Every time I walk in it’s the same two guys and neither one of them says a word to me !no Hello’no how are you, no what can I do for you ?,nothing The customer service here used to be great when two ladies were working full-time know the guys that work make you feel very uncomfortable when you go in there not friendly at all and definitely not professional! 🕰Update and response to your reply. Your employee should welcome people when they show up at the store especially when they’re not busy also engage in finding out what they are therefore rather than just looking at them or not saying a word and waiting for the customer to greet and explain everything to them it’s just common courtesy and professionalism.
They’ve always been attentive, friendly, and speedy when I’ve been in there.
Horrible customer service at multiple locations in one day. I’ve dealt with the horrible service at the Clinton Keith location with Carolina before, but my wife got to experience it today and had to go to the Scott rd location because the fax was down and got to experience the young mans horrible service. I’m not asking for anything special, but don’t act like me paying for a service is such a bother to you or maybe try a different job. If you don’t want your day ruined try anywhere else, can’t be worse.
Jennifer is the least trained customer service associate I have ever seen. She doesn’t inform, you have to know what questions to ask otherwise forget getting information. On top of it she has the worse attitude. Don’t work around the public if you can’t be at least decent to people. Not going here again.

Customer service here is usually pretty good. The only problem I have is the gouging in prices. Normally when I need to print from a USB I run to FedEx a pay $0.13 per page. Today I stopped at a UPS Store in Temecula and paid $0.50 for two pages...... Then I realized I forgot a page and decided to stop at this location on the way home. For some reason I was charged $2.11. I asked why I was charged so much for printing one page and she explained there is a $2 print fee. Definitely not happy about this. I dont see myself going back inside of that store again.
I took in a book into the store to have it copied and each page laminated the girl behind the counter Teresa was very helpful and patient assisting me. I received excellent customer service thank you! I will absolutely be back again. Not sure what the issue was from the last review before me with that sales girl but I didnt have any problems :)
They are ALWAYS so accommodating and nice at this location! Much better than the other store one exit south on the 215.
