I am so impressed with the print service at this Staples! Very efficient, fast service and a finished product even better than I expected. Friendly, helpful staff makes the whole experience really pleasant.

The management definitely acts his wage of $10.50 an hour. Not delightful in the least. Old grump. Leave customer service please

This Staples have a good variety of office supplies and electronics. However the prices are not always competitive and you have to verify your getting a descent price. But the local businesses of a long time ago, this is not.

Their print center is awful. The customer service is equally as awful. Paid express for 6 menus, they weren’t ready until 3 hours past the promised time, that’s okay. Pick them up & get home to realize they are crooked. Called Staples to get them re-printed & that we needed them tonight. Call again to check on the re-prints, and they said they have been busy so they didn’t “get around to it” & already shut their printers off so they can’t do anything about it. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with them, but it will be the last for sure.

Web site states they are open until 9:00 pm. Locked up at 8:00. You would think a company like this could have a proper web site. Very disappointing.

I want to say Beverly, Copy & Print Supervisor is an asset to the company. She went out of her way to help me print out a very important document. I had no idea what I was doing. She took extra time to explain everything to me. I want to thank her for her patience and kind attitude.

I went there to purchase HP cartridges, and the price was $97.00 for (2). Warning I got ripped off. The same cartridges on Amazon was$49.00 dollars. Wonder why we dont buy local, thats a shameThey wont Rob me twice.

They don’t want to be bothered. You walk in and no one greets you, you have to walk around for help. Apparently, they didn’t feel like working

It should be a four-and-a-half but I decided to go ahead and round up and give them the solid 5 Stars.this is mainly because while some (and I reiterate some) of their products in the store seemed to be overpriced, the customer service, and the services they offer in the store are actually very quite reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend for SOME items but not large ticket items. Again, the services, and the customer service is the real draw for me.

The workers in the Copy and Print center was literally no help! It seems as if that’s not the original department of those workers. They spent more time talking amongst themselves and trying to get us out the way to help the long line of people behind us.

I have ordered same day printing from Staples many times, at various locations. I ordered Holiday cards at 11pm and around 9am next day I received a call to confirm my order and to make sure everything was set up correctly. Excellent customer service!

For chains like Staples, you know pretty much what to expect. It is local management and staff that make the difference. The crew at this location on Sherman Blvd is exceptional. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shelves are generally tidy and kept well stocked. Tech staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Staples has been at this location for many years, contributing to the health and stability of this shopping center.

There was this nice girl allison that worked there that was extremely helpful for me today. She gets an a plus in customer satisfaction. She definately deserves praise from her employers. She is a positive addition to staples. If I was her employer Id give her a pay raise. If there was an award to give out for employee of the month my hat would go off to her for certain. The mark of this store is their friendly staff and helpful attitude. In my small business, I still rely on paper and printers to get the job done, so im here about once a month re-stocking toners, supplies, etc.

Staples prices are way too expensive! I bought a set of 4 permanent markers 2 gold and 2 silver. The permanent markers cost $6.21! Ridiculous! I will not be going there again... I am a college student and Im on a tight budget. Too expensive!

Easy access and friendly staff. I was able to get in and out fast.

Why sell the protection warranty through square trade if neither STAPLES nor SQUARE TRADE want to deal with my product not working. Falls under the warranty time frame that they sold to me and yet will have nothing to do with the issue. Call VTECH is all both of them say, a huge thanks for nothing from me!!

Every time I think I should go to this store I leave disappointed and upset. Worst customer service Ive ever received; My first terrible experience was about two weeks ago when I had to wait for the cashier to get off her phone to pay for my items, then when asked, she knew very little about promotions thatd been advertised, and I thought ya know, I can get over that, bad day, whatever it might have been but after my experience today with Beverly at the print/copy station I am surprised they are even getting enough business to keep the lights on. That woman had the audacity to make a rude remark toward my family, and when I asked her what it was she said, she said she was talking about the stores printer but surely didnt repeat what it was she said. I cannot believe they allow the employees to represent the store with such behaviors as those Ive witnessed, good luck to anyone hoping to have a pleasant experience in this store.

$16.00 for just 10 copies and charged an express fee of $3.95 to just be helpful.

I have not had the bad experience some report. Has always been between good and great. Particularly the print dept.

Took my computer for repair. Incompetence is the tech staff. They messed up my computer and bent where the keyboard is. Then they couldnt even call to tell me it was ready, as in we didnt even rework it for you. Only one person to work on computers, the others dont know how. That one person.... knowing how to turn on a computer does not make you an expert. And top it off they didnt even offer a refund or partial. They stuck to the Oh you took a chance, we are not responsible policy.

Great manager helped NWTF with sportsman for youth event making targets great store great people.

Everytime I go into this store I cannot seem to get help from any workers. I think I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I was treated as through I was an inconvenience to the sales person. Did not seem to know product. When asked about a computer all he did was read the card I can do that. Instead of volunteering to see if system I was instreaded in was in stock had to ask him to look.

Helpful staff. Would go there more often if store is not out of the way for me.

Stay away from this location!!!! I went in to have some resume packet materials bound. I was told by the person working at the copy and print center that you never, ever, bind resume/ portfolio materials...EVER. I asked her why and she told me that Staples corporate has directed them to tell everyone that. I told her I still wanted them bound and also told her that Id like the glue binding, with a clear front cover and black backing. She told me that Staples no longer does this type of binding as they lost money on it. I left the store.After returning to my car, I called the Staples store in Grand Haven and they told me that, yes, they still do this type of binding and could have it done for me in about 15 minutes. I drove down and they had it done in 10 minutes. I told one of the associates in that location of what had happened to me in Muskegon and she said, yeah, we hear a lot of crazy things about the Muskegon store and we get a lot of business from the people they turn away.tl; dr: the Muskegon store lied to me and the Grand Haven location is much better. I will be taking my business there from now on.
