I love coming here. The location is convenient. The owner is always nice to me. No complaints.

You get what you give I think she is very blunt it’s her business so if she wants to be rude she can just stop coming to her store .. I have been there plenty but she definitely can have her moments but she is very nice and out going she helps you with what you need she is very honest she is amazing to me ... she sells a variety of things not just certain stuff.. the store is great just go in there knowing what you lookin for...

Always helpful and funny. Not any issues getting things that are needed. A smaller location so sometimes not all things needed are found.

I see a lot of mixed reviews about this place .. but I’m sure the folks that have something negative to say weren’t the kindest to this woman... I have never had an issue with her or her service.. working in customer service myself folks think they can treat the worker any type of way and we’re just supposed to be ok with it... she’s the owner.. don’t like her then don’t shop.. just that simple .

Went to buy something at the hair store, the owner keep walking away. Everytime I asked her for help.she would walk back to the front.Never will I ever return to that store again. To the owner you really need to take a course on customer service. You feel that just because you have merchandise that people need,that you can treat people any way you want to. But remember what goes around comes back around

My wife goes to this Hair supply store because it is fairly close to home, can find what she needs at a good price, and staff is quite friendly

I am giving 1 star because there is NOT an option for zero! I stopped in this store to purchase something quickly for my daughter. I called my daughter to confirm product with the owner standing there..I told my daughter that if it isn’t correct you can exchange it. The lady at the counter quickly said no and when I asked why it could be exchanged, IF unopened and IF unused and WITH receipt ...she proceeded to tell me that she can do whatever she wants. Now, while I don’t like what she said, that wasn’t the issue and is within her right as the assumed owner, BUT it was her tone! I told her that she was being very rude and that she simply could tell me her policy..she then said, yep that’s me I’m rude and you don’t have to by it. This is when I had a problem...SO, I did not purchase the item and proceeded to write a review. Upon looking SUN Beauty, seems as though many have had this kind of experience. I work hard for my money and will not spend it any place that is rude, disrespectful and doesn’t value their customers! I will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone else!

Very rude attitude, talks really nasty to her customers. I’m sure you’ll find majority of what you need but go somewhere else simply because she doesn’t deserve you as a customer. This store should be shut down due to personally experiences, stories told and being an eye witness the way customers are treated is unacceptable.

I have never been here before today. It will be my last. The lady threatened to beat my kid with a stick, and even showed my toddler the broom stick for running in the store. Joking or not, very unprofessional not to mention rude to say that to a toddler.

Never have I experienced the level of disrespect that I experienced this evening! No longer will I consider myself a customer/supporter of this establishment...nor will I support ignorance at its finest! Do yourself and the community a favor and shop elsewhere! Good luck keeping the lights on and doors open when you blatantly disrespect customers in such a way.

Very rude and impolite to Customers! She is open seven days a week because she understands supply and demand, that is the only reason she is in business. People should wise up and not go to her either way! We shouldn’t be spending our money with people treat us so poorly!!

Its a horrible beauty supply altogether. The owner is mean and obnoxiously rude. She speaks and treats customers very poorly. The Bad Business Bureau will definitely be notified.

Anytime you go in this store you could never feel comfortable she has a very smart mouth and does not know how to interact with customers she dont mind arguing with customers which is not a good thing

The owner is very rude. I was in the store the other day and another patron came in. The owner yelled really loud and aggressively What do you want to the other patron. The customer told her that she came to purchase hair and hair products but that if the owner continued to talk to her in that manner, that she would leave. I dont know how this woman stays in business because she is very rude to her customers.
