Great group of people to do business with! Every employee I spoke to had a friendly & positive attitude. Travis came out and spoke to me like Ive known him for years & didnt treat me like I was customer #16 your car is ready. Body & paint work looked great & he told me if I have any issues, to come back and theyll take care of it. A++

They were very well-mannered and I had a very very quick wait time if any at all. There was nothing but smiles from every employee.

Communication is a must... didnt know what was going on with my vehicle half the time...Had my car waaay to long.. Went in for collision to the passenger side. Had to come out of pocket due to an issue found after the release of my vehicle. Insurance company would have taken care of the bill, but I wouldve had to make another claim on my insurance.Why should I do that? Travis and his team shouldve did a complete inspection before releasing my car. Had every excuse in the book why stuff wasnt done.(3 Rivers already had my car for 2 months) Ive shouldve never had to come out of pocket for anything other than my deductible. Will never recommend this place to anyone..

We were on a business trip from Utah and our rental cars front bumper had come loose. I was at a gas station inspecting it when the owner of this company approached me and let me know that he had a shop not too far away and that they could put the bumper back in place at no charge. We were in and out in less than 20 min and the staff was really friendly.

See Travis, a real gentleman, and staff. He leads my example, i.e. kind, cordial, accommodating, patient, helpful, willing to explain processes. A great place for collision repair.

Always have an answer and quotes have always been competitive (even told me how to save money if reasonable)

My metallic Ford hybrid door was hit and Three Rivers made it look new! We had them detail it also and I was amazed at the scratches they were able to take out. The Econoline is going next week! Great work!!
