I bought a purse and tried to return it the next day cause I found a better one on Amazon and all my tags was attached so they can tell it hadnt been used she told me no refunds all sales final and pointed to a small sign on the door as you go out I think the sign should be posted before entering the store and at check out so we can see not after you pay

I asked to oriental lady with the long hair to reach the large afro puff but when i got to the front she handed me the bag with a small puff for a child walked out the store when i realized i had the wrong one she told the black girl she wouldnt exchange it or let my get credit for a longer one cause she said it was wearableWhat in the store isnt wearableI left and left the puff there with herPromise you GOD has thisThe receipt showed just minutes of me walking out

Prices could be more affordable, and customer service a lot better they also need to update their hair inventory to at least 2016 to keep up with whats in now instead of selling hair from 25 years ago.
