Great service! This family business made sure my wife and I were happy with our experience. Several things popped up unexpectedly after our accident and they, without hesitation, repaired all our issues. They kept in constant communication throughout the process. If I ever need a body shop again they will be the business I go to.

They went above and beyond. They helped me when I needed work done to my car and was scheduled to move to a different state. They also helped me by giving me a ride to the car rental when my insurance dropped the ball. I can’t recommend them enough! Very polite and professional. My car was involved in a car accident causing damage to my car. After going through all the insurance channels I was referred to Port City Body Shop for my repairs. As stressful as it was dealing with everything involved with a car accident Port City and my Insurance Farmers Insurance Company made my experience as easy as possible. Hands down the best shop I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. When I came to them with my car, I was having problems renting a car due to the other drivers insurance company. They said no problem & put my rental on their account. They were very helpful & kept me updated every step of the way. When I got my car back it was better than new. I live in Missouri & if I were to get into another accident I would be tempted to have my car towed all the way to Oklahoma, just to get my car repaired by them again. Thank you Port City for being so friendly & helpful throughout this process. Top notch service, best of the best.

I would give zero stars if possible. This place is very dishonest and does not care about its customers. They were lied to about a wreck that involved my car and told the person responsible foe rhe damage wrong info because they did not get the whole story. I would never recommend this place to a soul .Dont trust them. They are liars and cheats.
