This is basically the only store in Muskegon (and surrounding towns) that carries women’s safety toe boots. The salespeople were really nice and did their best, but the boot selection wasn’t great in my size and they don’t carry women’s work pants. So my trip was a bust but it wasn’t necessarily their fault. It might be worth carrying more styles of women’s work boots, there were two other women in looking for boots at the same time as I was (also without luck) so there’s a need.

NEVER!!! I’m never shopping at this store again.!!!I went in to buy some insulated pants for my husband. Luckily found some on for clearance section way in the back, 50% off, supposedly. Was priced at $70.99, without the discount.So I head to checkout and I see the same jeans for $58.99, and with a 25% discount.They had scribbled over the price on the jeans I found in the clearance section and put a new price tag on top, with the higher price. It was pretty obvious.I asked the lady at the register and she couldn’t explain why.I ended up buying them, because we really needed them, but don’t false advertise your customers that way.We loved all of the different products in this store, but this was our first and last time shopping here

I looked online to see where I could find new work boots. When I saw the website, it looked like they sold mostly mens products. When I got there, I was happy to find a great selection of both womens and mens boots and a helpful salesperson who led me to the clearance section. I got a great pair of boots for 70% off! Definitely glad I checked them out!

Pretty good selection of any safety apparel you may be looking for. Prices are competitive with other retailers and in most cases lower. The pair of pants I was looking for was cheaper online through the manufacturer website, however, there was no shipping or waiting by purchasing at the store. Friendly staff and pretty knowledgeable. They carry work boots, scrubs, Carhartt apparel, gloves, and most safety stuff you would expect.

Huge selection! They didnt have my size in house, they called over to the other store and had them sent over the next day.

Last year I changed careers and got into welding and pipefitting. I went to Safety Supply and was helped by Kristin V. She was courteous and knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed. I picked up safety shirts, outerwear and special ordered some Red Wings. The first pair didnt fit the way we thought the would but she immediately reordered the right size and exchanged them when they came in. Exceptional customer service. Safety Supply is my go-to for work gear. Thank you!

Never will i ever go back to this store ..i had bought some 3m ear buds that maybe used for 2hrs at work u cant even tell they were used didnt like them because i can hardly hear anything still have the original packaging ..called and wont return them and now im out $50 bucks ..i suggest going online when purchasing anything safety related better deals and better customer service then there place ...

I would give this place 0 stars if it was available. I ordered 3 items on December 8th, more than enough time to get everything by Christmas according to the website. Didnt get an email saying everything had shipped until the 13th. I receive a package on the 16th with only 1 of the 3 items I ordered so I call and ask why the rest of my stuff isnt in the same package. Im told that they have the same tracking number but are in different packages...ummm thats not how this works but I decide to wait and see if anything arrives over the weekend. On Monday the 19th still nothing, so I call. I talk to a woman who says she will call back and let me know what is going on. Instead of the call I requested I get an email saying:The other two items are shipping from a different warehouse. I apologize for any confusion and for the delay. They do not have a tracking number as of yet, but said they should in the next day or so and we will email that to you.Never heard a thing from anyone about an update so I contact them AGAIN and get this:we were informed that the Gravel B01 is on backorder until January 23rd. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. I know youve had an issue with delays on your order. They do have black in stock if you would like to change the color? We can also upgrade your shipping to 2nd Day Air for the trouble.First of all are you kidding me? You waited 15 days and for me to follow up to let me know one of my items was back ordered until January 23rd?!?! Second of all I still havent received my other item that was supposedly shipped 2nd Day Air which was now 12 days ago.DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!Reporting to BBB, put this place out of business!
