I was visiting from out of state when my car broke down. Ricky helped me and when all the other repair shops told me they couldnt get to it until next week, he stepped up and said he could get it done within the next day. So I was back on the road home with only a day delay. We also suspected it was the alternator but he was able to determine that it was just a bad wire. He couldve charged me for a lot more but was able to just replace the bad wire and it only cost a fraction of the price! Great service and trustworthy - definitely would recommend.

My mom paid them to do a tune up on her truck. Her truck ran a little rough before it got there but after the having it a full work day they tell her it’s ready. When her son got there to pick it up it barely made it around the corner before it died. D&R was supposed to pick it up from her house today 1/6/21 and failed to show up. My mom has made several attempts to contact and was told they would call her back within the hour and never did. Mind you she is 80 years old and has already paid and they refused to give a receipt.

Had to keep taking my car back and paying more money because they never fixed the original problem. First time I didnt have it back 3 days before it broke down, this time I made it 1/4 of a mile before the engine light came on and now I found out the motor is blown because they didnt refill the oil!!

They were really disrespectful over the phone. I cant imagine what would happen if i went in to that place.
