If the original prices are what they said when reducing prices I can see why they went out of business. But, let me say it again, but the reduced prices are incredible. The staff was willing to do everything they could to meet our price range. Very good selection still available for as long as they have been trying to liquidate. Well worth the drive and looksee.
Bought multiple pieces of furniture and a rug, delivery has been cancelled 3 times now. The first time, which was the date we were told at time of purchase items would be delivered, no one called or even let us know that are furniture wasnt coming that day. I had taken a vacation day from work to be home for the delivery and moved and cleaned the entire house for everything that was supposed to be coming. Then when it got past 4pm and I heard nothing and no one had showed to deliver I called and spent over an hour and a half on hold waiting for customer care only for them to not call me back until the next day. When I called the store they said they could not help at all with delivery not showing up. Told me all but one item at time of purchase was in stock, now after a 3rd cancelled delivery they told me 3 of my items are out of stock with no idea when they will be in stock and able to ship. Asked if I wanted floor models instead but did not offer any kind of discount or warranty. still have no time frame of when I might actually get the items I purchased. It has just been a terrible experience so far, I would not recommend anyone go here to buy anything.So just to update I have emailed my order to the email given below and contacted customer care multiple times and have had no response. Yesterday I got an automated call and text saying my furniture was now going to be delivered this Saturday (over a month later) and today I got another call from customer service saying it wasnt coming again. So I repeat, buy your furniture somewhere else unless you like disappointment.
My experience at Love’s was excellent! Everyone in the store was very pleasant, the selections were pleasing, and I found a few things that I just had to have! No one rushed me or followed me around, but were always available to help me. Connie Martin was wonderful; she was efficient, and made me feel like family! I will certainly return to this store again and have no doubt I will be pleased! ( This was the Muskegon, Michigan location )
The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses we looked at and purchased. The prices were great and he went way over and above to expedite delivery.The furniture there is beautiful with great variety for all tastes. So glad to have a furniture store back in that location.
Great staff. Ms. Jacqueline was phenomenal for being a new saleswoman. The manager, Ms. Margaret, went above and beyond during our purchase to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a great price.
My husband and I ordered a sectional couch a month ago. We were told it was in stock and would be ready on December 17. We got a call that one piece was in and that we could come get it. Um, no how would the section the size of a loveseat be helpful. We were told the other piece would be in the next shipment. When you call customer service, no one ever answers or calls back. I hit number 3 and got someone to answer but every time it was answered by a disgruntled and rude employee. We were told multiple times, “It will be in the next shipment.” I finally spoke with the manager after someone used the term, “out of stock”. She assured me it was in stock, asked if we’d be willing to pick it up at the Alpine store and promised me a call back in two days. Of course, no call. My husband and I finally went in yesterday to see what in the world was going on. The same manager admitted that it was a mess and said she was unsure if or when it would be in stock. We were told that MANY others were in the same position and to check back in 2 weeks... the reason we picked Loves is because we were told, at the point of sale, that they were the only store around that had furniture in stock and ready. Multiple other furniture stores have a 4-6 month wait period. Well, now we are a month behind that wait. This was a complete joke and waste of time and energy.
Connie was wonderful to work with! It was a pleasant surprise to find out they werent back ordered for months like the other furniture stores. Of course, Ill have to see if my order really does arrive in a few weeks!
Purchased new furniture for 3 rooms. We had a dresser we bought for 800 wasnt the right color so they picked it up and never gave me my refund and have filled for bankruptcy this is the only review i have ever done. Beware!!
Lynn helped us out. Very patient with us answering all of our questions. She got us a great deal on a bed and helped get us financing. When we need furniture we will be talking to her again.Thank you again Lynn. God bless

Worst experience ever ordered the week before Thanksgiving it was suppose to come in for us to pick up that Wednesday didnt come in. Was suppose to be hear on the 9th of December I called only to find out that it wasnt coming in to Monday. Called to see had it came in unfortunately only two pieces came not sure if the rest would be in this Wednesday or next Wednesday. Very poor communication. As of today now I call to see if it came in no furniture. It will be delivered on the 29th of December didnt ask for it to be delivered that was the whole purpose of us requesting to pick it up so it wouldnt be a delay. So now I have to spend my holiday with no furniture because I emptied out the house thinking I would get new furniture but unfortunately thats not happening. We already did Thanksgiving without now Christmas and probably new years. Thanks a lot Loves Furniture you guys really suck. We asked before purchasing would this be one of those situations that we would have to wait until after the new year we assured that we would not have to wait. But looks like thats what going to be happening. I would never purchase from them ever again.
The worst customer service. I placed an order in October and have been more than understanding regarding delayed delivery secondary to Covid. However, when the furniture was delivered a piece was broken. They took that piece back because the people who made the delivery were beyond helpful and kind! Now my delivery date keeps changing online so I keep taking days off work with no delivery. So I have called the customer service number multiple times with NO answer and NO call back! I then resorted to the store location who told me they cannot help me because it was an online order 😡. Beyond frustrated and just wish I could talk to someone about what is going on with my order!!!

First experience with Loves. Received order quickly even during Covid. . We picked up a recliner. They removed packing and loaded in car. Friendly staff. Katrina was a very helpful saleswomen. I recommend Love furniture store in Muskegon.

This place is just sad! There is nothing there to buy or to look at. No inventory. And even those few pieces that are present, are way overpriced and way outdated styles. Really sad....
