Very unique store. Found exactly what I was looking for my business.

I am completely disgusted with Bed Bath & Beyond. I have been a premium member for years because I like their stuff, but they really have a bit of a scam with their Bridal Registry. My son and his fiance registered at BBB and only one other place. My sister purchased two zero gravity lawn chairs for a wedding gift and had them shipped directly to their home. Well, despite getting a notice with the date shipped, the chairs never arrived. My sister called and was told that the chairs were out of stock, and that they credited their account for the amount of money that was spent. The company NEVER notified either my sister or the registrants that this is what they did. My son called, and they finally told him. When they looked closer at their account, they found that several other gifts ended up in the same boat. Even though it looks like the merchandise is in stock, it isnt! If this happened with only one item, I probably wouldnt have written a bad review. Since it has happened with 4-5 items, I think it is purposeful. They take the order and then they credit the account when they dont have the merchandise. I think this is dishonest. I told my son to demand a cash refund. If you are going to do a registry with this company, you might want to think twice. What is happening is ridiculous and very poor customer service.

A solid example of the chain. Good parking and located near many other convenient shops. Helpful staff and usually well stocked for most needs if you like shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond

Got some good stuff and help using my coupon.

They stayed open late so I could shop. I didnt realize they closed at 8, they never said anything to make feel rushed or anything. As I was leaving I then realized it after closing time. ( By 18 min.) They were awesome kids.

My favorite place of all places. Im a regular there. My Vanity shows that . Love there monthly coupons.

I enjoyed the bed and bath, didnt see much of the beyond.

Wife loves this place

Unbelievably bad customer service. One of the worker was so rude. And as age walked away asked my husband if he voted for trump. The cashier was so rude to my 4 year old granddaughter because she wasnt giving a trinket fast enough for her to ring up. No was was even in line. Do not go to this store unless you like being treated horrible.

I feel like im being watched while i shop will not return shop online

This is a great place to build ideas for your home. We enjoy just looking, but usually end up with a few purchases to get a project going!

Bed bath and beyond is a really nice store to brouse at. Lots to see and love to own but that would never happen. Most of the time I do find what I am searching for.

Not much to offer, they want you to order on-line. It used to be one of my favorite stores. Maybe its a Covid thing. 😣

BB&B is a favorite go to for me, both the store and online shopping. I love that I can often get my favorite retired scents online and on sale! They always have great special deals like buy 3, get 3 free or $3 pump soaps, etc. I also get coupons in the mail from them to stack on top of the sales so prices end up being very reasonable! Today I was also given more coupons to use for my next purchase. I love their scents and use the lotions daily. Great for gift giving too! The store was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful.

They have a little bit of everything. Workers were helpful when I couldnt find something. Simms things a little pricy, so just be a smart shopper. I really like this place.

I went in looking for an item that I wasn’t even TOTALLY sure BB&B had. Luckily, I ran into Robin — who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and sweet. I’ve worked many retail jobs and so I know and can appreciate genuinely good customer service when I come across it. She made my day and I hope everyone gets to bump into her. I will definitely be returning and I hope someone who reads this realizes what a fantastic location this one is.

Walked in on a Tuesday night and asked a registry question to the cashier. We acknowledged that we might have to talk to a specific person about our question but we would ask her to see if she could help. We were trying to find out who bought us a nice gift as the gift did not come with a card. She acted totally annoyed and then called the manager on duty who was of no help. The cashier made it sound like it would be a process to go through page after page after page of information to help us and the M.O.D just said there was nothing they could do. I even asked if there was someone in the registry department to talk to and they never addressed that question. The costumer service left us wanting. It was a complete turn off when someone says there is nothing they can do without even trying to give us a customer service number or information to point us in the right direction. Completely unacceptable and rude. Not going to this location again. Cool store, not cool store employees.

Great place to find cookware, dishes, bedding and all other manner of home goods for the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. Lots of novelty items and gifts for almost any occasion. Wedding registry also available.

I came with a coupon in hand, and ended up shopping their discounted merchandise: lots to choose from, surprisingly high quality products, and great style. Dh doesnt usually notice, but commented on the new guest room shams :)Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, too.

They have a lot of nice things in this store, however in my opinion you can get pretty much anything there elsewhere for much lower prices. Shop around. This store itself did not impress me at all. I was looking around for certain things for over 20 minutes, yet could not find anybody to help and they were not busy. I left without buying anything, walked to another store and was out in 5 minutes. A nice place, but wouldnt recommend to just anybody.

Although I have made purchases from this store in the past, this was my first experience using the Bridal Registry. This store was busy upon arrival, but was no excuse for the poor service I received checking out. Was informed it would take an additional 20 minutes to use the free wrapping service. I left and returned 30 minutes later and my gift was still not wrapped. The store manager told me they had been too busy ringing up customers.My point was I was a customer 30 minutes ago and that I needed to return to work.They then stuffed my gift in a Bed/Bath/Beyond bag and stuffed the top with tissue paper which took all of 2 minutes. The box inside was not wrapped. They considered this wrapped.Not only did it look bad - I wasted 30 minutes waiting for a box to be shoved in a bag.Shame on You! The customer who pays and agrees to wait gets put to the back of the line. Will think long and hard before doing business with this store again.

Bed Bath & Beyond is my go-to store for many items because they carry so many things prices are good and selection is terrific

Talk about everything you ever needed and everything you didnt know you needed until you got here. There is such a wide variety of household items including the top name brands and generic brands. No matter what youre looking for and the budget youre trying to stay under, this is the right place to go.

Fun place to look around. I just wish the prices were a little better. Id go more often.

Ever since Bed, Bath and Beyond came to Muskegon its been one of my favorite places to shop, taken Mom with is a joy.

The only reason I didnt give it five stars is theres never enough cashiers youre guaranteed to wait 20 minutes in line I do every time I go

Walked around only a few moments before being asked if I needed assistance with anything. When standing in line a second cashier approached me and opened up a register to get me through quicker.

Great place to get the what nots you need to simplify your kitchen life.

Purchased items for a bridal shower and wedding. Place settings were to be delivered to the home of the bride and groom as wedding gifts, and cake knife and server were supposed to be delivered to my house prior to the shower so that I could bring them to the shower. All items were delivered to the brides house! Fortunately, they arrived all wrapped. She brought them all to the shower, but only opened the shower gift. But I was left worrying and wondering about the shower gift until I arrived​ at the shower and had contact with her.Other than that error by the salesman, the service was good and he was very personable.I was disappointed that the store did not have the items in stock for me to see prior to the purchase, and they had to be ordered instead.

Staff person asked if we needed help and I said my friend just got a new apartment and all of a sudden she was gone! Could have used her help! Otherwise, we found what we needed, except sheets for a 19 inch mattress.
