They couldve taken advantage of us but didnt. This is an honest, ethical shop.I was able to complete the drive in the repaired truck back to Missouri without incident.Thanks!

Amazing service! They came out to my truck on July 4th and had me repaired and on my way. It took them less than 2 hours from first call to tires rolling. Impressive when most service companies arent even at your truck in 2 hours on a non holiday! A++, two thumbs way up.

My employer has sent me here numerous times for repairs on trailers and on my tractor, and each time they have been nice, respectful and quick. I wish more shops were like the men, and woman, here at Smith Diesel.

My gdsons car got impounded. You have to take proof of identity and ownership to get your things out for two days it cost $182 about ..still trying to get the money for that.

First and last experience with this place ! Road service tech named bill is a hot head. I felt as if at any given time it wasnt a safe place to be. Im not accustomed to rude behavior from the help. lowest rating is because of the fact I was made to feel unsafe at this business .

They just closed at noon, I arrived about 2pm. I called and they came promptly and replaced a steer tire.

When called in and spoke to the manager, very rude and told he didnt have a receipt for parts because he knew they didnt pay $1,104. THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED ITS A TOTAL RIPOFF. OVERPRICED/RUDE/NO EXPLANATION FOR BILL

I use this place often and will again. If Terry is there, I never seem to have a problem. If hes not, bad communication between the crew. Work is always top quality, just sometimes the customer service isnt what it could be. Lori is always on top of things.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Zero stars. There is a lack of communication and knowledge on certain procedures. They quoted our towing fee WRONG by $50. Then, they told us WRONG information about methods of payment. When I addressed the so called manager, which he shouldnt be because he lacks customer service skills, he kept cutting me off when I was talking. He did not apologize. He did not fix the price. All he accomplished was being rude, cutting me off, oh, and acknowledge his tech gave us the wrong information but it wasnt his fault because well hes the tech. Excuse me? So that justifies all the misinformation given. I had to pay this horrible company $2,500. What a shame. AVOID COMING HERE. They only get away with this kind of awful behavior because people have emergencies i.e truck breaking down on the side of the road. Hopefully, my truck is fixed properly.

Call Loves in Weber Falls!!!! Smith Diesel will leave you stranded and wont bother to call you. Waited for over 3 hrs on the side of the highway. No calls, No updates. When they finally answered their phone they gave me all kinds of BS excuses. ZERO STARS Terrible Service!
